I made the appointment at 11:55am for a 12:30pm 1 hour massage, drove 25 minutes to get here just to walk in the door and have them tell me they double booked the appointment slot and that they couldn't see me. I wont be back.

This was by far the most complete massage I’ve ever gotten! I scheduled the 90 minute massage and got a FULL 90 minutes! Staff is welcoming and the massage didn’t feel rushed. Great job!

My husband and I got a couple's massage and we were very happy. If like me, you are used to an American massage, it will be a different experience. Compared to American-style shops there was less concern for your modesty, but after my initial surprise, I quickly got used to it. The therapist's professionalism put me at ease. Our therapist did not speak much English, but on the bright side, there was no expectation of chit chat, so I liked that too. In the end, we both had great massages and we will be back.

She hit all the right places...finally, a place you can go and get what you pay for! The staff was extremely friendly. I can’t wait to go back!

Went there last night me and my husband right after work ... it was the worst Decision ever with walking in hurting walked out hurting more I am feeling stiff in soar We did a couples massage we told them a few times he it hurts take it easy but they don't understand English and the always speak their language to one another have no clue what they're saying My husband walked out because he couldn't take the pain no more I got up right after my husband was trying to hand me the Credit card the lady took it from his hand Actually she snatched it while he was trying to hand it to me My husband said wait wait wait what are you doing I'm trying to give it to my wife bought a the ladies left the room with me on the table to run his credit card So we got up and left they came running in the parking lot for a tip This is the worst place ever We should and on from the start to walk out when they put oil in our butt cracks and try to rub are but cracks

Nothing short of a great massage. Service Summary: I ordered a 60 minute couples massage. This was my boyfriend and I’s first time at AAA Massage Spa and overalls the experience was great! I was apprehensive at first after seeing a couple of negative reviews but decided to try anyway and I was not disappointed. I have frequent tension headaches and had a particularly rough one prior to going, however the experience was so relaxing and they did such a good job, I left feeling no pain, no tension, no headache, which was well worth it for me. Detailed service review below: This was a full body, deep tissue massage. I would like to emphasize the ‘full body’ part- they massage every inch of you, including your lower back/buttocks, excluding intimate areas of course. I wanted to make sure to point this out as some places are not that thorough and people used to more Americanized/commercialized spas may be uncomfortable with that level of touching. If you’re squeamish when it comes to touching, tell them to skip your butt or whatever other area. For instance, I’m extremely tickleish on my feet and prefer for that area to be skipped, the masseuse seemed to pick up on this and didn’t spend much time there. They will ask you if you prefer medium or hard pressure before they start. I asked for hard pressure, as I wanted them to work as much magic as they could on my muscles and back. Just be advised that generally, if you have knots or lots of tension, the level of pressure may be uncomfortable at times. This is normal and I’d suggest to try to bear through it as long as you are not experiencing true pain. If you’re more sensitive or haven’t gotten many massages in the past, I’d suggest asking for medium pressure. They do use body oil/lotion. I expected this as I’d encountered this at other spas, but I noticed another review that stated they weren’t used to that being part of the massage. I don’t mind body oil or lotion and enjoy the benefits of moisturized skin so it wasn’t a problem for me. You don’t have to worry about leaving greasy/sticky as they massage you with a hot towel during parts of the massage and the lotion is massaged in to the skin so you will hardly notice they used any to begin with. My favorite part was the acupressure/facial massage. It literally melted the headache away, which I desperately needed. Both of the ladies that were working with us were quite professional. As other reviews state, they speaklittle English- this was not a problem for me as they communicate well enough to deliver the service. If you’re used to experiencing diversity and people from different cultural backgrounds, and enjoy a thorough, full pressure massage then consider trying this place. Bottom line: came in hurting, left feeling very relaxed, very loose, with no pain. I’ll be going back soon.
