I have been going to Comma for years. They are professional, efficient, have competitive pricing. It is the ONLY place I go for manicures, pedicures and eyebrow waxing.

My experience here was terrible. First of all this was a special occassion for my friends birthday which I had arranged weeks ago. We walked in and the girl at the front desk didn't even say hello. She literally just looked at us like "what are you doing here." Then we had to wait 20 minutes for our service, and we arrived 15 minutes early. Our services were cut short by 15 minutes! We paid for an hour facial. I had no consultation about my skin, and I was specific that my skin was very sensitive, but now it is breaking out and I have a rash? The bed is totally uncomfortable, the sheets and blankets are scratchy and old. I had no massage which is my favorite part of a massage. The place is not very well kept. It looks like it needs alot of remodeling. I would have expected alot more based on the prices and location of this spa. I'm highly disappointed. I would not recommend this place, nor do I think their pricing is at all fair for what they do. I hate to sound so negative, but when you splurge for a spa package you hope you get something nice.

The absolute nicest people. Traveled to Portland for a girls weekend, they were so accommodating! We got turned around getting there and they offered to pick us up. I can't say enough nice things about the experience. Wonderful people, wonderful place!

Great place for a relaxing pedicure. Our group of four had a wonderful time celebrating a birthday. It’s a unique experience sitting in comfy recliners. They have a great wine list and their masseuse treated us to the best foot massages. I appreciate that they use personal tubs for the foot soak rather than the recirculating ones that are notoriously not clean. Highly recommended!

Went to this spa today 9/23 and had the worst expirence. The lady that was giving me a massage wore latex gloves. It was weird and felt strange. She said she wore them caus she had cuts all over her hands and it was sanitary. Ughhh so gross. I'm pissed I even paid for the service. I'm really wanting a refund. This was a birthday gift from my husband. Over priced massage and I'm pretty sure the gal didn't even have a massage license. Do not go here

Took my husband there for his first foot massage. They were very accommodating and switched our Champagne for regular wine as we don’t like champagne. Owner was super good at massages. Am planning to take my girlfriend there for a birthday gift.

Delicious food, a gorgeous bar, and my nails were PRISTINE. I had so much fun with Ashley while she worked on my nails (and I sipped a delicious white wine while we chatted and she did her magic). A fine point that matters much to me... She took such care on prepping for my gels not to use a machine to remove my old polish, which is unusual. In fact, she took great care all throughout... The results speak for themselves! I'm looking forward to having a date night here with my hubby and getting mani/pedis together before dinner. (They have a great whiskey menu so I know he'll love this place.) I'm also gonna go a girlfriend night and do facials sometimes, it's so cozy and friendly. I have to say I was amazed, after such great service and such a lovely experience, that the cost of my mani was the same I pay everywhere else. This is the kind of place most people keep to themselves because they want it all for them! Well, I love it so much, I want you to have fun, too. Highly recommended!
