As you can read, it reaches an opinions average is insufficient, and it is founded on a very large number of feddbacks, so we may say that the valuation is quite faithful. If there are many people who bothered to value when they are happy, it works.

As you know, we don't usually stop to put feddbacks when they are positive and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...

Disabled vet with many back issues yet they dont even offer any vet packages or discounts. Would be several return customers for them. They are one of the cheapest in town though.

My sister and mom have memberships at the Bend massage envy. Every time we try to transfer a credit from the Bend office (this last time was with Tani - who hung up on me and with Lauren at the other Massage Envy location!) they make it difficult or do not make the transfer to locations where they live or travel. I highly recommend starting your membership in a different location.

I should have listened to friends that told me not to come to massage envy. Walked in with a great mood and ready to relax. I wasn't feeling any pain when I came in. Massage was decent. I noticed that my lower back kinda hurt as I was turned over. Once it was over I was in so much pain I couldn't get off the table. After 15 minutes finally make it to the counter like a hunchback and holding onto every surface like my life depended on it. It took me 45 minutes to feel comfortable to drive home. Laid in bed for almost a full 24 hours and was finally able to feel somewhat normal. I had to miss work! Decided to call and complain. The manager that I got asked many questions, but none of them were met with a statement of apology. It's almost like she was trying to prove me wrong. I had cancelled my membership and they require a 30 day notice. I mentioned to the manager that it made me feel like they were trying to get another month out of me. This was met with "that's untrue it clearly states on our contract." I'm sorry I don't care what your contract says I've been a member for 12 months and that's what my contract was for. Oh and on top oh that I was never told it was a 12 month contract. I was just told to sign the membership paper.

I've been to several ME locations and honestly, I had a wonderful experience at the Bend location. I asked for a firm massage and I got a great one - Twice. The front office folks were friendly, courteous and even offered to help me save a few bucks on my monthly membership! I read the other reviews so all I can say is, things were great for me!

They made me an appointment. I drove over there 5 miles and sure enough, no appointment had been made. All they can say is sorry.

I just ended my 5 years membership over the phone. I always had great experience with ME until last year where it was so difficult to make an appointment. It always 3 weeks to one month away to get the kind of therapist I need. I love deep tissue massage but many times I just get wherever they have so I can use my hours. I always 3 to 4 hours in credit until I can get in. So, in April 2019 my credit card on file was expired. I didn’t realized that and no one have the effort to remind me or call me. So in July I made a phone call to make an appointment and as usual no deep tissue therapist so I have to wait till August. When I asked how many credit hours available the receptionist realized that my account is suspended. Yesterday August 26 2019 finally Becca from the office called me to talk about my suspended account. I still have 3.5 hours credit hours with 2 options. If I end the membership on the phone I won’t be able to use them. If I go to the office and pay I can use them. So I ended the term on the phone and give ME that 3.5 hours ($210) donations. The moral of this review is.... ME doesn’t care about you whether you are a loyal member or not? Whether you took care of their therapist by giving tips $30 and over per person per session in the past 5 years, they just don’t care. And they don’t care enough to bring more therapist so you can make appointment.

I have owned several businesses (including a franchise), and understand what it's like to be on the receiving end of a bad review. Everyone has bad days and/or makes mistakes from time to time. It's because of this that I've never written a bad review - ever - for this or any other business. Yet, after countless interactions with several different people at this Massage Envy location, it's time. Employees never have information needed, they can't or won't put you in touch with anyone who knows anything. When I asked for the owner, I was just told that the employee had never met the owner, she couldn't provide contact information for corporate headquarters (although she was very helpful in suggesting I google it...) and then she hung up on me. Beyond that, as I travel a lot for work, I joined Massage Envy because they tout that their model is perfect for that - except they never have appointments available less than 2 weeks out. Please do NOT join if you ever want to have massages in Bend. And, the facial was the worst I've ever had in this location. I'm seriously considering sacrificing the over $500 I have in credit there (because I'm never able to get in to use it) just so I don't have to deal with them anymore.

