As someone with multiple injuries and a stressful job, Massage Envy in EG is just what I need. The front desk are always welcoming and the relaxation room is always peaceful. But the massages are why you come here, and those are fantastic. I've been coming for a few years now and have had multiple therapists. Massage is like pizza, you can't ever have a bad one, but some pizza is better than others, and this is the coal fired, supremo here! Highly recommended.

Went in (twice) to address a very sore neck. Had two different types of treatment. First visit addressed the immediate need of pain. Second visit was for assisted stretching. Received some good overall advice on how to address the reason I went in. Prices seem reasonable for a membership. Might consider in the future.

My husband bought me a gift card for Christmas. He also bought me a gift card in 2014 which I used and got the hard sell after my message, ruining the experience completely. Dear husband forgot that I told him Message Envy is like signing up for a free trial of something and then needing to remember to cancel or they charge your credit card. Clearly his memory is a problem not conducive to this shady marketing technique. This time he bought me a three month membership. I called to make an appointment and they asked for my credit card. I tried to give them the gift card number, which they refused to accept. They “needed a credit card to book the appointment”. I suggested that they deduct the “cancellation charge for missed appointment” from the gift card balance if I did miss the appointment. No they wouldn’t do that. I asked if I could get a refund on the card. Nope! The woman on the phone agreed that if I came over to the shop with the gift card they would hold the appointment. I asked for details about the three month membership. Turns out my husband’s card would be charged if I didn’t fill out a card stopping the membership. Message Envy causes more stress than it relieves.

The massage therapist didn’t take my hint about me not wanting to be talked to. I was there to relax. She persisted on with talking about the death of her dog and wanted to make sure I knew my tattoos were perminant... obviously they are so she began to tell me she does tattoo removal... I was supper uncomfortable for an hour of my hour and a half massage. I will never go back. Lady at the front desk wouldn’t stop singing and tapping her nails. I get it it’s probably boring working back there, I work at a front desk. But spa = quiet

Called me THREE times in two days to reschedule my appointment because their therapists are calling out. That's two different therapists. I'm taking care of my two small children by myself while my husband is away with the Navy. I have no family. I have only emergency babysitters. I have to take my kids to multiple Drs weekly. I have medical appointments of my own. I have no choice but to do this while my kids are in school.... I physically walked in there and squeezed them in and moved things in order to see them because of the pain in my shoulder blades. This isn't a massage for the heck of it! I need this bad and I have to keep moving my appointments because these guys can't get it together? Hire more employees and/change management because this is not how you're supposed to run a business! Find someone to cover a shift when someone calls out! Have employees that are on call for this occasion! Unbelievable! I'm booked for 1.5 hours and I had better get the full time. I'm not paying for 30 mins of them prepping themselves! 10-15 mins of laying there waiting and then they set up and then they stop early to "let you get dressed"...nope. if I pay for 1.5 hours of a massage, I had better get 1.5 hpurs because I'm not paying for someone to scratch there nose, go pee, and chit chat with their buddies in between clients. If this happens tip will be ZERO.

For a student project we checked whether this location was disability-friendly-- and it is! It follows all the standards of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). There are plenty of handicapped parking spaces, the doors and hallways are easy to get through with a wheelchair. Bathrooms are large and maneuverable. The massage tables have hydraulic lifts so it's easier to get them the right height for transfers. Plus, as you would expect, the staff are all awesome at what they do! This location is highly recommended for ALL, whether you need work on sore muscles or just some calming and stress relief.

I like deep tissue massage and stretch. They definitely have one individual who's not only good they're fantastic at it . The problem is that for the 3rd time my appointments have been canceled last minute. Yes they offer time with a different individual but my experience with others although it feels good ultimately really isn't what I'm looking for. They do sometimes offer another time except it tends to be in the middle of a work week in the middle of a work day. If you have much of a job you don't leave in the middle of work days in go get massages. When you're booking appointments on weekends months out it's quite frustrating when they routinely cancel. I doubt if I will continue with the program afterwards because as good as it is when it happens it's simply has not been reliable to date.

Cancelled membership due to face breaking out and didn’t want to pay for facials monthly if they were making me break out. Was told I could use the sessions for massages instead. Kinda dumb seeing as how my sister is a masseuse and I wanted facualad but whatever. I was charged $650.00 for the remaining sessions due to the fact I was cancelling they charge you for the rest of your sessions. Apparently if you don’t use the sessions even after being charged for them within a time frame you loose them all together. So if they call you to book for six-9 months and you don’t use the facials/massages you are out your money and facials/massages. On another note it’s not even a full hour cause they take forever to get you into the room and start and then they end ten minutes early to prep for the next person. Rip off. You only get 40 minutes.

I truly am a fan. I've had massages (with Paul), facials (with Diane), and most recently experienced Stretch (with Kevin). I suffer from regular lower back pain and am so grateful for the relief i get from a massage. My stretch treatment unlocked a spasm that I had for two months. Highly recommend.

I went to ME to get my first massage, ever. Kayla is a brilliant massage therapist. She is highly professional and listens carefully to her clients. During my first session, Kayla took the time to really listen to what areas where causing me pain, and to help me with a plan that would relive my pain. I have had problems with my back and neck before going to ME and she worked her magic on them. They felt better after just one session. Kayla was amazing, a true MT that know how to heal you and get those tight spots nice and relaxed. I highly recommend her services to anyone who is looking not only for a therapist who enjoys her profession and is good at it but also for a therapist who is caring and considerate. I’ll definitely be back soon to have my second session with her. Thank you Kayla.

Was not impressed. My son purchased me a Gift Certificate for Christmas. I went in to use it but had to give a Credit Card to book my place. There was the first RED FLAG. The massage was nothing to write home about. I woke up the next day with bruises all over the left side of my back and of course got the big hard sell like everyone else I see here as well.. Told my son to purchase me Gift Certificates at BLUE SKY SPA from now on. Have never had a problem with them Been going there for years and will continue to do so. This place is a shady organization in my book.
