Highly disappointed! I bought my wife a spa package for her birthday expecting her to be pampered. She stated her massage and facial were good but everything else was a mess. She was not offered a robe or slippers to wear throughout the process. No wine / champagne was offered until the very end, and they kept her in a room with all her regular clothes on while everybody else got nice robes, slippers, wine, and warm blankets. She felt very uncomfortable. She was supposed to get a spa manicure and spa pedicure but was told to wait, she would have waited at least over 20 minutes. At that point she got up and told them to cancel the rest of her spa package. She was frustrated and did not have a good time. I would not recommend this place to be pampered. It seems other people got treated better than some. This is no Woodhouse Day Spa!

My experience more than met my expectations at every moment. I can’t wait to return for another wonderful afternoon at Three Graces. Came with a friend for a massage. The front desk girl wasn’t helpful at all. Told us to just sit and wait, we asked about a relaxation room she said, yes you can wait there. We had to wonder around the small old facility to find the relaxation room. It consisted of and “L” shaped bench with pillows for multiple people to sit on very uncomfortably. We sat there with no instructions and nothing offered to us at all. Then our massage therapist came and got us and took us to the massage room which was very small. The massage was decent. I’ve had way better and way worse! After the massage we were rush to get up and get out. While dressing the therapist knocked on the door and said to hurry up because there were other people that needed the room. On the way out the front desk girl was even more rude as she took our money. I’ve been to several spa’s this by far ranked at the bottom. If your looking for a spa experience this is not the place, if your looking for a quick massage to run in and come out more stressed this might be a fit for you.

For waxing of any kind, see Maggie! She’s the best! I recently started getting a Brazilian and even though it’s not the most comfortable thing, she makes the experience as pleasant and quick as possible

I have gone here for their massages and showers multiple times. They are amazing! I suffer from some chronic pain and Lanesia has been extremely helpful in reducing it. They make sure I have a relaxing experience every time. I have also purchased their mothers day package and my mother enjoyed it!

Lucia’s extractions are painless, her massage is heavenly and her results flawless. Pores and fine lines are practically non-existent after a session with Lucia. She clears out pores and sloughs off dead skin with her magic wand. I always leave feeling so relaxed and confident with my fresh face! She is always adding services to her repertoire. DermaBlading and lash lifts are a must!

I have been to Lanesia a few times now and she is hands down the best masseuse I’ve been to ever. Summer has been extremely helpful in setting up appointments that work with my schedule and making sure I have what I need when I get to the spa. I will definitely be back many more times.

I had a one hour massage with Lanesia recently and it was hands down one of the best massages I’ve ever had, and I’ve had many. I’m very sensitive on my traps and shoulder blades and she did such an amazing job that I could actually relax the entire time and not be tensed up from too hard of pressure. Maggie is the absolute BEST!! I have searched far and wide (and literally across the pond) but no one compares. She is a perfectionist with unparalleled skill and an absolute joy to be around! I don't even live in OKC anymore but while there visiting I HAD to make an appointment to see her. Trust me, if you are nervous about waxing or don't think it's necessary, trust me, it IS. I had the pleasure of going to Three Graces Day Spa for a facial! As soon as I entered the Spa. Their front desk staff was warm and inviting. They offered me water and shortly after Lucia Pierre introduced herself and escorted me back to her room. The room was soothing and relaxing with amazing music softly playing in the background. She was amazing and knew exactly what to use on my skin. Lucia Pierre thank you for bringing my skin back to Life! I totally recommend Lucia Pierre. She is a sweetheart, a total professional and knows the skin all types. I am totally coming back soon.

I looked up online, liked the packages so I decided to go there to buy for my employees. My first visual was a very old looking decor and not maintained. The girl behind the desk handed me a flyer. I stated I had looked online at the packages could I take a tour of the place ( since I didn’t like the way it looked). She acted like she was put out and said give her a minute. 10 minutes later and 2 other employees behind the desk she got up and went to the very messy back office. I walked out.

Lanesia is AMAZING. My body has been a hot mess ever since I had my son. She always knows how to get me feeling back to normal and how to get rid of my headaches with her massages. I’ve lived in OKC for 6 years and am thankful to finally have a spa I know that I can always count on.

Absolutely love this oasis for getting pampered! I am ALWAYS promptly greeted and offered a cool beverage, treated like I'm there regularly (wish I could go every week) although I make at least 2 to 3 visits/yr at minimum! Just love Tammy that does my facials each time and the Massage Therapists are excellent as well! DEFINITELY surprising the best friend soon with a girls day for facials (pre-wedding) in the near future! Thank you for such a wonderful experience every time I visit ... BTW my mother says she LOVED coming with me earlier this spring and intends to bring me back with her soon!

I recently received a terrible facial from this spa. It was a $90 signature facial. The girl doing the facial was clearly very inexperienced and didn’t know how to give a proper facial. It was not luxurious, the room was not quiet, as you could hear people banging things around and talking during the facial. The girl mainly just did cicrlces on the cheeks of my face over and over again and pretty much ignored 90% of my face. I asked to take off my makeup before doing my facial so I could get my mascara off (I just came from work), I asked multiple times and she refused to allow me to take off my makeup and said she would do it herself and would be sure not to leave black marks under my eyes. I leave to get in my car and the first thing I see are heavy black marks under my eyes. Which is why I wanted to take it off myself. The massage in between masks/peels was so minimal, she never touched my lower arms or hands and spent about 3 mins massaging my neck and shoulders. When she did the second mask/peel, she actually left the room for 10 mins with me just sitting there, normally that time is spent massaging. It was not worth the $90 I spent! If you go here, make sure to ask about the quality of the esthetician and ask how many years of experience they have. I am so disappointed and will not stray from normal places in the future, which is Udander and Cottonwood

The worst customer service! I changed my entire weeks schedule to get in with Athena (who is great) just to be turned away because they made a mistake and booked my appointment on the wrong day. They did not even offer to have me see someone else after having made the trip and changing my entire schedule. There are plenty of other good salons I will not be returning.

The Italian Riviera II was 3 hours of bliss. Tammy gave me a wonderful facial. I had never had one before and she explained everything! I loved the pumpkin mask, it smelled so good. She also gave a great scalp, neck and hand massages while the treatment was going. Athena was an angel for the vichy shower and massage to follow. Just a wonderful massage and really treated what I wanted with very interesting techniques. Highly recommend Three Graces Day Spa and these two staff members! I can't wait for another spa day with my mom, Tammy, and Athena! Don't miss out on this spa day of bliss.

Was rescheduled because of the spa on first visit. Had package with an extra wrap. Summer suggested since I didn't want to make two more trips I could do a massage next visit instead of the wrap. The services were great but when it came time for last service, they forgot to schedule it and suggested I come back which is what we previously discussed I did NOT want to do. They tried to get me my service but someone was scheduled unless I waited until later that day, which I could not. So they gave me the service for 1/2 the time and only offered me a $10 credit after telling me I would get 10 percent off as well from previous mishap. I tried to show them how the math was off but because they don't have the prices listed in their brochure by each separate service, it is impossible to show. I really feel ripped off. That was almost $400 total spent and they don't even compensate for their errors. I settled for what they would give. Which to me was not right. Plus the walk outside in rain with the crappy flip flops was horrible.
