Jess performed my first hydra facial & it was fantastic! I have been getting basic facials for years, but this is the Cadillac of a facial. Skin feels & looks amazing! During the facial she also advised I have slight Rosacea on the cheeks. I had misdiagnosed myself for years! It was easily treated with a laser along with years of sun damage on the face. Now I get so many compliments how my skin is looking even & beautiful. I will continue to visit year a few times a year for maintenance.

Worst place ever! First; their treatments don’t work I did everything they said it was going to help for acne and scars and nothing helped it was getting in every section worst and worst until I stopped going to this place my face got better. And second they charge you for everything. For going and not going to the appointments. Worst Spa ever. Save your time and money.

Horrible place!! I am a very on happy costumer. Be Very Careful before going to this place for Help on you skin!! They act like they can help you with your problem butt that was not my case!! i had pro fractional + micro peel and light therapy for some veins all that and i seen no improvement!! they said that i am suppose to get more but is painful expensive and a think that should of gone to a real Dermatologist!! i had done 2 treatments more than $1000$!!!!!!! But i read that it was not that Serious , that is ok for a aesthetition can do it!! Wrong well a year later after no one care but be because im still here with my my acne scar!! i decided to try something else and make a other appointment in this same place and they very rudely call be back to refuse service to me OK!! i will take my money else were but instead of trying to help me with my problem they did not.

When I met the physician at Rejuvaderm named Desiree I was sadly disappointed in the skill level and professionalism she possessed. She was wonderful on the phone when I expressed to her what I was looking for and what I was concerned about. I wanted a chemical peel to clear up my skin from acne, suns spots, black heads and redness. Desiree assured me that was something I could get at Rejuvaderm. However in person it was a totally different story. I told her I wanted to actually peel and she said I wouldn't peel with any of the peels they offer. I wish she would have told me that on the phone after I was very specific in expressing to her what I was interested in and before I wasted my time and SPENT 25 dollars on a consultation SHE recommended I get before treatment. The purpose of a consultation is you get to ask question, gets some insights from the professional and feel it out before you go through with treatment. Well Desiree was defensive about my questions and concerns and she also seemed unsure and nervous for some reason. Since Desiree and I wasn't hitting it off on the right foot she passed me off to another physician instead of making an effort in helping me feel better about choosing Rejuvaderm!!! The other physician Desiree chose is named Kristin Gaucher and she was booked solid and uninterested in defusing the situation about my terrible experience I was having! The owner Dr. Frankel got involved and made Kristin do a hydro facial for me, something Kirstin made very obvious that she resented. I was told I would be getting a top notch hydro facial. Instead I received a mediocre light facial. Ive had plenty of generic facials in the passed that were more thorough then this "hydro facial." It was honestly the most unsatisfying experience. Kristin made it quick and didn't bother to massage my face with any of the products she used. She just dab it on my face and then quickly wiped it off. But oh boy, I didn't know there was more dissatisfaction to come. That hydro facial was $150 for 15 minutes! I was shocked, but I probably wouldn't of mind if I had a better experience. Kirstin filled the whole room with tension that made my nerves tense up. So that mediocre facial was pointless because whatever she put on my face won't work with tense nerves. So, needless to say I did not tip that horrible women. The girls at the front desk possess better grade A customer service and and kindness then these physicians at Rejuvaderm. There is nothing special about this place. My recommendation is to look elsewhere if you do not want a wasted day at the spa as you won't get quality or value here.

I recently visited Rejuvaderm to purchase Latisse. To my surprise they did not charge a consultation fee (most places charge $50) the staff was very knowledgeable and sweet. I will be purchasing my Latisse from here on out and am looking forward to trying some of the other treatments they offer.

This might be my first time ever posting a review for anything, but I had to share how amazing Sarah is. After spending waaaay too much time in a tanning booth in my younger years, I was terrified that I was going to look way older than I should. Sarah has done an incredible job making sure it’s all handled, and it never looks “overdone.” She is the sweetest & I can’t recommend her enough!

I had a bad experience of lip fillers at some place and i really wanted that removed, so the place where they did those bad lips tried to remove it but he just didnt listen to what i wanted or how i felt about it . So i found rejuvederm medi spa !!! I am SO HAPPY ! I met sara she is really professional ! It feels so good when someone likes her work and listens to what you want and spend enough time for that. she knows what she is doing. When she saw me without me telling her where the problem was she was telling me every place where she was gonna remove the filler and it was axactly where i wanted it . I love the results. I recommend this place!

I highly recommend Rejuvaderm in Cranston RI. I love my results. . Sarah RN has a very soft and natural approach. Having had Botox/Dysport previously, I knew what to expect, but what I didn't expect was the time and consultative approach. She watched my face as we talked. She then showed me in the mirror what she would do -- and what she would NOT do -- with both Botox and fillers. It's very important that I look natural. Sarah RN is very knowledgeable, super friendly, and always makes me feel comfortable. I have recommended her to several friends who have all had great experiences at Rejuvaderm with her!
