My wife & I went here in our anniversary weekend and it was beyond our expectations. The staff is extremely friendly and professional while going out of their way to make sure you enjoy every minute. We got the couples massage and we both fell asleep. Will be going back when we visit Myrtle Beach again (would give them 10 stars but it's not available as an option).

The full story: The Price: I shopped around and they had the best price on a couples massage in the area Myrtle Beach area. The Atmosphere: They have the massage aesthetic down, perfect! We had some nature sounds playing and and some other music and I could've sworn I was having a massage in the woods. Before the massage we were asked to put the rest of the world away and enjoy the moment. I was lost in the moment, really amazing. The People: We had Ginie and Kim for our couples massage. I had Ginie and want to say she gave me the best massage I've ever had in my entire life, by a country mile. I've had at least one massage a year for the past 3-4 years but this one was another level. I was really blown away. My wife had Kim and she said "10 out of 10 would recommend" ... she's less articulate than I am :) The Massage/experience: I don't write a ton of reviews but after this massage I had to write one. There was back rubbing, face scrubbing, a foot massage, stretching, some whispers, hot stones, warm towels, cool towels, cheese, chocolate - this was the best massage experience I'd ever experienced. Worth every penny, I may go back before the vacation is over. I really can't say enough how wonderful the experience was, go there, surrender to the professionals and relax for a little while :)

Love this place. Got a couples massage and enjoyed every minute of it. They are very helpful and accommodating to schedules and assisted in getting the perfect time for us to come in. The atmosphere in the establishment is very calming and relaxing. Truly does what the name implies and brings senses to light. The therapists did a wonderful job hitting every problem spot and making us both feel fantastic when we left. They start you off with fruit, cheese, and crackers and then take you back for your massage. You almost have to fight falling asleep from the comfort and setting so that you can enjoy the massage. Afterwards you are followed up with a piece of the most delicious chocolate. Definitely worth doing at least once a year for me.

I was so impressed. My friend and I were able to schedule last minute appointments today. The massages were amazing -- and very reasonably priced. A real deal compared to the higher priced resorts. The masseuse/owner was so accommodating and solicitous. I cannot remember the last time I received service like that. Aromatherapy, hot stone peppermint foot scrub were all included as complimentary services. I will definitely go back the next time I'm in the area.

This spa is very unique in that the messages include a variety of techniques and features (hot towels, oil, hot stones, aromatherapy) for such an amazing, single price. The massages left us feeling rejuvenated and dreamy. Kimberly is truly dedicated to providing a customized, luxurious experience for each customer. She went out of her way to book services for a last-minute bachelorette party! Her spa space, customer service, quality massage, and sweet personality was so incredible my friend and mom called the next day to book services for themselves after we raved about it! 10/10 would reccomend :)

Top notch spa with a lovely attention to detail and the utmost consideration for its clients! I contacted Kimberly a couple of months ago for a "spa day" to celebrate completing a half marathon. I have never been more impressed by the level of care and, honestly, love that went into my massage, facial, and pedicure. Irina is a lovely esthetician, she did a fantastic job with my facial and took extra time to give me some solid advice on my skin care regimen. Kimberly gave me one of the best massages of my life, and even took the extra care to put an ice pack on my leg which I had injured in the race the day prior during the massage. I can't recommend this place highly enough - they are lovely people and I look forward to visiting them again on my next trip to Myrtle Beach.

My husband and I found this gem by reading all the great reviews. I am 21 weeks pregnant and was in need of a prenatal massage, which was amazing! Kimberly took the best care of me, making sure baby and I were comfortable at all times. She was full of compassion and radiated positivity! I got a mini facial, too, which was so relaxing. My husband enjoyed a nice, relaxing massage from Darley as well. The studio is so cute and welcoming. We just loved our experience with Kimberly and Darley. I was in town visiting and was in dire need of a prenatal massage (32 weeks pregnant). My whole back hurt and Kimberly did wonders to ease the pain from my sore body. She anticipated my needs and gently massaged the pain away. I also got a pedicure and loved the scrub she gave my feet. The color lasted for so long until I decided to take it out. Kimberly was so professional and welcoming. She also made me some herbal tea and gave me snack before the message. I would definitely visit this place again next time I will be in town.

I never got a chance to try this place. I was excited to try it since there are so many great reviews. It was my mom's bday and we were at the beach when we decided to get mani/pedis. I'm not sure if they only accept appointments but there was only 1 nail tech there when my mom and I arrived and she was busy with a customer. The 1 nail tech there opened the door, was nice enough and seemed friendly. The problem is, she immediately referred us to a nail place in the mall. She never gave us an option to schedule an appointment if 1 was needed. After checking google, there were plenty of closer nail salons, some with pretty good reviews. Based on the conversation, she made my mom and I both feel like she may have had some preconceived ideas about us. She obviously didnt want our business because she never offered an opportunity to gain our business. She seemed like one of those people that is able to mask an insult with a smile and a pleasant tone. I walked away feeling like she was nice but the after thought was, well dag she didn't even offer to help us another time. That's quite unfortunate. Especially since the experience at the mall nail place she suggested to us was terrible. I gave 2 stars because I'm not sure if that nail tech was the owner.

