As a short-timer living in Bend, I am so thankful to have found Anjou Spa. Anjou has been my place of solace throughout the harsh winter in Central Oregon, so I thought it was high time I wrote a review: While living in Bend, I received two facials, both excellent, and one manicure (also wonderful)! For all of my services I was treated to a beverage of my choice, encouraged to lounge by the fire, and my personal favorite, given access to their infrared sauna and steam room! The girls at the front desk are friendly, warm, and professional. The two estheticians who performed my facials were also wonderful, especially Raquel. During my facial she gave me a few hot tips on how to manage my acne prone skin and recommended a few Eminence products that have been making a huge difference in my skin! Can you say... NASEBERRY TREATMENT CONVERT!?! Raquel is pure magic and I look forward to booking with her again. As for my manicure, I got it just before Christmas and my family LOVED my bright red nails. Andrea did a phenomenal job! If you are looking for a place to receive some serious R&R and have a #treatyoself day, come to Anjou Spa. Easy parking, fabulous facility, and excellent services. While I am moving out of Central Oregon this week, I do plan to be back at Anjou some day soon.

I had one of the best massages ever this week at Anjou. Christine was my massage therapist, and I opted for the 90 minute hot stone and bamboo massage. It was deeply relaxing (I think I fell asleep a couple times) and I would highly recommend it. As for the spa itself - from the outside you see yourself going into an older office building, but once inside - it's all spa and nice. So don't not try Anjou because of the look from the outside. Make sure you ask for Christine.

The old Anjou Spa burned down a couple of years ago. In hindsight that was a blessing because the new place is amazing. Great Decor, wonderful people, and reasonably priced. You have to check out the sand room after your massage

We were shorted 15 minutes of massage time because the only spot available was the minute they opened and they didn't provide any buffer time for filling out their questionnaire (which she later found us in they're system and we could have skipped that) or getting undressed. I would normally come a half hour early but we were there the minute they opened

If you want a great brazilian wax-ask for Kanani! She made me feel comfortable and the rooms were warm and soothing. If you have had a BRAZILIAN or want to have a BRAZILIAN wax - this is the place to go! Kanani has a personality that is not only professional but soothing for this procedure, which in my past experience can be emotionally and physically tramatizing! GREAT JOB KANANI! ANJOU SPA & SALON was a great experience for waxing that I will share with my friends and family. I can't wait to experience more of their products and treatements they have available. I am blown away, this spa is hands down the best EVER! I had the pleasure of receiving a massage from a therapist named Anna and she rocked it~truly the BEST masseuse I've ever experienced. She is very knowledgeable about anatomy and uses her amazing strength to really get into the knots and loosen up the tension. I would not only recommend a visit to this beautiful spa, I'd also recommend booking a massage with Anna~ you won't be disappointed! The entire staff is professional, kind and focused on giving each guest the best treatment possible. From the moment I called to book the appointment, to the check-out process upon leaving, I was impressed and satisfied. Definite 5 stars, in fact I would give 100 stars if I could! :)

The quality of the service here is unparalleled. Coming into the spa I was nervous since I had never been to a spa before and the reception desk staff immediately made me feel welcome! Their attention to detail is incredible and are all very pleasant to talk to. When I went into my massage I had no idea what to expect and apprehensive that I would not get my money's worth. Now, I say with complete certainty, I get my money's worth and more every single time I go there! My skin is now clear and glowing, my nails are beautifully groomed all the time and I can move my back in ways I haven't been able to in years! Thanks Anjou Spa :)

I highly recommend going here! I had never tried this salon but they could get me in last minute so I thought I would try it out. Melissa made me feel right at home! The price is also very reasonable for the level of service they provide. I will always go here for all my waxing and mani pedi needs from now on. I have not tried the hair salon services but after talking with the gals getting theirs done they sound like they do an excellent job.

I've been to many spas, but nothing quite as beautiful, calming, tranquil and peaceful as Anjou Spa. Tempe is absolutely majestic with facials and waxes while using her angelic hands. The staff is incredibly welcoming and accomodating and the atmosphere brings so much peace and happiness it's impossible not to begin relaxing as you step in the door. Thank you to the wonderful staff and manager, Darcy, for making my visits so heavenly.

