I had a haircut here a few months ago. The appointment started 30 minutes late. The stylist told me it was his first week cutting hair and had to call in reinforcements over an hour into the haircut because he couldn't figure out the back. I was in the chair for more than two hours, and walked out with one of the worst haircuts I've had (and I've had some bad ones). The staff was super sweet, so maybe I just got unlucky on the stylist experience front. But they still asked for full payment when the appointment took 3 times as long as it should have, and I cried myself out of that salon.

Awesome! I opted for complete body massage followed by shampoo for hair and blow dry. There is $20 off for first timers and they also offer discount coupons. My hair stylist Litha Shelton was such a sweetheart and wonderful person, she just knew exactly what I wanted. Not to forget the lady who did body massage, she was excellent as hell! I felt so calm and relaxing. Will definitely suggest to my friends and visit again.

LOVED my experience at Eden on Warwick!! Everyone was very nice and the salon is very nice and smells good, not like a normal salon. I got my hair cut by Kasie. She is amazing at short hair cuts! I am so happy to finally find someone that can cut my hair like I want it! 5 stars for Kasie and Eden Salon!

I have been a loyal customer over 2 years. My routine stylist is on maternity leave, so I booked an appt with a new employee “Sally”. I was unable to make the appt. Eden did not call me to reschedule, I simply received an email receipt stating Eden had charged me for a no-show with “Nicole”. Eden took the remaining money on a gift certificate I had on file. Eden then stated I had to leave a card on file for future services. As a loyal customer who has never no showed an appt. Ever. Policy/procedure or not.. I was charged a fee with a stylist I was never scheduled with. My spouse and I will not be returning to this salon. The massage therapist Debbie is fantastic. My routine stylist Lisha is also, very professional and did a phenomenal job. 5 stars for services rendered. Zero stars for taking money from a loyal customer who didn’t have an appointment scheduled with “Nicole”..

Honestly the worst massage I have ever had. The lady coughed through the whole thing and tried to talk to me when it was obvious I didnt want to talk. She started about 20 minutes late but she also ended the massage 20 minutes early, I had to say something because at that point I had had enough. Save your money and go else where!

Haydin does an awesome job with my hair. Extremely professional yet personal. I found them in May looking for a new stylist and haven't gone anywhere else since. Very friendly staff; I don't go in often, but they know me by name and are very welcoming.

I live in Arkansas and am probably going to come back to OKC to get my hair done from now on. Nemisys gave me a cut that makes me feel pretty and confident after a wonderful shampoo with head massage and hand massage-i was also really impressed with the Aveda products she used on my hair that smelled SO good. To top it all off, we had a fun and relaxed conversation all throughout. There’s a wonderfully positive vibe in the entire salon that made me feel so comfortable that I wish I could come back more often. Overall I would recommend this salon to anyone because not only is it awesome experience, it didn’t break my bank.

This salon and spa is very professional and clean. I work here, I have been here since the beginning of October. I also got my hair done here before I worked here by Alan! & I have also had my hair now done by Jose and Haydin. All stylists are amazing and talented at what they do. Amanda, the esthetician, does my facials for me and this is the best my skin has ever looked! The spa is also very clean, warm, and cozy. The facials are worth every penny, definitely something I'd recommend to try out if you've never had one before!!
