We love this spa! My mother and I have been customers for years and have never had a bad experience. Always polite and treat us like family. Lisa is great at massages, and I'd definitely recommend Vi if you have problem toenails. I usually end up with an ingrown toenail every now and then, but it's no problem for these girls! Vi also waxes my eyebrows and she's a pro at that too. We came here for pampering the day before my wedding with a party of 13, and they got us in and out no problem. Everyone was very happy with their experiences.

I recommend the Nail & Spa. They are wonderful, I've have been coming for a year. I live an hour away and it's worth the drive. Everyone is so friendly. I recommend Lisa, she is Great for Facials, Massages, and Pedicures. TJ is Great for Manicures, Dips, and doing eyebrow waxing. They also have a Salon Rita did a Wonderful job with a color and trim.

I'm from Ohio, Everyone was friendly. Soon as i walked in, i was greeted and helped... Although i came 30 minutes from closing time, Amanda took her time on my pedicure and fill in. Great conversation, and hospitality. Less expensive than what i'm used to paying also.... Nice and clean. Awesome place. When i come back that way i will most definitely visit again!

Service wasn't bad but its not worth it for what you pay. Got gel manicure and only lasted 1 week, i told the lady i wanted certain color and she ended up putting a different one saying that was the one i chose.

The service was good, but my nails only lasted about 4-5 day before coming off. I paid $35 for acrylics, and as a girl with little money, I splurged and got them done hoping they would stay for at least a few weeks. They looked very good, but sad to see them fall off.

I stopped in for a gel manicure. The tech wasn't into conversation, which is ok. I wasn't offered anything to drink, even tho there are claims everywhere that they offer drinks. I was also charged a few dollars more be than the prices listed on the menu. All that would be dismissed if it wasn't for these chips in the polish. It's more like a thick polish and not a true gel. I need my manicures to look intact for the expected two weeks, and I did not get that from La Fleur.

Amanda is the BEST nail technician I’ve ever had! So sweet, and literally the best manicure I’ve ever had! They’ve never looked better! 100% ask for her when you go in! She’s also good at everything pedicure, waxing, and her customer service is amazing! Loved the conversations I had with her! She knew I was in a rush and got my full set perfected along with painting my toenails within 45 minutes! Super affordable cost too! Highly recommend! She works everyday but Tuesday and Sunday so definitely go see her every other day of the week! I’m gonna have to make the 1.5 hour trip every time I need my nails done!

Pedicure was worst I’ve had in OKC. Wanted just a basic manicure. My cuticles looked worse after the manicure. The tech burned me when she was trying to buff my nails. Will never go back nor recommend for any service.

last saturday i went with some of my friends to go get acrylics. i didn’t know how much i wanted to tip them and i only had with me $41 dollars bc i wasn’t expecting to get my nails done. so the guy i had asked me if i wanted regular acrylics or gel acrylics and i didn’t want to risk anything happening so i just did regular. the hole time he and the lady next to me were telling me how it was a terrible descion and that the nail polish wouldn’t even be dry after 45 minutes (btw under the dryer they dryed after 10 minutes but whatever) and i just said okay and moved on bc i wasn’t changing my mind. then my friend that i went with decided to go with a lighter color and they were pressuring her and saying are you sure you don’t want a brighterer color and pressuring her and giving each other looks. i showed a picture of what i wanted and then the guy said “by the way they aren’t going to be shiny like that” very rudely. if you know how it feels to be talked about you kind of know even if you don’t know exactly and i could just tell they were talking about me and my friends. we are only 13 and we didn’t have an adult so i don’t know if they thought they could treat us like this bc we didn’t have an adult but they were very rude in general. my nail technician also smelled smoke and i personally don’t care if you smoke but i don’t want that as i am getting my nails done. so it’s been 6 days since i got my acrylics and one popped off as i was opening a brownie box. that isnt very hard to open and i wasn’t even usuing my acrylics to open the box i was usuing my finger to open it. i haven’t been hard on mine at all and the hardest thing i’ve done this week is put ornaments on my christmas tree. my nail technician also just asked me if i wanted my nails short or long and i said short and he didn’t okay it with my once he was about to put the powder stuff on. i’m not a very confrontational person and i didn’t want to seem rude so i didn’t say anything (which bad on my part) my nails are very crooked and over all i’m not happy with them. and if you were wondering i got the short acrylics so there not like their even crazy long. if 0 stars was an option i put that. i hope know one gets the nail tech that i got.

