Had a couples massage from a Groupon I had purchased for this spa. Really enjoyed the atmosphere. Very cozy and comfortable. The massage therapists my boyfriend and I had were great and they took great care of us! We also got the sinus treatment and it really helped us both to clear out and drain our sinuses. We felt very relaxed and enjoyed our massages. The owner was very nice as well and even offered us a complimentary mimosa! I will definitely be back again!

Great place. I highly recommend this spa. I purchased a couples massage via Groupon. We made an appointment for Friday evening. The Spa is located in an office building and is decorated nicely with comfortable furniture and cool Buddha decorations. The Lighting is dim and the people at reception are very professional and their vibe is similar to Doctor’s office. You have to complete a medical assessment before the massage which is quite normal. We did not wait more than 5 minutes. We were taken back a narrow hallway to a couples massage room with two beds. We changed and got into the two very comfortable massage beds. We each had a therapist. Both were fantastic! I had a more relaxing massage while my partner had a Swedish. I added a lime scalp treatment which was heavenly. He had a foot scrub which he said was great. We left feeling very relaxed but energized. We very quickly determined we would be back. In fact, we are going again on Saturday.

SAVE YOU $$$ AND STAY AWAY!!! THIS PLACE IS OVERPRICED AND OVERRATED. I had couple of awful experiences with girls being extremely rude, unprofessional, lazy and greedy, making fun of me for not willing to pay twice the advertised price and ridiculing my body. Last time I did not even get a massage. The girl was angry and complained all the time about having to work on holiday and tried to humiliate me and even hit me. I ended up wasting a lot of money for a shower. Save your money and take shower at home. I am not going there again that's for sure.

I recently purchased a package on Groupon as a Birthday gift that their establishment decided not to honor on the day I chose because they are running their own Fathers day specials this week. Now normally the rule is if restrictions apply it should be listed...I assure you there were none listed. Most definitely poor customer service as well as horrible business ethics. They should communicate and clarify if they only honor on their chosen days, I assure you it was not clarified or listed for that matter. One dissatisfied customer should be more than enough to rethink their business practices.

I am such a penny pincher that it had been years since I treated myself to a massage, until I found Harmony Wellness Center. They have monthly specials that get posted on their website, and after seeing what was available at some great prices I couldn't resist. I'm so glad I went! Not only was I not stressing about the cost, but the service was really wonderful. I've never had a pedicure that included a back massage before, what a treat! I will definitely be returning. :)

Where to begin? Nobody answered the phone to help me set up an appointment, which was fine because they have a text line to do so which was convenient enough. I requested a couples massage and they quoted me $130 knowing that I was not a new client, but when they called me the day of the appointment to “confirm some details,” everything changed. They told me I was given the price for a singles massage and that the revised rate would be $260. They would not honor the discounted Groupon rate for a couples massage either because I am a returning customer, even though my significant other is a new client and they messed up my booking (which was all backed up by text, so it was clear they made a mistake). Not only did they double the price, but the girl on the phone sounded like she was falling asleep and disoriented and was extremely difficult to get any information out of. The manager had to interrupt her in the middle of speaking because she was clearly having a hard time explaining the simplest of details. I was nice about it and didn’t push the issue on the phone, but the more I think about it, the more appalled I am. Maybe some people won’t care about these kinds of issues and will think it won’t happen to them, but this massage was all I had to look forward to all week and what I experienced today with the staff was a letdown, an embarrassment when I said I couldn’t pay the $260, and a really deep-rooted issue with their customer service. I am very disappointed and unfortunately will not be returning. And I would suggest that if good customer service is something you value, you may want to think twice before making an appointment here

***WOULD NOT RECOMMEND*** I have had many massages over the years and I have to say I have never been in so much pain after one. The massage therapist said he had a hard hand and in the beginning of the massage I asked if he could go with less pressure, it was still very hard pressure and I was visibly not relaxed or enjoying my massage mid way through I asked again if he could use less pressure and again it was as if he was taking all his frustrations out on my back. I had a restless night of trying to fall asleep due to my back muscles being so sore. I also had a facial today, which was terrible and felt very rushed. I waited in the room for 20 minutes before anyone came in. Then She just started rubbing things on my face without even talking with me first or looking at my skin.( please note I also never filled out any type of paper work regarding facial treatments either) I had never had a facial here before but I know you need to ask if I have any face sensitivity or at least allergies but no right into what they call a “facial”. She applied multiple scrubs to my face for an unknown reason, I know from facials in the past that scrubs when used incorrectly can be harmful for the facial skin but she didn’t seem to know what she was doing. She didn’t ask if I wanted steam and just placed the steam machine in my face for what seemed like forever. it was getting hard to breath and I felt like my face was burning off. She didn’t even preform an extractions or ask if I wanted any, then out of no where she said “ok all done” and left, I looked at the clock and it hadn’t even been an hour. And the worst part was it was my birthday and my mom planed a spa day for the both of us and she had never been and I was excited to show her my favorite spa. But it was a huge disappointment and I was so embarrassed for saying this was a wonderful spa. My mothers facial was rushed as well we started at the same time and she was done before I was, on top of it the woman doing her facial made a comment about her wrinkles and made her feel self conscious, which is so upsetting. I have been to harmony spa multiple times and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had anywhere. I will not return. I felt rushed and unwelcome and I’m just very disappointed.

I Went here for a massage and facial on my birthday. Atmosphere was on point, all the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. When there was a slight delay between services, I was kept informed, and was also informed that the delay would not cut into my time at all. Each and every staff member went above and beyond. The massage therapist Ty was so kind and professional. The aesthetician was also kind, gentle, and the utmost professional. I actually woke myself up snoring during my facial! Absolutely 5 star treatment.

