I had an amazing experience getting my hair cut and styled by Kelli. I’ve been afraid to go to a hair salon after a few unpleasant experiences. But when I called Bello and told them what I was looking for, the ladies at the front desk were very knowledgeable and helpful and recommended an appointment with Kelli. And Kelli is now my only person I will go to! I have thick, 2b-2c curly hair. And she was amazing in listening to what I wanted, and she talked me through how she could best trim and style my particular hair to get the look I wanted. She also recommended products and how do apply them so that I could style my hair the way I wanted at home. I cannot be happier with my results!

Two+ weeks ago, I made appointments for my sister and I to have a massage and pedicure. They called and confirmed the appointments. I booked an additional set for my 2nd sister (a trio instead of just a duo) and I received email confirmation that it had been received. Fast forward to the day before, they call me and informed me that they GAVE MY APPOINTMENT TO SOMEONE ELSE. They claimed that they tried to call me, no missed calls from them whatsover, and I specifically told the receptionist when I scheduled the appointments originally, that I'm deaf and the best way to reach me was via email. I never received an email from them and when I asked about that after they had informed me that they gave away my appointment, their only response was that nobody ever made a note of that. UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE and very disappointing.

Reading the reviews I was sad to see someone bash a sweet, talented young woman in the manner listed. I personally have been waiting to coordinate an appointment with Kelli. The reason why I have chosen her was due to seeing SEVERAL of her clients hair & beautiful work with colors. I am friends with 2 of her main clients, both are more than happy she was extremely highly recommended. I also looked through an extensive photo collage! I am very fussy! Please disregard the negative review & do a bit more research =] if not you will truly be missing out!

I went to Bello today for a pedicure and had a very pleasant time. The esthetician Linsey was quite nice and calm. She seemed to have little desire for lots of smalltalk, which is 100% okay with me. We ended up settling on a conversation towards the end of my appointment which was very nice, but I did appreciate a little quiet time. She made sure to check on my general levels of comfort throughout the pedicure. The girls at the front desk were helpful and sweet--I had read reviews saying they were snooty but did not experience any of that. My only complaint is that the pedicure room was FULL of customers--all of the thrones were occupied. I guess I would have preferred a slightly more intimate feel without so many women getting their nails done in my immediate vicinity.

Literally went in there asking for platinum hair and came out a brunette. Not my favorite experience and I'm still a brunette… I went in there with longer hair than I came out!!!! And the guy told me that the most he ever George's was $180 and ask for a full weave I got a partial weave and he charge me $165 and I still didn't even get what I want for $ 200 bucks because I still left his ass a $20 tip, broke when I left believe that!

Yesterday was my appointment at Bello Day Spa and Salon. The salon is always clean and inviting. I was greeted by the receptionist and offered a beverage. Kelli is my stylist and I have been a client for several years, ever since she graduated from the Aveda Institute. She is always professional. She asks and listens to what my wishes are for my hair. I trust her judgement on my haircuts and color choices. I would recommend Kelli and Bello to anyone looking for a lovely experience.

Kelli is a talented, knowledgable and well trained member of the Bello staff. She was trained at an Aveda institute, which if you are familiar with Aveda, you know they’re a well respected company with high standards and goals. I first met Kelli at a salon a couple years back and have followed her since because she always gives me the results I’m looking for. She takes pride in her work and makes sure you leave happy. Kelli is graceful and works with confidence and poise. This is why I refer all my patients, friends, and family members to Kelli and am pleased to only ever hear good feedback :) she’s great at fixing color gone wrong from other salons and incorporating my personal style into the cut/color I get. I tend to go for a more natural, low maintenance look; but also like to have a more done up appearance on occasion. So Kelli usually gives me something that looks great when styled, yet looks just as good when it’s in it’s natural state.

* Highly recommend Shannon! Hands down the only place I go to when I spoil myself. Took my mom out today and Katie at the desk greeted us and made us feel very welcome in our not so fancy get-up. Love the easy of the place. The girls were amazing Amy who did my mom was great im told. But man Shannon... I make peoples hands hurt when getting my knots out and she has a technique that makes you melt. I regained movement in my neck and shoulders. If you have a chance I highly recommend Shannon!

Okay Kelli's "friends" that she told to write a review for her. she is literally the WORST stylist ever. She's not talented at all and does not treat her clients well. She knew she messed up on my hair and that is why she didn't say anything after she was done. She just left and went into the back room. No one should ever go to her, unless you want your hair to look like garbage then sure, she's the perfect stylist for that. I feel really bad that right after she got a bad review, she had everyone try to make her look better when she really can't do her job right.

OMG! I can’t even with how happy I am! I had a lovely lady named Savanna! She is absolutely amazing! My hair has been a hot fried mess for years! Constantly trying new salons, new stylist, and finally I have found a keeper! Yes it is pricey, but so well worth it! I’ve always been huge on not spending a lot of money on my hair, but now I get why you should, being cheap has got me cheap hair all these years! Savanna thank you so much, thank you for all your time and work! I am literally so happy!!

I love this place! I have had a handful of pedicures here and massages and I just keep coming back. If you are pregnant the prenatal massage was what I really needed and the special pedicures are always very enjoyable. Definitely worth the money, as they listen to you and pamper you the whole time!

Kellie has to be the worst stylist in the history of hair. She turned my girlfriend's hair orange and it looked literally nothing like photo she asked to replicate. She was lazy, left the dye in for too long, ruined her hair - and it was clear that she didnt even care. DO NOT LET KELLIE TOUCH YOUR HAIR!!! With that being said, the salon handled the situation beautifully. My girlfriend called them the next day saying she hated the way it looked and was hoping for a way to change it. They booked her with a top stylist at the salon, free of charge, the following day. Savanah was amazing and turned the awful orange mess Kellie had created into the beautiful color my girlfriend was seeking all along. Savanah is a master of color and I would highly suggest her as your stylist. Great customer service and good overall experience - just one awful stylist who everybody should avoid.