Thank you for the special attention that Ki provided me. From the moment I was on the phone with her I knew that I had located the right spa experience for me. She was very attentive to my needs, both physical concerns as well as answering all my questions concerning what kind of massage I should choose for my liking. Ki also answered my questions on what I could expect from my experience at the studio. Though, not listed on the web site, Ki suggested we incorporate sound therapy into my soothing Swedish massage. I appreciated that opportunity to experience how profoundly healing touch combined with random musical sounds and notes can be. While getting my massage sound therapy was integrated for a higher relaxation vibration. (Tibetan and Chrystal bowls, bells, tingshas, and the ohm tuning fork). I experienced my personal unfolding of stress when I came in the door. There are ambient sounds blended with ocean surf and sweet bird melodies that are powerfully calming. The choice of music while I was massaged was melodically restoring. I have just received both a massage and a new way to cope with my stress. Just breath deeply into the belly and out through the nose (this was Ki's beginning mantra).

I am 25 weeks pregnant and had the best prenatal massage and my husband had what he says is the best massage he's ever had (and we get a lot of massages)! The entire experience felt custom tailored to our needs with great attention to detail and the massage implemented a variety of techniques and included facials and a foot salt scrub as well as hot stones among other things. We feel amazing and definitely give this place 5 stars!

Every single detail was considered and both therapists took the time to ensure we were relaxed and prior to our massages. Well let me just tell you about an awesome experience I just encountered at Awaken your senses. I am here on vacation and I decided I needed to relax a bit. So I went to awaken your senses and loved it so much I came back the next day! The massage was so personalized and custom to me. Kimberly made sure of it. Everything about the massage was wonderful. All the techniques and just the environment of the room was amazing. I also got a facial from Shay. Shay is super! Such a beautiful soul who was so gental and guided me through the facial. My skin feels like it never had before! But a point that I really want to make is how kind and genuine they both were. I'm just the two days I was there Kimberly made me feel so safe and I felt as if I was home. This is SO important when it comes to the full experience. And unfortunelty most places overlook that. 11/10 stars overall. And let me be frank with you...I'm totally coming back next year!!

I called last min ( 1 day before) and was pleasantly impressed with no hesitation to accommodate my request. I loved the fact that when we arrived we were greeted immediately by our masseuse Jousha & Rachana. This place is so quaint very relaxing love the sounds and smells also. This was our 1st massage as a couple and Jousha and Rachana made us feel very comfortable and I loved the couples prayer that started us off and then ending the session with holding hands . This was a much needed stress releiving day neede for both of us. We travel to Mrytle beach every year but I know we will be back on our future vacations. Need a day away alone or with that someone special this is the place to go.

What an amazing experience. Went for a couples message with my wife, for Valentines Day. We both had the experience of a lifetime. The most relaxed I have ever been in my LIFE. I highly recommend going to see Kimberly. Amazing prices, and amazing value, for what you get, facial, hot stones, foot message with peppermint oil, arm, neck, legs, and back message, with the most soothing music ever. Also they provided fruit, and cheese and crackers. She also gave my wife a Rose, cupcake and gift bag. TOP NOTCH!!!

I made last minute arrangements at 930pm on a Saturday night and they slid us in the next morning for a wonderful couples massage that was much needed. I was almost embarrassed because of the treatment we received, as I am not used to such hospitality. They catered to our every need without hesitation. This is a professional establishment, not to be confused with your run of the mill massage parlor from a hotel coupon book. If your on vacation, do yourself the favor of being treated like royalty, and visit awaken your senses. Blocks away from the Boulevard, when you are finished you will be leaving a subtle parking lot onto a traffic free street and you will be in perfect harmony. What a wonderful experience

Kimberly and Athena provided my boyfriend and myself with the the most relaxing couples massage! It was the highlight of our trip to Myrtle beach. From the calming music, aromatherapy, hot stones, to the relaxing setting of the spa, this was such a treat. What a cute and quaint spa. Very small and intimate. Kimberly and Irina were wonderful as my husband and I each enjoyed the Ultimate Package. We were in the same room. He received his massage while I receive the facial and then the therapists changed places and I received my massage from Kimberly while he received the facial from Irina. The customer service was exceptional. They were very accommodating, in no hurry and provided exceptional services. Highly recommend for a couples get away. You won't be disappointed.

My husband and I had a couples massage here on yesterday celebrating our anniversary. When I tell you this was the best massage my husband and I ever had!!! We felt so good for the rest of the day. I absolutely loved the aromas and the nature sounds. We had Michelle V and Kara. They are very skilled at what they do. They were so sweet and Michelle was hilarious. I loved the ambiance of the spa and the ladies were so welcoming and friendly. If you're ever in Myrtle Beach and you're looking to pamper yourself with a massage, do yourself a favor you've got to come here! It just doesn't get any better than this. I didn't want my session to end. This is now my new spa when we're in Myrtle Beach!!!

My boyfriend and I were in town on a family vacation and decided to end the trip with a couples massage. Whenever we went in for our massages, we were introduced to Destiny and Kara who both were very kind. Upon entering the massage room they asked us to participate in small tradition they do of lighting a candle for each of us and then having us blow it out to send in to the world our intentions for the day, our hopes for the massage, to take the time to pray, or whatever we wanted to do. I thought that was a very nice way to begin the massage. The massages were both extremely amazing. My boyfriend, Jarrod, had Kara as his massage therapist and he greatly enjoyed the stretching and pressure point work that she did targeting his hips. The left hip she later informed him was inflamed and she recommend he take the time each morning to stretch it showing him two different stretches he could do based on her prior 15 years of experience as a yoga instructor. I had Destiny who I was extremely happy with as well. Destiny did do a whole body massage but what I enjoyed most was that she took a good bit of time to focus on my shoulders which I had identified as a problem area. They were also trained in several forms of massage so they combined them into a very unique massage which I thought was fantastic as they used various techniques I hadn't encountered before. Both women did excellent jobs and I can not recommend them enough!
