I would give them No Stars. I took my granddaughter before her wedding and they did a horrible job. Then i took my younger granddaughter and a friend there and their nails looked horrible and they didn’t even get to sit together. No more money wasted at this nail salon.

Horrible customer service. Asked for the deluxe chamomile pedicure which states that there will be an "extended leg massage with hot stones." The pedicure in total lasted less than a half hour. The gentleman who was doing my pedicure was in an obvious rush and had no interest in satisfying me as the customer but instead rushed to move on to another client. I will not be returning, my nails look terrible, the service was terrible and what I paid / asked for was completely different than what I actually received.

Not impressed at all! Asked for dip manicure , told me oh no it won’t last , let’s do acrylic it will be better. She was extremely rough and made me bleed several times. She had an appointment after me so she was hurrying and kept looking at her watch. Once I picked a color , she kept saying are you sure, that doesn’t seem like one you would like. I’m like, really Lady, I’ve never met you. Will not be back!!

Worst experience ever! My mom and I took my daughters for their first mani/pedi and we each got our nails dipped. It took 2 hours for the nail technician to fumble her way thru dipping my nails. She used the wrong top coat twice and it wouldn’t dry after 20 min! To fix it she did the exact same thing and surprise surprise it wouldn’t dry either. My nails have bubbles, are unevenly filed and unfortunately my mom paid before I was finished or else I wouldn’t have paid the full amount. What is obvious is that the nail techs were not knowledgeable about the services they were providing because they had no idea what went wrong.

I went to get my nails done on Monday night (05/07/18). It was 8:00, so an hour before the mall closed. I’m very grateful that they squeezed me in last minute. I went for a full set acrylic and pedicure. Later on I decided to get a quick eyebrow wax. I get my nails done all the time so I knew that the pedicure and acrylic together would take an hour or a bit over. The service was rushed because of the time frame. One person was doing my toes while another was putting on acrylics on my hand. The ONLY reason I wouldn’t give this service a five star is because the service was so rushed I now have an ingrown nail on my big toe. Very painful and hard to keep shoes on which is a downer because I’m a nursing student and tennes shows a required. If time was a problem I would’ve been happy to come back at a better time for better service. On top of this the lady doing my pedicure barely scrubbed and exfoliated the bottom of my feet. They are still rough and it is a bit annoying. Now I’m iffy on returning. Especially because this may be the second time this has happened ( an ingrown nail ). My boyfriend paid $77 for a $15 service. Horrible quality. I have pictures but can’t figure out how to upload.

The “hairstylist” was a rude individual with no semblance of customer service. She messed up on my sons haircut and then proceeded to belittle my wife. Rather than fixing her errors she took the next customer. I highly recommend avoiding this establishment. Save your money and your dignity. Terrible experience.

I went here today for a pedicure and chose the $50 deluxe that was to include a foot massage, hot rock massage, and exfoliating treatment. The lady who did my nails was nice, however she also spent the entire pedicure yelling orders to the other techs around the salon-making it *very* hard to relax. The massage lasted two minutes (and wasn't really a massage-actually just her rubbing my legs with lotion with zero pressure), and the hot rock massage even shorter than that. She did not scrub my feet with anything exfoliating and my cuticles are still overgrown as she did not cut them back hardly any. I work 16 hours a day on my feet and this is my one day off, I had been looking forward to this for a month and honestly just wasted my money and an hour on my only day off. Would never recommend.

If I could share photos I would. I went in Saturday afternoon for a pedicure and dip powder on my natural nails. I have long natural nails and do dip ALL the time. My current nail tech decided to retire (been using him for the last 7 years) so I needed to try somewhere new. I am now suffering a severe toe nail infection only 24 hours later, several cuts on my cuticles, and a horrible paint and dip job. DO NOT use this place, I will never be returning ever again. In over 12 years I have never had an infection or cuts on my fingers. They didn’t cut any part of my toe nails (I don’t allow it, that’s how you get ingrown toe nails) so I know it was the use of dirty tools and lying about sterilized tools to my face!

They are very rude and unprofessional!!! I came here for a simple set for my wedding in the morning and I sat for 20 mins until they could find someone to do a pink and white set. After waiting they tell me they don't know how to do it. So then I say I will just get a regular set with CLEAR POLISH, she tells me NO and I can go downstairs and they can do for me because it's almost time for her to go home! I WILL NEVER BE BACK! The people downstairs did an amazing job and took good care of me with no rush.

My daughter and I went to get pedicures and tips for my daughter. My daughter wanted ombre on her fingernails. It looks more like tie dye. The nails are pointing up and are horrible. While we were getting our pedicures, my lady and her lady were talking too much that my hot rocks were not even warm, she barely did any kind of massaging. Horrible experience, going today to my normal place to have my daughter's tips trimmed because they did them too long the lady did not listen. And I wouldn't have even given them one star but to leave a review I had to pick a star. If you want a horrible pedicure go here. The only thing they were good at was painting our toenails and painting my fingernails. Tip should go flat not sticking up in the air and also one of them is crooked.

