I've always had good experiences at massage envy. Their estheticians and massage therapists are all very knowledgeable in their fields and help to tailor a specific treatment plan for different individuals with varying needs. I always end up leaving my sessions feeling totally relaxed and ready for a nap!

Their services are great but their membership is not worth it my husband and I had membership his was up in January I called a couple of days ago only to find out that he lost out on 3 session (worth $180.00) because he didn't use it up within 2 months of cancellation meanwhile you still have my money which they are not refunding either so no sessions and no refund wow what a way of making money...

I scheduled a couples massage (they only had an 8pm available) and so we arrived at 745 likes they asked us to. We get done filling out our pressure point charts, and are sitting waiting in the waiting room, at first my significant other is brought back and I’m sitting their alone for a good 15 minutes. I then am taken to my room at 8:15. The therapist tells me that they already started with my significant other and she is sorry. By then we are going on 8:20 I tell her to just start. The pressure was not strong, and my massage ended right at 9. To me that is not an hour massage or a couples massage at that. Very disappointed in the carelessness that they had miscommunication in they’re clients request. I will never be returning and I will not be recommending my staff outings.

I tried the Full Body Stretch for my first visit to Massage Envy. I have been working out for the past 43 years, weight lifting, pilates, yoga, piyo, and stretching has grown to be my number one best thing to do. Even though I am very flexible, Jen stretched me in ways I could never do alone. I had a slight chronic lower back ache in the mornings (getting old, age 60 now) for months now and the next morning after this Full Body Stretch, I awoke for the first time in months without this lower back pain. I was elated to say the least. I booked another one for next month and will definitely become a member. Great Job, Jen.

What a wonderful experience! As someone who has scoliosis, this place was exactly what I needed today. I had a great massage from Sue. Upbeat and friendly staff, welcoming and warm environment. I will most definitely be back!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, visited them for an upper body muscle spasm. Very lucky to have been helped by Stacey, who recommended for a trigger point therapy. As painful it was to start with, felt very revealed at the end. Highly recommend!

I would not recommend this place if you’re looking for a consistent massage. Constant changes in massage therapist and regular cancellations of previously scheduled appointments.

Got a facial here today an became a member too. My facial person Courtney was so nice an so sweet an gentle an loved the warm bed an soft blanket. It was a great experience an came with a hand, arm, neck, an face massage an was so Great too. The front desk ladies were so very nice an so professional an so sweet an helped with my membership an answered all of my questions an were funny, cute an loved talking with them too . I also can not wait to go back again next month for another facial \ massage visit !

Massage is professional but the session is only 50 minutes instead of a full hour as their policy reserves 10 solid minutes for undress/dress time. And they have membership fees on top of over average massage prices.

So I schedule an appt. for 5/13, 2 spots for 12:30 for massages. Daughter and I planned a day off together which is beyond difficult to get. They call to confirm spot 3 days ago. Left message on my home phone. This morning 9:15 I get a call from Kevin saying he has to cancel the spots due to scheduling issues... Huh? Are you freaking kidding me?? How can you possibly run a business like that? I next spoke with Samantha, sorry nothing we can do. Um, you must run a bang up business if 2 employees don't come in. That is no scheduling issue, that's unhappy employees. They offer to call other area Massage Envys. Sorry nothing available, well there is 2 in East Providence but those are 90 minute slots and they'd be $75.00. OK let me get this right, I have to drive 1/2 hour away and pay more $ to get a massage at 12:30. Ain't happening. I asked Sanantha to pass this along to Jessica Kelly the GM and owner Mike( they wont give me last name). Let's see how great their customer service is now. I'll wait to see if anyone follows up with me. Unfortunately DD and I can't even coordinate a date to do it again. Thanks for ruining a perfectly planned day Massage Envy Lincoln,RI.

The guy I go to is the best. Always leave there relaxed and at peace. Everyone deserves to treat themselves so why not get a massage every so often. I am a member of ME and it's really worth it. I recommend you check them out. If you like your massage or facial, get the membership.

Love this location! My husband and I have been going to see Sarah and Nicole for the past year and a half for couple's massages and they are the best! Great pressure, so sweet and courteous, and it's such a relaxing experience.

Services are always great, but scheduling appointments is a nightmare. No one ever answers the phone- you must leave a message and wait for someone to contact you. This is a real inconvenience and sends a message that your time is worth less than theirs. Pretty strange way to run a business.

Whether an assisted stretching session (nice for an over 70 like me) to Sweedish or deep tissue massage ME is a great place for you. They provide other services like pre-natal, Reiki, and reflexology. Add- ons include aromarherapy.
