I have been here multiple times for haircuts or eyebrow waxing and have always been beyond satisfied, but only once for nails. It started with them convincing me to get gel because there was no one available to do acrylic and it went downhill from there. A woman named Denise did a full set for me and I was NOT satisfied. First, once I got out of the bad lighting, I noticed that the color was painted so thin that in the light you could see right through the color. Then the next day they already seemed to be separating. The day after that, my first nail broke, followed by 2 more simply popping off. I went back in to have them fixed and only a hair stylist was there, so I had to find another salon and pay to have them replaced. It was an emergency, so I had to get acrylics to replace the broken nails, I had no choice. It has been less than a week since I got the original set put on and all of them have come off except for the acrylics I got elsewhere. If I had the option to get my money back, I would take it in a heartbeat. Worst nail job I have ever received.

Chris Carnes is amazing ! I loved my European Facial and she had such wonder insight on my skin condition and what I could do to improve it. She also waxed my eyebrows and even though I have been to her prior she never Ceases to amaze me . I give Chris a 5 out of 5 .

I made an appointment and it was on a Monday I called on Sunday at nobody answered I didn't leave a voicemail I should have but I called and tried to reschedule they have a 24 hour policy I met that so then I called again on Monday and finally was able to leave a voicemail and told them I couldn't make it then called again and asked about the policy they told me I would have to pay the amount despite not going I had an emergency up in Portland amd wasn't able to make it the lady I was talking to I could barely understand and she wasn't explaining everything right I called so I shouldn't have to pay it not usually like this to leave bad reviews but I'm not paying something I don't owe anyway moral of the story leave a voicemail or they will say u didn't try to reschedule and charge u

I had christal do my nails (full set of specialty acrylics priced at $65) and would never recommend it. Right off of the bat I was informed that they would not be able to do what I wanted, despite messaging and calling to make sure that they could. The overall vibe from the start was that she really didn't want to be there doing this. Then as it turns out when you book for a specialty nail appointment they don't book you for the necessary ammount of time needed. Should have just walked at this point... After spending over an hour shaping the nails I was informed that she would only have enough time to do simple paint (I wanted glam, however my nails are already beyond jacked up so I decide to go for it.). The nails are so see through that you can see my natural nail right through them, the acrylic is lumpy, uneven, and extremely thick to the point that it goes under my natural nail and has giant craters under my nails... There's even acrylic on my cuticles and fingers. I naturally assumed that since they are by far the most expensive place to get your nails done they'd be better. Nope. Save that extra $$ and go to someone who knows what they're doing. Not a good experience in any way.
