BRad is the best! Brad is a radically good masseur. Brad has helped with pain in my heal and shoulder both through his massage and also by being a great diagnostician as to the cause of the pain. I am preparing to go to a week long meeting that will involve a lot of walking from venue to venue and I am going back to Brad for a tune up before I go. The Spa's atmosphere and accommodations are great.

We were on vacation and had a "Girls Spa" morning planned for 3 individuals for 90 minute Hot Stone Massages. (At the te, we only had availability for a vehicle that morning.) Our appointment was at 10:00 am and we arrived early to complete paperwork. At 10, the first individual was promptly called and shortly thereafter the second individual was called. After about 15 additional minutes the third individual was told her person was running late, after another 10 minutes she was told they should be there shortly and after another 20 minutes she was told that the person called in sick. They indicated they could try and find another therapist but it would be at least an hour before they could get there, if they could find someone. By this time the first 2 people were done with their massages and found out the 3rd individual did not receive their message, it ruined the entire day, because she was the one who needed it the most. Had their been communication, we would have tried to reschedule to another time that all 3 people could have been accommodated. After this situation, several calls by multiple people were placed to speak to a manager with no return phone call. After leaving 3 messages myself, I finally did receive a return call from Mr. Davis who asked for my email address, and said he was going to try and make things right with us. After a week, we have received no response, so we will not be returning to Aah Green Spa.

Had a couples massage. Room was wonderful and my husband loved his massage. My masseuse wasn't knowledgeable about how to massage or the normal flow of things. She jumped around, pressure was inconsistent, and at one point she spent like 5 minutes on my thigh because I think she was waiting out my husband's masseuse? Very average, relaxing but confusing massage.

Ahh Green Spa is not to be missed on your visit to HHI!! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They carry great all-natural products and the spa itself is beautiful. I had a massage with Laura and enjoyed every minute of it. Not only is she a skilled therapist, she was also very nice.

Hands down the absolute best massage I have ever had in my life. Joe is amazing. Every single second was perfect. Honestly, there are no words to explain how wonderful of an experience I had. I wish I could go back again before I head home. I usually go to North Myrtle Beach because it is much closer to my house.. Not anymore. I will come back to HH every chance I get just to go back to see Joe! Also, the prices are great!! Thanks again Joe!!

Terrible experience!! I scheduled a $90 traditional Swedish massage indicating that I was here for relaxation and comfortable laying on my stomach.. The “therapist” had me face up the entire time while he took it upon himself to “correct my posture.” I kept waiting for him to start the massage and work on my back and shoulders but after 50 minutes he announced he was done. I immediately expressed my disappointment with the owners who were of no help and explained that the instructor noticed what he thought were my “uneven shoulders” and decided he would spend the entire massage doing that. Waste of time and money. There are too many legitimate massage therapy places here - will not waste my time and money at this one. Not to mention instructor reeked of cigarettes Response to owner: You know that is not true. I called before pulling out of the parking lot. You admitted that that particular “massage” was not normal. As a matter of fact you explained that the therapist took it upon himself to use a “Roth” technique and suggested I Google it. YOU called back and left VM and tried to get me to come back and give me 10, 20, then 50% off, I did not accept and I also don’t need a free massage. You were completely unprofessional telling me to drink a lot of water and if I “drink alcohol,” as you do, then you suggest I drink even extra water, as you do. Could you just explain to anyone who reads this review why the massage was only done while I was face up? Explain the Roth technique like you tried to explain to me. The fact that you didn’t mention that in your response is strange since that’s what your excuse to me was.

We always make a point of coming here when we vacation in Hilton Head. The first visit, I got terrific help with some plantar fasciitis. The second time, I had hip flexor trouble and had my psoas muscle worked on. We've always found these people know what they are doing, and they are pleasant and accommodating. A great experience.

I went to a Russian bathhouse in Kazakhstan years ago and had the best massage I had ever had...until today. Ann has skillfully smooth hands that exhibit strength and elbows that can penetrate the muscle groups without much discomfort. My wife used Brad and was equally impressed.
