Everybody is very nice. Jenna is great. They look to be a bit pricey with many of their services but that's to be expected for a salon of this size. I thought Jenna's prices were fair and reasonable for the root touchup and the keratin treatment I've received. That keratin treatment is an awesome game changer and they use safe products for it. I've been going to her for almost two years now and she is not only really good at what she does, but she genuinely cares about her client's satisfaction with her service. I go to Tori primarily for highlights and she does an excellent job. I am very very picky when it comes to my hair color because I prefer a natural look. My natural color is medium-dark ash blonde so I am fortunate that she is able to highlight my hair successfully with color instead of bleach. Some stylists don't like to highlight with color, but I am SO grateful that Tori is experienced & knowledgeable enough about color that she really knows what she is doing. I appreciate Tori so very much because she is the type of stylist that lets you, or encourages you, to have input about your desired hair color. She knows what she is doing, so she certainly doesn't need my input, but as I said, I am kind of high maintenance about my hair color looking natural so it means SO much to me that she asks for my input & feedback. I can't say enough great things about Tori as a hair stylist. If you are seeking a professional & experienced stylist who really knows what she is doing & who you can trust, Tori is it! Thank you Tori! I love my hair!!!

I called cuz I wanted to dyed my hair and I was trying to get a good advice but the lady on the phone was so not into it , she made me feel bad , and she pushed me to not going over there , she was like if you change your color hair you are going to get damage tú know that right????? And it's gonna take you 4 hours you know that right?? I booked an appointment with Paula D. For 3/5/18. I had never been to her before, but her bio on the website said she was a Master Colorist, Corrective Color Specialist and that she preferred to do natural colored highlights. This sounded right up my alley, so I booked an appointment directly with her. I should’ve known when she left a voicemail saying my appointment was on Feb 5th and when I got there Feb 5th found out my appointment was for March 5th, that maybe I should find someone else. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and returned a month later anyway (I saved the VM btw). So she puts highlights in my hair, puts me under the dryer (at which point I informed her that I tend to process fast) with a cool setting, and leaves for about 30 minutes. Some lady I’ve never met before comes to check on me, then comes back 5 minutes later to wash me. This was her shampoo girl. So the shampoo girl washes my hair, obviously paying NO attention to my under processed highlights, then puts me in the chair to be blown dry. Paula starts putting products in my hair, and when I asked what they were for, one of them was for split ends... Didn’t she just cut all of those split ends off like I asked I thought?? I figured she was just trying to sell me on her Monat products and disregarded her comment. Paula doesn’t bother checking my highlights before the shampoo or after, then they start tagging teaming me with two hairdryers. Long story short, I get home after my sons dr appt and other sons baseball game and see PUMPKIN COLORED hair under my top layer. I immediately texted her at 730 that night, to which I get no response. I send a follow up text at noon the next day. She says she never got my message and asked me to resend. So I did. She never apologized for the inconvenience for me having to come back and get my hair fixed and wanted me to go a week with pumpkin colored hair! At first I obliged to coming back next week, leaving work and taking a late lunch to accommodate her schedule. But the next day when I looked at my hair while styling, I decided I couldn’t wait a week, nor should I be asked to. So I texted her back. She told me if she had a cancellation, she’d ‘def let me know’. Now who charges $145 as a MASTER colorist, receives a $29 tip, and then thinks it’s ok to put me off after she screwed up my hair? I decided to cancel my fix appt and go elsewhere. Beware of this lady. Don’t believe everything that you read.

I followed my Paul Mitchell-trained stylist here, Jenna Privett. It was my first time at the new digs, and it was heaven. The establishment is very warm and inviting, the staff the same, and they have so many other amenities, which I'm sure I'm going to partake of eventually. Jenna did a wonderful job with my color and cut, as usual; I cannot wait to see her again. Next appointment is near Christmas & my birthday, so maybe I'll ask Santa for a treat! 8^)

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went to get my hair dyed in a subtle ombre style. They set me up with Madison, saying she was the best at this look and had already done several this season. She even said herself that she couldn't stand it when ombres didn't have any proper blending. I showed her a picture three times exactly what I wanted. First of all, she put the heater on way too high and burned my scalp. When she took my hair out of the foil it was a brassy ugly yellow blonde that I did not ask for. I asked her to tone it down 2 more times, which she was unable to fix. I left with half blonde hair and half dark brown, no transition whatsoever. I was very unhappy with the look and called back to get a refund or even some of my money back. Madison did not even have the professional decency to call me back. NEVER GO HERE if you want an ombre done! Go to some real professionals elsewhere.
