I had a wonderful full day spa experience! It was exactly what I needed!! Both massage therapists were very knowledgeable and mindful. All in all, it was a very relaxing day. I also thoroughly enjoyed my mani and pedi complete with lavender infused champagne!

I went for hair colour and hair cut over there...and did just simple dark brown colour to my hair on 12 the of June...and it's just 15 days my Color gone...I had all colored washed out and seeing my grey hair..I don't think they use proper Color or permenent color...they r making fool to people I spent 2500/- around money and result Is worst thn 35/- Godrej hair home Color pouch...don't ever visit saloon there are many better saloon in city in which u will get better result in same money or less money...worst experience ever.

I knew it was going to be good but they went above and beyond my widest expectations The entire staff worked great as a unit and just as amazing individually I have never been treated so well in my life..I felt as I was the only one there The individual care and attention that is given at the arum spa is totally the best that can be given Thank you truly for the best day me and my husband have had in a while Thank you

Unfriendly receptionist... rigid policies not provided on the phone that caused me to be turned away when I scheduled my day around the appointment.
