Divine place. At first u think the treatments are a little expensive, but just know that the price includes lots of extras such as a eucalyptus steam room, meditation room with included drinks, an outdoor Jacuzzi area and lots of other little extras. It's so worth the money!

Elanor was amazing. Deep tissue was to the bone, very specialized, customized top 3 massage in life. Mens locker room had no attendant and lacked several items. Shower not working, small but adequate space. Relax area and coed tub nice.

Was given a gift of the Express Diva and looked forward to the massage, facial and pedicure. Just a few minutes into the massage the noise outside the room became really annoying. Very distinct voices and no effort to keep it down. So the massage was a waste. Very disappointing for such an upscale and expensive spa.

Had a bridal party booked a month in advance. Get there, they were unorgainzed, unprofessional and rude. Tried to change what we had booked because they didnt have time because they overbooked. For a 5 star spa I was expecting way better. The entire bridal party left. I will not pay for something I do not want because they dont have their mess together. Seriously need to do better. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I barely felt anything. It lasted 52 min. Not an hour. If is anhour message it should be an hoy! They did auto add on of $25.00 for tip.i told them this was not fair and they reduced it but did not tell me initially that it could be reduced. Who adds on a tip instead of asking what you prefer?Save your money! The so called extras do not make this experience worth the trip.

Love this place. Been coming for years. Always clean, quiet, beautifully decorated, services are great! Never too crowded. The staff could be a little more welcoming and enthusiastic at the front counter but overall an excellent spa I'll continue to enjoy.

I was pleasantly surprised when I went to this SPA. Jessica was very nice to me and walked me through my first Crypto therapy experience. Despite the bone chilling 3-minutes and parts of my body shrinking, it felt great and I am very happy I did it. I can't wait to come back with my wife and make a full spa day out of it. 5-stars all the way.

The Cinzia Spa was wonderful. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I had a pedicure with Lee who was just wonderful. She and I spoke as if we had been friends for years, and the comfort level was just so high. Not to mention the fact that her attention to detail and beautiful work is not something you find everywhere nowadays. I really can't wait to go back to the spa and visit her for another pedicure or facial next time we are in the area. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend anyone in the area looking for spa services to check them out. And remember to ask for Lee! You won't regret it!

This spa was not worth my time or money. The massages my husband and I had done were very weak, I kept reminding them to use more pressure and they didn’t. Very greedy that a 20% gratuity is required. I should be able to tip upon performance and how well they did. I don’t like feeling forced to pay a 20% gratuity I think because of this reason their performance was poor. Felt very rushed along with rude customer service. Don’t recommend. Save your money and go to a better place than this.. I want a refund.

What a find. Somehow, I just recently learned of Cinzia, despite being a regular visitor to the area -- but I'm glad I did, because it proved to be an exceptional spa. I went in for a massage, and was surprised by the complimentary use of the entire facility, including a steam room and jacuzzi. Also, said facility was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a nice, big locker room and lovely decoration throughout. And, to top it all off, the massage itself was as exceptional as the rest of the place, with a skilled, attentive, and highly friendly therapist. The rest of the staff, too, were as upbeat, personable, and professional. Overall: a glowing experience, one I hope to repeat in the near future. So, big thanks to everybody at Cinzia, for your A+ service. Keep up the good work :-)

Absolutely superb service, soothing music, atmosphere, interior design, eucalyptus steam room and more. My husband and I took turns and spent a day there while on vacation with our kids. I went in 30 minutes early and spent some time in the steam room and 10 minutes in the meditation room. Then I got a great deep tissue massage by Wendy. After the massage, I headed back to the meditation room, got some snacks and lemon cucumber water, looked through “the she book” by Tanya Markel, stopping at the words “forget about all your goals, except to heal”. I was so relaxed, I lazily moped around and found an outdoor whirl pool with a beautiful marble statue, that set in a private courtyard. I had it all to myself... so I dove into the clean water that didn’t have any smell (unlike other jacuzzis do). I did my yoga exercises right there on the tile floor in the shade of a tree and completely relaxed on the lounge chair. Then I went into the whirl pool again - I never even bothered turning it on or even looking for the switch... Then I went back to the steam room and finished off with a hot cup of hibiscus tea and a couple Greek myths. I spent about 4 hours there and didn’t even get to use all of the services. I will come back for more. I’d like to try the Himalayan salt room at the “Well” (new addition to the spa) that would be so good for my sinuses. It costs a little extra but it would be worth it. This is a day spa. You can spend the entire day here and enjoy every moment :)

I’ve gotten massages in the past at only 1 spa which i was dedicated too. Since moving i needed to find a new one. My brother and sisterinlaw got me a gift card to Cinzia. I don’t go anywhere unless I’m referred. Since she has been there plenty of time i decided why not?! Well let me just say, from the second you walk in you feel so immensely relaxed. I got there a little early so I could relax a bit before my deep tissue massage. The bathrooms are very luxurious. The meditation room was tranquil and I had a delicious glass of red wine to enjoy prior to my massage. When it was time for me to head back for my massage, my girl came and got me. My massage was with Brandy and she was phenomenal. I suffer from severe joint pain due to an autoimmune disorder. The massage was perfect in every way. I felt not only relaxed on the outside but also on the inside. Definitely a fan for life. I will be back regularly!!

Beautiful, very clean, smells amazing. Relaxation at its best. Massage rooms are nice! The locker rooms and showers/saunas are clean and well decorated. The gym is great as well.

Absolutely horrible. Felt rushed the whole time. Was even told to "hurry up" by a staff member when changing into my robe. Way over priced for poor service. I will never bring my family here again.