I had the most horrible experience ever ......The masseuse was excellent for me and my husband the owner/manager horrible very unprofessional screaming and hollering no communication within the office I had to wait over a week to get a couples massage because they have very little staff had this lady called me back to set it up with the pay arrangements from Groupon etc. and when I got my services there was still many discrepancies after speaking to the owner prior to my massage I wouldn't recommend this to anyone to ever go there again the owner /manger is a raving lunatic

The facial was great, my skin felt wonderful afterward. I had dermaplaning for the first time also. So I may not be a good judge of what should have been done. But I expected it to be my whole face, and the dermaplaning was only around my jaw line, my nose and above my eye brows. But not my forehead. I was excited about my chin, forehead and cheek bones being done but it didn't happen. I went with a Groupon, so I will have to go somewhere else an pay full price to see the difference, and there may be none, but I will see. But the facial was great. I would go back.

The staff at Harmony is amazing! They are extremely knowledgeable about all skin types and use an organic skincare line. They have even remidied skin conditions that my dermatologist couldn’t fix. I called today and I asked for an apportionment, as soon as I said the word Groupon it all went down hill. Now there's a black out period for Groupons until after the 06/16. I've been trying to get an appointment here for three months already and every time I call or text it's always something. Last month it was because of mother's day and I had to wait after the 05/26. Now this black out until after 06/16. Not sure why they're on Groupon if there is always something going on and to top it all off my voucher expires the 06/14. I just feel sorry for my husband that wasted his money and I wasted mines because I gave my sister on for mother's day. Lesson Learn...

I got a Groupon to visit Harmony Spa for a facial and a massage. The first thing I noticed was all of the measures they take to be eco friendly. They have reusable form and microfiber cloths in the bathroom. I was blown away by how amazing the massage was. I had Pristina, who has experience in chiropractic massage and she found every knot in my body! My body was in pain for 2 days after but it was the best kind of pain and I felt so much better after the massage. I am currently booking my next massage with her! The only con to the massage was the lotion that was used, it didnt feel very hydrating. Maybe something more oil based would be better? My facial was okay. I got the Aqua Glo with Corianna. I felt that she spent a lot of time trying to upsell me which I didn't love. I tried a peel to see if it would help me acne scars but I havent noticed much of a difference. The actual service was pretty standard and she was very friendly!

I'm a Harmony Spa regular. I found them on Groupon about a year and a half ago and was fully impressed by my esthetician Eva. So much so that I immediately purchased a Groupon for my Mom who echoed all my sentiments and later bought a Groupon for her girlfriend. As a person who firmly believes in "treating yourself" I love getting massages and facials. Sometimes you're met with hostility when you present a coupon (just the nature of the "biz"); what I got at Harmony was immediate appreciation, genuine concern and attention to my specific skin care needs, and an environment that just begs for a return visit. The owner, Kathy, makes herself available to all her clients and is diligent in making sure they are appreciated and taken care of from booking to exit. She makes herself available off hours and is open and receptive to all feedback. I've written several reviews for them for various services but today was my first "Fix it All Facial" and I have already told several close friends (and of course my Mom) about how ridiculously impressed I am at the results. It was an "experience" that I feel most celebrities have come to take for granted. I've been to many spa's and paid incredible prices for services that I did not 100% buy into. Everything they have recommended to me I've tried and committed to (almost immediately). I don't feel that quality has to equate to how much you pay. In fact, I'm usually let down when I pay a ridiculous amount of money and leave with that feeling that I'm a nameless face with a credit card. I'm considered the coupon queen amongst my friends and family and I had to tell them all to stop going to places I recommended in the past because Harmony Spa is the only place where you will get the most quality for your money, and the best customer service no matter your age, or tax bracket. My profession is Customer Experience so I'm a blunt but fair critic. The facial I got today is worth $169, but I didn't even pay half that (and no, I didn't use a Groupon). The membership pricing and services will literally leave you feeling like there's a catch (but i'm almost 2 years in... there's definitely not one). They simply do great work and love having satisfied customers. I'm greeted with a smile, a mimosa (perks of being a member), and a tranquil environment where I either leave feeling completely rejuvenated and ready to take on the rest of my day.... or so "zen" (aka relaxed... aka lazy) that I skip the to-do list and pick up take-out on the way home (because I'm worth it). I can't rave enough about my Eva - she truly cares about her work (you can tell by her skin), and it was apparent in that first visit- I told her "I'm keeping you" and the rest is facial history. I've got my Mom hooked and "bonafide" with her own membership and she's a cosmetic professional herself so that was not an easy sell. We're talking about your body and your skin... everyone wants to look their best and I have friends that were genuinely afraid of judgement, ridiculous pricing, or adverse reactions. I have no trepidation when someone ask me for a good masseuse or esthetician. If you're a brand new spa customer- definitely find them on Groupon (or call to inquire about their internal promotions because sometimes their pricing is even better) and book an appointment. If you're a returning customer, share your experience so their place in our community is solidified. If you think you're completely satisfied with your current spa, do yourself a favor and give Harmony Spa a test drive. I guarantee you'll either save money, be converted, or both. I always have lower back pain, I always thought was just a part of getting older. I also have been getting migraines more frequently, with my most recent on Tuesday. I have been getting massages for a few years now from different places and all have been great but today was a whole other level. I had an appointment with Pristina that works at Harmony Spa and OMG I have no lower back pain anymore. The massage was intense and she warned me it would be but that it would worth it. She was amazing. I didnt mention I got migraines, just headaches, but as soon as she touched my neck she said she was surprised that I didn't get migraines, which I told her I actually did. I walked out of there feeling lighter. I didn't know this is how you are actually supposed to feel. I cannot believe how wonderful Pristina was and I highly recommend her and this amazing business!
