Had a relaxing reunion with friends we hadn’t seen in years. Had never thought of doing a foot massage as a way to spend time together, yet that’s what we did. 4 of us sat in a row and caught up as old friends and became new friends with our foot massage therapists. What a great way to learn about a new city, get insiders’ views and recommendations and to spend healthy time reconnecting with old friends! Will definitely do that again and when travels bring me back to this area, Ocean Spa will be where I go! Professional, friendly, un-intimidating (important for an infrequent massage client like me) Ocean Spa teammates made for a fantastic experience!

Wonderful place to get a massage. My husband and I had a couple massage with Scott Ryan and Eliza Knight they were really nice to work with. Thank you Scott for working the areas that needed it. I know it was a workout for you but I appreciate you working with my muscles instead of forcing them to comply. Makes a big difference. Eliza, Ken had a fantastic massage with you and his shoulders have nice movement as before they were kinda stuck. He commented that he wished we lived at the beach. We'd get massages with you both weekly. Thank you and see you hopefully next time we're at the beach.

Amazing employees but the owners thought it would be a great idea to bring their young, very rambunctious children to the spa while my friend and I were there for four hours worth of services. They were running up and down the hall, slamming doors, and the little boy came bursting in during my massage. When I tried to say something about it the owner and one of her employees ignored what I had to say and pretended they didn't even hear me. Still amazed at the unprofessionalism. The last thing you want when you go to the spa and pay $400 is to hear children running around and whining. Unbelievable.

Ocean Spa is beautiful with friendly staff and a warm atmosphere. The technician I used was Judy for a 30 minute Warm Coconut Vanilla Oil & Dead Sea Salt Scrub. I just enjoyed the best massage I've ever experienced--hands down--at the Ocean Spa in Cannon Beach. After visiting spas and massage therapy offices up and down the west coast, this was by far my best experience, and the best massage. Dorian was professional, asked all the right questions, and after the appropriate amount of conversation, allowed me to quietly enjoy the massage. I highly recommend both the Ocean Spa and Dorian as a Massage Therapist.

My wife and I just finished at Ocean Spa. We were very fortunate to walk in and both get services simultaneously. I had a facial with Kaiser Wallner. She did an amazing job. I was so relaxed I kept going feeling like I was falling asleep but didn’t want to because everything felt so good. My wife woke up with severe pain in her upper back under her should blade. I am a chiropractor and had adjusted her but we thought a massage might help relax the muscles and reduce the inflammation. She came out of her massage feeling great! She has been to a lot of different massage therapists over the years and said Karen Morrison was one of the best she has ever had.

Ocean Spa in Cannon Beach: This review is also on YELP. I feel this spa deserves two reviews! My friend n I shopped until we felt as if our feet would fall off. We found a small spa and decided on foot massages. The 2nd floor waiting area was pretty, cheerful, clean. The spur of the moment appointment didn't faze the welcoming staff. The foot massage was done in lovely room with a large picture window over looking the Main Street of Cannon Beach. There was a hot foot bath to relax in, a salt scrub, then more focus on areas on the feet. I have had massages over the years, both whole body and foot specific. This was up there with the best. The two masseurs were Dorian n Scott. Scott gave me my massage (he was great) n Dorian (terrific) for my friend. It was so good even the top of my head relaxed. :-) We will both return!

Holli is an amazing masseuse. I have gone to her for 12 years .The Spa is beautiful , well appointed and staff super friendly. They make you feel very special in the individual rooms with faux fireplaces . Holli is very intuitive with her massages..she always finds the bad parts of my back to work on and give extra attention. The new foot massages are a bonus too! I especially like the steam room before my massage. Enjoy the Ocean spa! Its a true beach gem

Just got a 90 minutes deep tissue massage from Shauna. My back was really painful so I called and they got me in same day. My back hurt so much I wasn't enjoying my vacation. I told Shauna where it hurt. I signed up for a sixty minute massage but half way through it felt so good I changed it to 90 minutes. I was so relaxed I fell asleep a couple times. I got a full body massage and felt so good after wards I was very thankful I got in. My back feels 200 times better. Also since she is a licensed massage therapist I'm going to submit it to my insurance but even if they don't reimbursed it was completely worth it. I may make this a annual vacation treat. The place is clean, brightly lite, friendly, peaceful and reasonable priced. I highly recommend especially if you are having any body pain.

We had some family in town and decided to head to Cannon Beach for the weekend and made reservations at Ocean Spa for massage/pedicures. Check-in was easy and we were led to our rooms to get changed into robes and get started with the steam shower - which I enjoyed more than I thought I would and then our massages. The massage was very relaxing and the masseuse was excellent. The pedicure service was also great but generally not something I get except we were doing packages with the in-law in town. All in all I highly recommend Ocean Spa.

