On a positive note, the people were nice. That is about the only positive thing I have. I was in for a mani/pedi I got from Groupon. 1st they are appointment only, but they don't answer their phone or return voicemail so I had to go up there to make an appointment yesterday and come back today. It was hard to find but that was no big deal. When I got there they asked me to pick out a color... half of the bottles looked dried up and separated. They had brands like Wet 'n Wild (the $.99 kind from Wal-Mart) not salon quality and used the same unmarked bottle thing for base coat as she did for top coat. She spent the 1st 5 min cleaning nail shavings off her table. The buffer she used on my nails was so worn out the foam was coming off on my nails. There were no licenses on the wall and they share files and equipment with everyone. The hand drying lamps were missing bulbs so you couldn't use them. Not to mention my nails were all different lengths, shapes and missing polish in areas. I was afraid to get the pedicure based on how unsanitary things were this far. I did it anyways, but went home and washed right away. After all that, the first thing she says when she is finished was "Do you need change for a tip?" Well that's awfully assumptive! I did tip her, but she didn't earn it. Then she tries to get me to pre-pay and book another appointment for $50! Are you crazy?! To charge that amount of money for the cheapest products, unsanitary, and possibly unlicensed service and ask people to come back; you must be crazy! I won't be returning or sending even my enemies there.