I love this place!! Everyone there is so super nice and friendly!! They remember myself and my daughters everytime we go in there! My nails look great for at least 3 weeks after I have them done! Will not go anywhere else!! Prices are the same as I've paid elsewhere, but the results are better!!

This is the worst nail salon ive ever been to! They were rough and impatient. Every single one of my fingers has been knicked. They were whispering and snickering about my friend and I. They didnt listen when I said my nails were too long. They wouldnt do the color I wanted. When I said I hated the nails, she said, "That'll be $45". DO NOT GO HERE!

If i could give zero stars, I would. It definitely depends on which nail tech you get, because my mom and I both got our nails done here the same day and time and had vastly different experiences. Her nails looked great, her tech took her time, great experience for her. Myself on the other hand, not so much. My powder dip is lumpy and started chipping the next day. My tech complained the whole time about how hungry she was, which led to her rushing through it and doing a shoddy job. The best part: she “accidentally” over charged me. Guess she didn’t think I’d notice. Once I pointed that out, she got all huffy, mumbled something unintelligible and left me sitting there wondering if she was going to finish the job. She never came back and neither will I. The rest of the staff was nice and offered us drinks, so that’s the only redeeming factor here. Just be careful of them overcharging you, because I see that’s a trend with them.

I’m not the person to review stuff but the experience I had was very bad.. my nails ended up more wide than they did square they aren’t even at all. And the paint is already chipping. Didn’t even try to fix them for me. I’d give zero stars if it was possible.

DO NOT GET EYELASHES DONE HERE! They actually squirted the glue directly on my eyelid and didn't have the bottom lashes covered so it glued the corner of my eye shut. She proceeded to scrub the glue with remover to open my eye. Burned like crazy. Then put so much glue with the lashes that it was no longer thin individual lashes, just one big hard clump on my eyes. They have hurt for weeks and have been so stiff and hard that I was told not to even try and have them taken off until the three week mark. Finally, after three weeks, they have loosened enough to use remover on them. Before that wasn't even an option. After one hour of working on them with eyelash remover, they are finally off. My natural lashes are damaged and my lids are so red and sore underneath the glue. Never again!

I wish I could send pics of our nails. My mother and I got mani pedi on Friday and we both have no nail polish left on any nails except 2 of hers and 1 of mine. It came off as a whole piece not just chipping. My mother got zoomed through as it is with all nail salons anymore. The young man that did hers got done 10 minutes before my girl did and we started at the same time!!! She had to ask for a second coat of clear polish on her mani. The lady who worked on me was great but my nails still look like they are 3 weeks old (not her fault). Old polish I assume but both of us having the same issue. Old polish for us both, ridiculous. We will NEVER go back to this facility. The other reviews must have lucked out. This is the same type of place as everywhere else. Rush, rush and nail polish chipping after a few days (this was the worst of all though with all polish being off 9 NAILS the next day)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not go here. Got my eyebrows waxed and she ruined my face, multiple skin tears from pulling too fast. I wish I could upload pictures. The woman who did my eyebrows was on the phone the entire time- rude and not paying attention to what she was doing. I called the manager and she said she will refund me the money back. Next day I went in to speak to the manager and also to get the cosmetology license number of the woman who waxed my eyebrows but the manager never spoke with me. Another girl refunded the money and said next time I can get a free wax for eyebrows- errr hell no! No thanks! I won't be ever stepping foot in this place. I'm hoping there will be minimal scaring. If you dare to go here good luck! Also make sure whoever is working on you has a current cosmetology license. Because when I walked in I went right to where that girl did my eyebrows and her license was no longer hanging on the wall where it was the day before.

I've been meaning to write this review for some time now..so here it is. I've been a faithful client of Le Fluer for many years and at the end of April my daughter got married and we had a spa day at this location the day before. Linda, the owner, treated us like royalty. We had a party of 13 and the technicians were so accommodating to our needs. It was a so much fun. And they did excellent work. My favorite nail tech is Lisa! I also enjoy Vie, Danny, TJ, Yen and Lena is super with acrylic! BTW, Lisa is also wonderful at giving Full Body Massages!!! So when you need pampering go to Le Fluer, Quail Springs Mall. You won't be disappointed.