Amazing, I bought a massage for my girlfriend for our anniversary. Holli was wonderful and they made every effort to make her first massage so good my girlfriend came and ordered us a couple's massage, would recommend whole heartedly. I also got her the best bath bomb she has ever had there at Holli's wonderful suggestion. If you are on the fence, it is worth every penny.

And Yarrow is a phenomenal massage therapist, every time I go there I leave feeling younger, rejuvenated and beautiful. I love their makeup line, and the makeup they carry and the Epionce skin care products work fabulously

Had never been here but will definitely return! I booked a body scrub and wrap package. You start out in the steam shower which was wonderful to relax in, although the controls were slightly confusing. The therapist was outstanding, explaining the process and providing options for scrubs and scents. The seaweed wrap was fun and I felt wonderfully detoxes, relaxed and refreshed afterward. Great service and products. One of the better deals and less expensive than other places in town. Definitely worth treating yourself!

My friend and I scheduled pedicures with Ocean Spa several days in advance and the appointment was confirmed. We drove several miles to the spa only to discover it was closed! We waited 45 minutes. We received no notification of cancellation and there was no follow-up as to why this occurred. This is a very poor way to conduct business. We have lived in the area for over 10 years and I would never recommend this spa to a friend.

Our message therapists, Scott and Cheri were 5-star. Our original appointment was for two SEPARATE massages. My husband likes a cool room and conversation. I prefer a warm room and quiet. But when we arrived, we were taken into a room set up for a couple's massage that was well appointed, but too cold. This wasn't what we requested. We knew what we wanted but received exactly the opposite. Neither of us had the experience we were hoping for. The owner, who did not come out to speak with us, did leave a gift certificate for my husband, but there was nothing to compensate for my dissatisfaction. If you decide to make an appointment, we highly recommend callingl the spa. DON'T use the online system.

Definitely the worst experience we've ever had at a Spa. Couldn't contain our laughter at how horrible the entire process was, from start to finish. It started out when my boyfriend contacted them for a haircut, scheduled an appointment for the next day & decided to treat me to my first foot treatment. The morning of, they cancelled the haircut, and as to not disappoint me, he decided to do a foot treatment with me. Once we sat down for the treatment, it was only downhill from there. It was painfully awkward with zero noise and nothing to relax to except the weird conversations of the two untrained staff members who tortured and butchered the entire treatment. My legs and feet were so raw from the man beating the salt scrub into my skin, it was extremely painful. My boyfriend's employee, luckily, totally forgot to use the salt scrub and instead, awkwardly TICKLED, yes you heard me right, tickled his toes. We couldn't get of this place fast enough. The only thing we paid for was the strangest experience of our life, one we will never forget.

My husband and I had a couples massage yesterday that was great. It was a spur-of-the-moment decision and the spa was able to accommodate us. Scott (I suggest requesting him) and Dorian were professional and did an exceptional job. The massage was not painful but sore spots were worked out. We both felt relaxed when it was over. The price was very reasonable and the facility clean.

While on a girl’s weekend in Cannon Beach, 4 of us had foot treatments at Ocean Spa. It was great they were able to accommodate all of us at the same time so we could visit and drink our mimosas together. The treatment itself was fabulous! I chose the ‘warm coconut vanilla oil and dead sea salt scrub’. Darian was my technician and he did an excellent job, just the right amount of pressure. In fact he was so great I plan to request him for a full body massage the next time I’m in Cannon! My girlfriends all chose various foot treatments and no one was disappointed. I can’t wait to go back and highly recommend this spa to anyone in need of a bit of indulgence while on holiday in beautiful Cannon Beach!

My husband & I came in for a couples massage & pedicures. The service for both was incredible, and the staff was kind and professional. We even were able to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the Seahawks game while our feet were pampered. It was 3 hours of pure bliss. The only thing that would have made it better was if the Hawks had won!

Not very pleased with this experience. The spa is beautiful and the staff are very nice, but this was the worst, most unrelaxing experience I've had during a couples massage. My fiance and I went to this spa on 2/18/17 and got a couples massage, my fiance was paired up with a woman and I was paired up with a man, which was a little unsettling for me being a woman but I reminded myself that this man is a professional and he does this everyday. He was very nice but OMG was he painful. He was putting him whole body weight into me during this massage despite my obvious pain, I even told him a couple times that he was hurting me and was going to hard and he didn't lighten up at all. At some points he even said something along the lines of "I know right?" and started chuckling as I was flinching and making painful faces. Also, I've had a few massages before, but none of them consisted of a butt massage. I feel, especially because I was paired with a masseuse of the opposite sex, that a butt massage was extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate. It has been a week since we got these massages and my back is STILL in pain from this. My fiance loved his massage, he appreciates deep tissue. But I am too small of a person to have a mans entire body weight on me while he digs his elbow into my spine, and this should have been obvious especially after I told him he was hurting me. Not very pleased.

During my facial, the esthetician was even able to remove an acne scar that my dermatologist tried to laser away with no effect. Very impressed with the service here!
