Don't make an appointment there if you have kids. We are being charged extra for having to cancel twice- 1st: due to a family members death 2nd: the babysitter cancelling out. We still haven't been there and now for us to go, we have to pay additional money. So it turned out the deal we purchased isn't a deal after all and we threw our money away cause life situations happen. Anyway beware if your schedule changes constantly cause they will charge you for it.

I came only for a massage, which was good but it was kind of unprofessional. At one point a vacuum was running which doesn't fit the vibe. They weren't super welcoming either and the location is underwhelming. It was not what I expected and would not recommend it.

My Fianceé and I visited on 12th of October 2019. The owner, Mike, greeted us and explained how the experience would go and sat us down at the bar for a couple beers while we waited for our appointment. We opted in for the twilight package which you experience after closing and includes a Bavarian pretzel, a cheese and meat plate, and we added dinner. I feel like half of the experience is getting to listen to Mike's stories and sit around drinking beers. All the beer was included too! Mike asks about your preferences and serves you an appropriate beer. The soak was incredible. The hops smell amazing and after the soak we felt relaxed and soft. We then had a dinner of sirloin tips and clam linguini which was excellent. This place is extremely personal and you are the only customers soaking at any given time so you really are waited on hand and foot. Truly an exceptional experience and we'll be flying back from Ohio to experience this again!

5 star for the full body massage but 3 star for the soak. The room with the spas isn't ideal. While relaxing you hear people coming thru the front door to speak with front desk. We had music at first but it stopped and there was no way to restart it. My husbands tub was filled with too much water so whenever he moved, water and hops overflowed onto floor. My water could've been a little bit warmer. I saw one review recommended wearing a bathing suit due to hops getting in places and I wish I hadn't wore one since my swimsuit got permanently stained. I wish they had a shower to rinse off. I thought the fake plants around the tubs was weird and would have preferred a classier spa decor. The massage room was perfect. Very relaxing, private, quiet and the massage was above and beyond what I had expected. We are glad we experienced the soak but wouldn't do it again but we would revisit for a massage...and beer with pretzel which was delicious.

It was a great experience, and I’m glad I tried it. I gave 4/5 because I had a hard time getting in contact with them to book something. I wore an old bathing suit that I don’t really care much about (seems like the hops solution they use in the spa may slightly stain - like a bath bomb would - maybe a couple washes will do the trick). But overall, it was a good time. I chose my music, the pretzel was awesome, and I got my choice of beer.

I normally try and let these things be, but for the cost of our experience I have to leave a review; it really is a fantastic concept but excecuted so very poorly. I’ll start with the phone call, never has a business tried to convince me to get the lesser service but the owner did and we insisted on the longer soak. Little did we know what sort of mistake that would be! My husband and I were on a massive camping trip and looking for a way to unwind, the idea of soaking with hope seemed so nice and relaxing. The underwelming location is clearly under constant DIY renovation - for the cost, more than $100 a person just to soak, it’s no where near nice enough. It was so ridiculous I really thought that maybe we were on candid camera. After waiting for 30 minutes (!) we were finally brought into the soaking room, given a beer each, and after that things get really bizarre. The already unfriendly owner treated us with contempt and spent more time explaining how she had gone viral than what our experience would be. Even after asking specifically about what was in the bath and it’s benefits, we were only told it was her “proprietary blend” and nothing about its supposed therapeutic benefits. Finally we get to soak - WRONG - she can’t even pay for the ad free Pandora so our relaxing soak was punctuated by ads. She must’ve messed up the temperature of my husbands bath as she really worked to convince him he wanted his bath cooler: unfortunately that meant totally tempid. The tubs were so full that so much water poured on to the floor sans drain that we didn’t even know what to do! Not worth it at all for the cost and super unfriendly expensive experience.

Didn't get what we paid for and very poor customer service. My wife got me the Father's Day special for $119 which was supposed to include a 45 minute Mirror Pond soak and lunch. Only got a 30 minute Mirror Pond soak which was around $80. Was told I would get a gift certificate for lunch sent to me. Never got it even after sending them an e-mail and got no reply. Wrote them a letter outlining all of this and never heard a word.

Tried to reschedule our appointment for a different day. Called 6 times and manger promised to call me back 3 times, never happened! Very bad customer service. Refunded my voucher and spent it on a company that appreciates it customers

Disappointed in this place. Got the Groupon deal which we were informed after getting there did not actually include any beers. $5 a can for local stuff. Drain was way too easy to pop and lose water. Water did not stay warm and no way to add more. Ended up with a half bath of cold water and warm drinking water. Definitely an attraction for the visitor who will only visit once and not a local.

This place is amazing and extremely personable! I surprised my fiancé with the twilight + dinner and we absolutely loved it! Mike helped us find beers that we both liked and we got to try some new things. We also enjoyed listening to Mike's stories about the business and more! He helped me plan the surprise and even gave us suggestions for places to visit in town and where the best views of the mountains were. Definitely an unforgettable experience and we can't wait to go back when Mike starts all of his new ideas!

My daughter got us a soak and a message. It was a very fun experience. The people were nice and personable. One of the best messages I've ever had. I would definitely be doing that again.