Very disappointed. Booked a massage for my birthday and while the message was fine the overall experience was terrible. After the receptionist couldn’t even find my name to check in, I was swiftly walked back to the locker room, without any explanation of the facility. Trying to change and relax in the locker room is almost impossible. I had to dance around at least 3 other women to try to get changed into a robe in the tiny locker room, then I went out to wait for my massage in the “relaxing area” only to find that the one couch and chair were taken so I stood to wait for my appointment. After my massage I wanted to enjoy the facility... sand room and steam room only to experience the same. Both too full to use. Utterly irritated that I chose this spa to spend by birthday at, I went back to the locker room to again apologize multiple times to other women while we all sheepishly tried to dress. Upon checking out I was not asked how my treatment was but only how much I wanted to tip. I will never return or recommend.

Easily the most beautiful spa in Central Oregon with Eminence organic products and an intuitive staff. I cannot recommend this experience enough. The infrared sauna with the sand floor and fiber optic star ceiling is simply amazing!

I had a 90-minute massage + foot scrub at Anjou Spa for Mother's Day. I LOVED the aromatherapy and the attention to detail at Anjou Spa. I also really enjoyed the steam room and hot sand room - all of the accommodations are amazing and I felt like such a pampered queen. I love that I can go in for a treatment and enjoy the amenities the spa has to offer. I'll be going back for a facial soon! UPDATE: OMG I had The Works facial with Sarah in Feb 2019, she's THE BEST. I loved the skin care wisdom she had to share and all the recommendations for my skin she gave - I'm still following her skin advice and my face still has a glow :) I just had a 60-min massage with Moon for Mother's Day 2019, and it was fabulous! She offered some wonderful self-care tips and I feel so rested and rejuvenated. I loved spending time in the hot sand sauna room after my massage AND enjoying my mimosa before hand.

Felt overwhelmed when first walked in by all the products. Talk about sensory overload. You’d think a “day spa” is clean, organized, and minimal. The welcome my partner and I received from the front desk was sub-par and that’s being generous when saying “sub-par.” The only reason I gave this spa 2 stars is because they sell some local items. Can’t complain about supporting local. Maybe will give another visit as bad days happen to everyone.

I came in to get my nails done for my wedding and had the pleasure of great conversation and lots of laughs with the gals that worked at Anjou. The space was so clean and calm. I am a rock climber and they were able to transform my nails into something beautiful. I loved their relaxation space while my nails dried. I am excited to come back and feel like a fancy lady again. Thank you!!

Cameras in every massage room, beware. Hey, in this digital age, there's a camera about everywhere, but in the massage room is probably not the best place to put a i-pad like tablet on the wall with the infamous pinhole camera on top...I'm sure they're not in use, or at least I give them the benefit of the doubt, but why not cover them with some tape or something? Even though I booked a massage online 2 weeks prior to get the therapist I wanted and showed up 15 mins early for a quick steam, they switched therapists on me in a hurried "surprise" type of way and said...sorry, she went home sick...later to find out she no longer works for them for whatever reason and again another pathetic, oops, sorry after I checked out and mentioned it to them. Being a big fan of the "hot n cold" therapy they still get 4 stars for being the only "spa atmosphere" in Bend with both a steam and sort-of-sauna, (infrared and mildly warm) but are 10x better than the no frills massage envy type place that's similar in price per month. Yes, the locker rooms are small, with 1 shower, and every time I've been the only guy in there so it's easy for me, but I'm sure if even 1 other guy was in there it'd feel cramped, can't imagine the women's locker area as that seems to be the majority customer, they wasted space for the enormous toilet room and cramped everything else...the wife agrees and is not a member but I will remain despite the minor annoyances.

I can be quite picky with my massage places because I have my one go to place in Ashland, OR that nothing else has been able to compare. Until Anjou! The minute you walk in, you instantly feel calm. Excellent customer service! The massage was amazing, especially the aroma therapy with it. But to top it all off, you get to then use the wet and hot sauna that allows you to sweat all the toxins. Add that with the complimentary drinks, and beautiful bathrooms, etc., Anjou is by far the best massage place I've been to in YEARS!!!