I went in for a simple pedicure six days ago and the polish has already chipped off in many places. I haven't been active or running around outside barefoot in those six days so there is no excuse for the polish to already be chipping away. The experience was a waste of $25 plus tip.

I'm normally pretty hesitant to give bad reviews; I work in customer service and realize that one off day for one person can reflect badly on a business. I have been here before and liked it. I came here (was recommended a specific nail tech) and booked an appointment. I arrived and was seated with the tech I requested. I asked for an acrylic fill ($15) and as soon as he looked at my nails he laughed at me. (Odd I thought, but moved on). My nails were not in need of a full set. Only a fill. He proceeds to ask me if I want gel or polish. I tell him polish. He asked me if I wanted my natural nail cut down and I said no, I'm trying to grow them. He responded by laughing again to himself and saying they don't look good long because I have curved nail beds. (They really aren't that curved and don't look abnormal- peep the pics i added lol) then he goes "you know you have curved nail beds right?" Still giggling into his mask and I said "yes? Is that funny to you?" And he continues on. Then he asks what shape and I say coffin. He then tells me my nails are too short for coffin (odd because I've had it this length with my natural nail and tips??) and laughs again. Trying to stay patient I sat there and explained that I didn't want square, or square round, but a slight coffin. Nothing extreme. Something I've had done countless times. He goes "ok I don't like that but I guess it's your nail and you know what you like". THEN PROCEEDED TO GIVE ME THE COFFIN SHAPE ON THE SIDES OF MY NAILS WITH A DRILL. CUTTING MY INDEX FINGER DEEPLY AND MAKING ME BLEED. I'm sorry what. I've never had someone drill off the sides of my nails to shape them almond, coffin, or any other shape. Seems lazy and dangerous. He grabbed my finger and just continued to work. I told him I was bleeding and had to ask him to stop and spray my finger with alcohol. I kept looking at it and he looked concerned like "what did I do". He continues working on me, I'm mad at this point and consider leaving but it would have all been for nothing. All in all my nails look good, but I will NEVER be back at this salon. I work 40 hours a week as a full time college student and I will spend my hard earned money somewhere relaxing with good customer service and someone who won't laugh at me or question what I want. I'm not kidding when I say this man looked at my fingers and laughed about 10-15 separate times. And scoffed at me when I asked for something simple. Such a shame because the nails look good and I was recommended to go to him by a long time client of his who spoke so highly of him. Larry is rude, and unprofessional and people deserve to know that he will treat them this way. People need to be held accountable for their actions.

Awful service. Nail tech cut me several times and told me that those cuts were already there, and the one he actually realized he did, he stated it was my fault. Requested to speak to the manager, and she yelled. She ended up giving me $10 off at the end, but I and my friend both believe that was unfair considering I was injured in the process. They also didn't do a great job on the nails. I used to love going there, but now the prices are ridiculous and the nail techs hurt you. I do not recommend here.

I went with a few of my friends last Saturday (which was 6 days ago) to get our nails done it seemed like a good place to go not to expensive. The lady i had was very nice and did a decent job but my friends nails came off within a short period of time. I really liked my color and the nails but the color started to fade. My friends told me that there nail technicians were very rude and kept telling them their nails were going to look horrible, and tried pressuring them into getting what they didn’t want to get which was way more expensive. And they were afraid they were going to charge them more after everything they did. Also my friends nail technician smelled of smoke which was not very pleasent. Also my friends nail technicians were giving each other looks and gestures and whispering about my friends. They were being negative and saying that what they wanted was not going to turn out like that expected and said they weren’t going to dry fast what so ever. They dried in less than 10 minutes by the way. I do not know what their names are and i hope no one else has any struggles with their nails like we did. We are hoping to go back as soon as possible to possibly get them fixed and maybe hopefully be cheaper.

I did regular gel nails, not acrylic for $35. I was a little iffy about them because it wasn’t the shade I wanted and they felt off. The nail lady told me they’ll last for at least a week. 3 Days later the gel came off. NEVER GOING BACK.
