Don't waste your money with this company put a pool liner in my pool there wrinkles all over and then a year later wrinkles got bigger and they told me they would work themselves out. I called somebody else in and they didn't even put the proper equipment to lock the edges in bad company

Piss poor company.. Very unprofessional. Was suppose to drain, remove debri and acid wash my inground pool. They only drained and removed most of the debri . My spa section is still dirty, the pool section is still waiting on the acid wash. The workers used my trash cans!!!! This is supposed to be a professional company. Each day they came (3) they were only here 60 to 90 mins. On the last day they were here I asked the worker in charged about my acid wash because he said they were gonna be done that day and he had the nerve to say and i quote " Filling the pool back up with water will remove the stain eventually" I could'nt do anything but walk away before I lost it... AND on top of that some of the sluge they drained on my lawn by my back fence they think i dont know but i got pics.... It shouldnt take a week for them to do what they did. they left my pool incomplete and so is that bill.!!!

Well it looks like I'll be checking out other pool companies!! Lance, I really appreciate you writing your experience because I do not want to go through what you went through!!! I'm already going through that on a new home but I think I'm a little more lucky, my people actually do what they say and your hassle is definitely not on my agenda! I have easy access to build an underground pool by the end of the summer until they start developing more homes.... so I need to be picky here. Thanks!

Pleasant Pools lived up to its name by providing us with a "pleasant" experience building our pool. Jennifer was very patient and extremely helpful in designing our pool. She went out of her way to help us make changes to our design and providing us with helpful suggestions and pictures of some of the design concepts we were considering. They were actually able to start our pool a week earlier than scheduled and it was completed in 6 weeks. Ted and Jennifer were always quick to respond to our questions and concerns. They quickly moved a piece of equipment that was making a vibrating noise. We love how our pool turned out. It was even better than we imagined. We now have our own backyard resort as our friends call it! We would highly recommend Pleasant Pools and Spas if you are considering building a pool. They will do a great job and be with you through the whole process.

Pleasant Pools is THE place in OKC if you are looking for a well built & well designed pool and pool system. I went to several pool places in and around the greater OKC area...some never called back, some were way overpriced and some were just flat out unprofessional. Immediately walking into Pleasant Pools I met Greg, the "pool extraordinaire", as I call him and we sat down and after going over a few designs and things I wanted included, he was able to quote a ballpark price within minutes. Obviously, as I tailored my design and desires he was still very patient and worked with me to help create a masterpiece, well within my budget. He uses computer graphics and puts animation to your dreams so you can see exactly what you're getting and how it's going to look in relation to your home and surrounding landscaping. I had to coordinate my pool design and final construction from Illinois due to my military service, but Greg was always willing to help and make a stressful situation...painless! So, the pool has been installed for a little over a year now and the family is over the Moon with the final product. We never fail to get amazing compliments on our pool from whoever comes to visit. Thanks to Greg, he really does make dreams come true. If you want the best, stop in and see him, you will not be disappointed!

We set up an appointment on their website for them to come and talk to us about building a pool. They confirmed the appointment and never showed up. We sent them an email to determine what happened, and didn’t hear back.

Had them install a pool liner in my in ground pool and a new pool pump in 2016. The corners and steps were never fit properly. They did not level out the concrete under the liner so I have sink holes. Asked for them to check all the jets to make sure they were working properly, never received an answer as to if that happened despite me calling 3x to ask. Never got any directions for the new pool pump. Nor was I told that they were done, I had to call and see if they were. My liner did not make it past the 1st summer before it started pulling away at the corners. It is now 2018 and I am having another company install a new liner.

I had Pleasant Pools build an in-ground, gunnite (salt system) pool for me in the summer/fall of 2013. My pool salesman, Greg was extremely helpful in working with me on everything from the initial design to choosing equipment, as well as the aesthetic components of my pool/backyard. The salesman was very knowledgeable, professional and did not trying to upsell me "extras" that I didn't need. I felt like he listened to my ideas and incorporated those ideas where it was feasible. He, along with the crew(s) would explain to me what was being done and what I could expect in the next few days, as the pool building process took place. Any time there was a “glitch” of any type, it was addressed immediately and courteously. I feel like the entire company moved quickly, yet painstakingly thoughtful throughout the building of pool and in assisting in getting the chemicals adjusted once the pool was completed. The co-owner of the company was often on-site, as well, making sure the process was moving correctly and efficiently. I have built two homes in the last eight years and was not looking forward to yet another “project,” as I had never built or owned a pool before. To my surprise, it was a most pleasant (pardon the pun) experience and one that I would do again with Pleasant Pools. I am not easy to please, but I am very happy with my pool and the service I have received from this great company. I highly recommend this company.
