Customer service skills are not present. Front desk personnel gave instructions that didn't match the procedure getting done. When it's time to pay, not everyone knows how to ring up packages. This can be frustrating to the customer. Getting shown pictures of results, yeah, never happened because she didn't even know how to do that. After waiting for at least 10 minutes, she decides she didn't know how to get the pictures side by side. Last straw right here, showed up for #4 of 5 in my package. Appointment was at 3:45pm, while waiting, no one said get into a robe and slippers (it's down what I'm there for). I'm just sitting there & twice front desk personnel comes back & says, "she's wrapping up, she'll be right with you." How do they know that? They're not communicating while she's in with someone. For all I know, she may not have been there yet. At 4:10pm, (25 mins past my appointment) I left. Arrangements had been made for me to be there and this is the lack of respect for my time I get? I left work early, had a baby in the hospital that I needed to go see after & two kids to go get out of daycare 30 mins away from the spalon. No consideration at all for my time, a customers time. I was getting therma sculpting & it's recommended (by them) every three days. She calls me back at 5:22pm (an hour & 12 mins after I'd left) saying she heard I had to go, when could I come back. She starts rattling off times that I cannot be there, which I'd told her previously about my work schedule. I had told her I can be there Tuesdays and Fridays at 3:30pm because I can leave work at 3pm and it takes me 30 minutes to get there. However, I'm being asked about 2:15pm, really? Ok, you got the $375 for the package of 5. I received 3. Now I'm out of two treatments. It's no point in going back; the three day recommendation has been busted and the rapport we'd built is gone. That would be an uncomfortable two sessions & would they even be effective?
