Convenient location, friendly staff, good pricing for their services. They offer package deals that are worth checking out if you want/ need regular massages. Parking is easy.

Stay away. They lie the customer service is terrible and they offer no compensation for them canceling my appointments which I waited two months for. this happened twice. They canceled on me the night before or same day but they require a 24 hour notification if the customer cancels so how is that fair ? Even though I had a membership and I felt locked in I wanted to quit but thought I would was not able to because of the membership. So I continued to go monthly. I also brought friends in Peed and additional fee so they could get a facial or massage I bought gift certificates from them for gifts and I also bought products from them in other words I was a good customer. But the final straw that caused me To quit was the time my dog chewed up the credit card that they had on file for me so when they went to charge it in the next month for the fee for that month it did not go through because I had to get a new card I planned on telling them about the new card on my next appointment which I have every month even though they said they tried to call me an email I don’t check my email daily and I usually don’t answer the phone if I don’t recognize the phone number so even though they tried to call me to say it didn’t go through I had another appointment scheduled anyway for a week or two away. Well at 7:30 on a Sunday morning to East Providence police was at my door saying that I walked out of Massage Envy without paying and that they wanted to press charges or get me to pay immediately. I was in disbelief. They did this over a $45 fee. So I call Massage Envy and gave them my correct card number and told him how I felt about what they did and of course they said oh I’m sorry I didn’t know about it must’ve been the manager blah blah blah. When I talked to the manager about it I demanded to be able to cancel my contract as I don’t enjoy paying good money to be treated like a criminal. The manager did let me cancel my membership but really offered no apology and said that’s just the way they do business and they have me on tape walking out without paying which is a blatant lie because you can’t not walk out of that place without stopping at the desk they ask if you Paid your gratuity and do you want another appointment and so forth. Never have I just walked out of that place without stopping at the front desk so they lie poor customer service and bottom line is STAY AWAY!!

Went there today for a couples massage with my wife, I feel horrible afterwards like i slept on a rock my neck is killing me. I went in happy and pain free and I came out angry and feeling robbed. I do have to say at least that the place was very clean and the staff was very courteous.

We just went for an appointment we booked 2-3 weeks ago for a couples massage and they told us unfortunately our Appointment was not in the system. I've always had amazing services from massage envy so this shocked me. The front desk employee was kind enough to give us a courtesy for our next appointment but the East providence location needs to look at carefully at who they employ behind their phones

Reasonable pricing for members, if you do not like your massage therapist just try another till you find the right one.

I highly recommend TJ. He is a knowledgeable and dedicated massage therapist. Thanks for a great deep tissue session! The front desk staff is always very nice as well.

I've had a very poor experience at this Massage Envy. When I was signing up for a membership, I was very concerned about being locked into something that may not help my medical issues. I was told explicitly that I could cancel at anytime; however, when I went to cancel after 9 months of trying massages, I was told that I would have to pay for the remaining 3 sessions. The service I received at the front desk was sub-par, and management was very unwilling to discuss the possibility that someone on her team had given incorrect information. I would highly recommend steering clear of this place, especially if you are unsure of if massages will help your medical condition.

While my first experience having a facial was fine, the experience getting an appointment is much less enjoyable. Not once but TWICE I have made an online appointment, gotten an e-mail confirmation and never received a call to confirm an appointment. The first time I let it roll, assuming that someone had just failed to do their job. The 2nd time however I called, there was no actual appointment made for me, and they bold face lied saying they had called, no message left, no missed calls, etc. Why even bother have an online booking available if you're employees don't follow through? There was no apology, no explanation as to why this failure in communication happens. Nothing, just a response that they can book me an appointment. Thanks, but nope, I'm locked into a membership with them until August 2017; but I will NOT be going back to the facility in East Providence, ever.

My boyfriend and I scheduled back to back appointments with Ebony. She has very strong hands and she was very knowledgeable about the different muscle areas we had some pain in. She knew exactly where the extra tension was and how to fix it. I would definitely recommend her if you’re looking to get a deep tissue massage.

Amazing!!! This was my first experience getting a massage. I was a little nervous, didn't know what to expect. The staff was fantastic and they put me right at ease, answered all my questions and then some. The massage itself was out of this world, Anthony did a marvelous job and I will definitely be going back to him. I highly recommend Massage Envy to anyone looking to unwind and relax.

I went in for a Microderm facial and LOVED IT! Darian, my esthetician, was knowledgeable and insightful. She answered all of my questions and didn't mind I took notes. After the treatment she talked to me about how to get the best from my skincare routine and helped me pick out products for my face. I cannot recommend her enough! I will be back again for this treatment. The spa was beautiful and clean, everyone was professional and made sure I was comfortable and happy. Ask for Darian when you go for your skin treatments.

I had a membership for a year, the first visit using the membership was a 60 min massage and a free stretch section. They try to charge me for the stretch section. The last visit I scheduled they charged me for portion of the visit 68.00 dollars to be exact; eventhough on my previous visit I had enough visit accumulated to be use on this day. The front desk is terrible they don't know what they're doing obviously, since it happen twice. The massage therapist and the estheticians are great and friendly. I give 2 stars due to the fact that I was charge for services that were covered. I feel that since I end my membership they were in need of charging me extra money for the services since it was my last visit. Overall I don't recommended for the bad experience at the front desk. Its not worth it to have great massage therapist and esthetician if you walk out of the rooms after having a nice section and the front desk try to charge you extra money and give you a hard time for services that were supposed to be covered. I personally made the appointment and asked both front desk clerk if they were covered and they both said yes. I ended up paying 45 dollars out of pocket on my last visit. Instead of them waived it for their mistake.

Wife called for appointment. Said they had availability until she stated it would be her first time (intro rate). Then was told no available appointments. Rip off......only taking when they can get full ptice. Sad. Second time she has tried with same results at two different locations.

Different technicians each time I went so service was inconsistent but adequate. What threw me off was after they got you relaxed from the stress off the day they hit you with membership and way too much to think about. If you answered no you would be spammed by emails and phone calls. Oh and if you get a gift certificate as a actual gift they automatically sign you up and take membership fees from you. It was a circus act for the person I bought the gift certificate to cancel the charges against them.
