they gave me a man that never does nails and he did horrible on my nails i tried to ask them to fix my nails but all they did was re polish them and that wasn’t the problem the problem was that there needed to be a new set of nails on my hands one of the ladies rushed on painting my nails i left unhappy and i didn’t get nothing out of that visit and it’s like im a kid so i can’t really do anything about it they wouldn’t listen to what the real problem was .

Talk about a lady and a gay men's day out on the town this is one very unique experience and a great environment to try went out for a boys day hang out with the girls in the ladies to just relax and enjoy a cup of wine get are pedicures and manicures done anybody that just needs to get out and get a little stress off your shoulders and not their minds this is a very great place to go relax

Just got a 5 star experience from Trish! Got a dip nail and classic pedi for me and polished nails and toes for my daughter. Was in and out in an hour! Thanks French Nail Spa!

They made my thumbnail bleed. But wait, there’s more! I get my nails pretty long, and the nail tech complained the whole time about the length, when I’m willing to pay more and always leave a decent tip. Other than that my nails were not glued on straight, they are different thicknesses, and some have no apex. I recommend somewhere else

Fantastic. My feet were in rough condition and my nail tech suggested a few different pedicure options based on my needs. What I appreciated is that they were at different price points and I didn't feel pressured to but more than I wanted, but the nail tech was obviously knowledgeable about what pedicure would take care of my feet's issues. When we were finished I couldn't believe my eyes - my feet felt and looked gorgeous. I didn't think she could take care of all myissues in one visit but she did!

I enjoyed my time at this salon. I have received pedicures which were wonderful, and the atmosphere is relaxing. I also go back for eyebrow waxing, I have never had a bad experience with the waxing. I usually never have to wait to be served.

Moon did a wonderful job on my nails! I got dip powder and she took her time to make sure they were well shaped and natural looking. They have a very clean and relaxing salon. Have been looking for a regular nail place in OKC and I found it!

Very clean place! Leslie did my nails, and she did a great job. Very pleased with overall experience. This place is a little more pricy than other nail salons. Edmond ones are cheaper and about the same quality.

I had a great experience here. They took there time doing my nails. I got a wonderful pedicure and gel nails. The quality was great and latest almost 3 weeks! I would highly recommend this place.

I absolutely love this place. I go there every two weeks and they do an amazing job. I went to a higher end salon for years but my schedule changed and didn't allow me to go between 8 and 5 so I've been going here ever since. There is one young lady in particular who provides excellent customer service.

Here from Illinois and the customer service was ok however their technique is horrible. Not even a week after my nails were lifting in the corner. Then tech that was doing my nails stopped and another had to finish the one nail which looks horrible.

I LOVE THEM! So, they close at 7:30 & i called them last week at 6:40 & was like "hey!! Im 10 min away, could i be able to still get a mani and pedi" and they were like yes come in!!! And then when i got there, they already had like the water and everything ready!!! And like 3 ppl working on me!! So my mani, pedi took 32 minutes total and that incluse like the hot stones and everything! Haha! I think they were very nice and they did a really great job!!! I will go here from now on and that says a lot because i live in very north Edmond lol!

First visit in a while, because I no longer work in the area. The salon has obviously changed hands again since my last visit. My daughter's mani/pedi held up well, but my gel manicure was sloppy and didn't last 3 days before most nails started chipping. By the end of the week every nail was peeling. My services were rushed, so my manicurist could get to a person I assume was a regular. My manicure consisted of a 30 second soak, nail shaping, cuticle snipping and paint. It ended with a 30 second hand massage. I wanted a spa mani, but that request was ignored. My pedicure was better, but not at all like it used to be and also rushed. Two of my toes were scarred around the cuticle. It took my daughter's manicurist a full 20 minutes longer to finish. This used to be a great place. Not sure I'll be back.

Very disappointed in the quality of service. My husband and I were rushed out and attention to detail was lacking. We both got pedicures and I got Nexgen nails. I had to file them all again when I got home. All the edges were rough and unfinished. Will never go back

Beautiful salon, but horrible nail attendant. Went in for a dip polish on Saturday and she didn't take care of properly leveling out my nails/dip powder. I have bumps & ridges and will need to go somewhere else to redo them. She wasn't thorough at all. Poor service/quality #disappointed #mylasttimehere If I didn't have to travel, I would have gone back to have a manager fix my nails.

She did a pretty good job on my nails. She didn’t have good customer service though. She didn’t speak to me the whole time. We sat in silence. She spoke very fluently in English because she answered the phone and I heard her. Greet your customers, smile at least once, make them feel welcome and want to return.
