whatever system they use for their monthly packages is not good. i used their beds 3 times, and broke out in a horrible rash. cancelled my account immediately, with the reassurance from the owner that i would not be charged the following month. lies. was charged the monthly fee AGAIN, plus an extra 20$ for product i never purchased. scandelous. this has happened to multiple women in florence, thankfully i was given my full refund only AFTER i created a big stink about how i wont put up with that kind of treatment and bad business.

Gorgeous interior and attention to detail. I love that walk-ins are welcome, making this a perfect stop on a girls weekend or a home away from home when passing through town. This spa is so welcoming, relaxing and beautiful, I’ve got to watch it from the build to now. There are so many options to use with top of the line tanning beds to get that color you want in a safer way. I love the fact that spa services will be available in one place with massage, nails, and facials.
