You have to try this place! It’s the best way to relax and plus it’s really close to our house! Everything is extremely clean and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly!

Great experience! I had never tried cryotherapy or normatek compression massagers, and I really enjoyed the experience. The staff were very friendly and explained everything fully before I started the process. I was unsure what would help my recovery the most (having run 18 miles the day before), so I just dropped in to check things out. I ended up getting everything done right then without having to book in advance!