I just came back from an amazing facial and was there 2 days ago for a pedicure (also great). Jennifer is a wonderful esthetician and was able to help me with my concerns. The spa is beautiful! I highly recommend going early so you can enjoy the steam and sauna!

I think this is one of the finest spas in bend oregon. It beautiful rooms and relaxing views are perfect. I was lucky enough to enjoy a mani pedi and had a wonderful time. My esthetician, Haley, was great and so much fun to chat with. I also enjoyed the complimentary champagne ;) I would recommend this spa to everyone!

A few different things. While the front desk reception staff was nice, I felt that their side chatter was a bit inappropriate to be having in front of customers. I received a waxing and when I got home I noticed that there were several hairs on my brows and upper lip that were missed by the esthetician and I ended up having to do clean up myself. The esthetician also told me that she would leave me samples that she thought would work for my skin type at the front desk and when I checked out there were none. I asked the front desk if they would be willing to check on that for me. They said that they would send a message to the esthetician to ask, when I was going to leave they had not heard back from her and said that she would get back to me regarding the samples for my skin type. I never heard anything back. I was also disappointed to learn that the steam room was still out of order. That was one of the things I was looking forward to at the spa. While the massage was pretty good, I was surprised that the massage therapist didn't really interact with me at all regarding pressure, if I was comfortable with the heat on the table or if I needed any water during our two hour session.

Watch out. They change appointments at the last minute and then expect you to show up on their schedule, not your original time. They also cancel appointments at the last minute. Not cool when you already have a babysitter you have to pay. I’ve had two appointments at this spa and they’ve changed or cancelled both times. Both within an hour of the appointment time. There are so many other lovely spas in Bend- try somewhere else. *Response*. I was not made of any other consolations other than the 50% off (which would require me paying another sitter- and at this point I’m reluctant to try a third time.) Plus, I didn’t have time to make another appointment in the next few weeks, so I asked if it was possible for them to credit me $40 in order to reimburse me for my babysitter’s charge. (Considering if I had cancelled an hour before they would have charged me the full $100.) She responded that they can’t always pay for people’s babysitters when this happens, which leads me believe this happens quite a bit. Not a great way to run a business.

I am so grateful that Lindsey introduced me to Anjou. Since my first introduction, I have had some of the most rejuvenating facials and upgraded my skin care line at home. As a mom who works full time I rarely treat myself to such luxury, but now I'm wondering why it took me this long?! I was also honored to be gifted my very first pedicure ever and I loved every minute of it and proudly showed off my pretty toes over the summer. Thank you Lindsey and Anjou for providing a sweet retreat in the middle of our little city.

NOT OFFERED ANYTHING TO DRINK WHEN WE GOT THERE- HAD TO CHASE DOWN THE FRONT PERSON AT THE END TO GET THE COMPLEMENTARY DRINK AND THEN NO RED WINE AGAIN. SHE WAS HAPPY TO GET THE PEOPLE WHO JUST ENTERED DRINKS WHEN THEY CHECKED IN... THE MASSAGES WERE OK BUT NOT GREAT. WE WERE ACCOMMODATED TO BE THE "COUPLES" ROOM WHICH WAS NICE AND THE REASON THE SCORE WASN'T A 2.

Booked a hot sand and sauna last Friday, called in, was told I would be good for this Sunday. Well I drove all the way to Bend from Prineville only to find out that I did not have an appointment because the receptionist hadn't gotten my name. Wasted my time and gas for nothing.

This was my first time at Anjou’s new facility and I loved it! Clean, beautiful and well outfitted with robes, relaxation area, sauna and steam room. I will definitely be back!

Tammy is AMAZING! I've only had a few massages in my life and I honestly don't want to see anyone else but her if I could. I also enjoyed my mani with Andrea! She was also amazing as well. I'd love to see them both again, which I will! I hadn't even started my appointment yet and was shown around the place like royalty and just fell in love even though I loved the first time going when they had a place in downtown. The new place is beautiful, tranquil and relaxing. I enjoyed my time while I was there. Just for a massage and mani. I SO look forward to going back.
