I got an Ashiatsu massage for the first time at body aware massage, didnt know what to expect, but was recommended by a friend. I have to say that the experience was magnificent. I had a injury from working out before I went in, after waking up from my massage and going about my way, 20 minutes later I realized my injury was no more. Im definitely going back.

Rebecca is accomplished in various massage modalities and combines this range of skills and techniques to customize a unique and revitalizing massage experience that is different and perfect each time. Rebecca's massages and energy healing have helped me reduce pain, tension, anxiety, alleviate menstrual cramps, and improve my digestion and overall health. If I could give her 10 stars instead of 5, I would. The massage room at Body Aware is spacious, ultra clean, and beautifully decorated. The heated adjustable table is a nice feature for me because I tend to run cold during massages, and I'm always toasty warm on this table. If you're looking for a compassionate, intuitive, energy healer and ultra-pro massage therapist, you will be thrilled with Rebecca.

I was able to schedule an appointment easily using the body aware website, my visit was prompt and Aradia used the exact amount of pressure necessary, quickly finding the source of my muscle pain and easing out the tension. The massage table, face cradle, bolster, and oils used are top of the line and I felt extremely comfortable. I highly recommend visiting Aradia if you are experiencing and pain, or if you need to ease your muscle tension in any way.

Aradia treated me with the most genuine care - going above and beyond to be a key person in my healing process. For months I required massage twice weekly. It was painful and frustrating to have such a huge set back. But, the therapeutic massage was necessary at a time when I had such limited movement. Thank you, Aradia for being such a caring LMT and reassuring me along the way. I was attempting to make an appointment with a massage therapist at body aware. I called and asked if they accepted my insurance and was told to email my insurance information to be verified and someone would get back to me. I sent the information and heard nothing. I emailed and called twice (left a voice mail ) to see if my information had been received and still have not gotten a response and its been weeks.

Rebecca gave me an amazing body massage treatment, combined with vocal toning and sound healing. It's so amazing to feel the massage aspect working through and releasing tension held in my muscles and joints, and then when there is an area that's being triggered she was able to move the energy using her voice and singing. It felt like my entire being was massaged and activated. Afterwards I felt grounded and expanded in my presence and awareness.