I would not recommend this Massage Envy branch. When I signed up for a membership last August, the staff person fraudulently used my credit card to sign up a friend or family member instead, and then I was getting charged twice each month. It took the branch manager 3 weeks to figure out what was going on; I figured it out quicker than she did and canceled my card to avoid the continuous extra charges. I was never compensated with a free service or anything for the hassle. Then, when I went in for a massage last week, the staff person tried to charge me $40 extra for the massage, even though my monthly membership fee fully covered the massage; she had no clue what was going on and couldn’t tell me why she was trying to charge me $40. I asked to have a manager call me and that never happened. Additionally, the massage therapists who I liked have since left. Let’s just say I cannot wait until my year membership is up, and I will not be renewing. And no, owner of Massage Envy, I will NOT be contacting you or corporate to resolve this. I contacted the corporate guest relations email months ago regarding the fraudulent credit card activity and never heard a response. YOU wronged me, so YOU reach out to me and make it better.

Appalling customer service. I canceled my membership as I as unable to get any appointments with ANY therapist at all on the wkends without booking many wks in advance. I was refused any time extension to use my accrued massages (I asked for a week!) and the assistant manager repeatedly refused to answer my calls until I called from a different number! Pretty shameful behavior in my opinion

What a joke! After having several years of great massages here, its impossible to get an appointment! I gave my cancellation notice and was to use my last credit last Wednesday but got a call Tuesday that the massage therapist had quit (one of many to leave). We couldn't find a time that worked for me before my membership expired but they would have the Regional Manager call me. After checking back twice she calls me today (the last day of my membership) saying basically unless there is a cancellation today and I am available, I am out of luck. Telling me "well you had 30 days to use your credit" - I made the last appointment a month ago but that doesn't matter. So I am out $60.00. When I asked to speak to her supervisor she said she doesn't have one?!! I would give ZERO stars if I could!

I have had a membership at massage Envy for 5 years now. I have a back injury so I get a deep tissue massages often. I did every week for years and now every other week. I live in Bend in the summer and just called to make my appointments. I was told they have No ONE until the end of July that can do deep tissue. Seriuosly, that is a month away!! Apparently they only have 5 therapist . How is this possible ? Highly disappointed and will probably cancel my membership if things do not change.

First I got the "I'm busy with another customer I'll call you back in a few minutes". 6 hours later I called back. Shouldn't have wasted my time. Could not get simultaneous appointments for a 90 minute session even 5 weeks out. Finally settled on 60 minute sessions 30 minutes apart. Called and cancelled after finding a more attentive spa.

Need a massage? Don't go here. The people are nice enough, but the quality is horrible. Nothing therapeutic about the experience to report. After requests for more pressure therapist only managed to continue spreading lotion around. Trust me, don't go here...ever.

I would have given this review less than one star if there was that option. The managers at Massage Envy Bend are completely unprofessional and childish. On Tuesday I was put on a waitlist in case an opening became available on Wednesday. I did not receive a voicemail or missed call from Massage Envy on Tuesday explaining that there was an opening. Therefore I obviously did not go for an appointment. It was explained to me that I lost a one hour massage credit. After discussing this for a little while with Tawny the manager she did go ahead and say that they would give me my hour massage credit back but what I was so unhappy with was the fact that she insisted I did receive a voicemail. I don’t appreciate being called a liar and if I made a mistake I would have no problem owning up to it. As we got off the phone she thought she hung up but didn’t. I stayed on the phone for 11 more minutes and listen to her talk about me to everyone that entered the lobby. She went on and on about the phone call with customers and with massage therapist there. This morning I get a call from Jill who said she is the other manager. She apologizes for the situation and explained to me that Tawny has resigned a week ago and is just finishing up her final days there. She asked me to consider keeping my membership. I told her I would consider it and call back. Evidently they have something wrong with their phone system because she also thought that she hung up the phone. Once again I was sitting there listening to Jill the manager talk to Tawny about me. Unbelievable!

Requested an appointment online, didn't hear anything back. Called twice, no answer. If just trying to contact them takes days I wonder how far out the massage would be. Maybe next year.

I called on Thursday during regular business hours. There was no answer, so I hung up and waited a few minutes before calling back Still no answer. So I left a voicemail message with my name and phone number. I never received a call back. As a Massage Envy employee (of another location), I am exceptionally dissapdisapp in this degree of professionalism.

I have had nothing but great experiences from this location. The manager, Tawney, is always so helpful and calls me by my name every time. She often comes from around the counter to talk to me while I am waiting for my massage. I read some of these reviews and wonder if people read what they sign? Do they not get their way and then revert to a negative review? That is my guess. Yes, there are restrictions about how often you can transfer a massage to someone and how you have to go about canceling your membership, but I actually read my agreement before I signed it so I know exactly what I need to know. Best massages around, especially for the price. And I have never had a problem getting in when I have wanted to.