My mom and I have gone to this nail salon for over 6 years and we will not be returning after our experience today. We have always gotten manicures and pedicures each time we go in but have really noticed a change in service the past two months. For today’s manicure and pedicure, both of our nail techs were rushed and were extremely rough on both our feet and fingers. For our dip manicures, both of our nail techs left each of our fingers practically bleeding while using the drill, because they were in a rush. They also did a horrible job filing, trimming and just overall doing the polish. My mom wanted purple nails and so many parts of her nail aren’t even the same color purple because of how poorly the tech performed the manicure. We can’t even go somewhere else to have our nails fixed because of how much pain our fingers are in. It’s a shame that we have come here for over 6 years and the past two months have really dropped in quality. I urge any one to look for another nail salon that will actually provide you with a quality service and not just rush you in and out the door.

I've been here twice now and I think I have found my permanent nail place! It's a bit of a drive from Norman, but they do a great job! I'm rough on my nails but the polish they use stays on really well for the full three weeks. Not sure why there are such bad reviews, but this place is definitely worth trying!! The owner of this spa, Kelly, is horrible. She does not practice cleanliness and does not know how to do acrylic tips. She ruined my nail bed using the drill when applying acrylic. My nails are now so thin and damaged. I urge you to avoid this place.

We had to find a new nail place since our last one did such a terrible job, was in the mall and saw this place and decided to give it a try. This is our new go to place for nails. Every time she filed one hand my daughter would look at them and she would ask "you like?", anytime she did something she always made sure my daughter was happy with it. I loved how they had nail colors on a swatch, gave you a sense of what it would look like on your own nails because a lot of times the color looks totally different once you put it on. Was a little bit more in price but that's because my daughter got a glitter nail on each hand. I am so happy with my daughter's nails!! All 3 of us girls will definitely be using them again! Ty to our awesome nail tech.

This place did a good job on my pedicure, but the price points were a bit high. I paid $27 each for my mother in law and I to get pedicures, and when I asked for a glass of wine, I was told wine and water came with the more expensive package that was $35. I declined. Paying $8 more to get a glass of wine from a $5 bottle of wine didn’t make sense to me. I’m going to stay in Edmond for my spa needs for now!

This was by far my worst nail salon experience ever! I went with a group of girls for my “bachelorette” day. We went to have our nails/toes done before dinner and only 2 out of the 5 girls had a decent set of nails. Not only was the service terrible, but the staff made rude comments at check out. My middle sister paid for my nails and my youngest sister paid for my toes AS A BRIDAL SHOWER GIFT and the lady asked, “oh because she has baby she can’t afford her own nails?” .... Are you kidding me?? Who says that to a customer?? Worst experience ever and I will never go back.

I wish I could give this establishment no stars. I paid $40 and had the worst experience. My real nails were destroyed because it was a rush job. My toe nail were embarrassing to wear. Also my finger was cut by the filing.I cameback the next day to have them redo my nails and they came out looking worst. I was force to go to another nail shop and waste more money to get my nail done right. I wish I could've just got a refund but I will not be returning ever again. It was such a waste of time and money.

Called a day ahead. Set an appointment. They couldn't even tell me who the appointment was with when I entered. As I was walking out, they said they could work me in. But, I made an appointment. TERRIBLE customer service and attention to detail. Why would I trust them with my toes?

AWFUL! I would not recommend this place to anyone! I had got my nails done and then a couple weeks later it was time for a fill. SO they started grinding my nails down and all that stuff and they let water get under my acrylic nail because they were not careful enough and so that, I later found out, made mold grow under my real nails and so I had huge brown spot on four of my nails. I was very scared and had no idea what it was so I called up there to see if like anyone else had maybe called and said the same thing happened to them, and the GM lady started getting really defensive and blaming it on me and saying that it was probably because I wasn't clean enough, mind you, I hadn't even tried to ask for a refund. I asked to speak to the owner and stuff and the GM said they're going to tell you the same thing I said, its YOUR own fault, not ours. This was the service I received there. So here I am a year later and I am still terrified to get my nails done. I would highly recommend NOT going there and going somewhere, anywhere besides Celeste Nails & Day Spa. OH and the only reason I gave it ONE star is because you have to, otherwise it would be negative 50. Have a good day everyone!

Got a mani pedi here with a friend getting a pedi. Never gotten either done before and the staff was very nice and explained things to me as they went so I'd understand what they were doing and how it would affect my nails. Brezia (i hope I remembered her name right) was patient with me and put up with me learning how to give her my hands comfortably and made me happy beyond belief when she had tips for my absurdly wide thumbs - I just wanted a few mm longer than my natural nails were willing to grow. The tips were special ordered for a regular of hers with the same affliction. On the pedi... I was nervous and too chatty with my friend to get our peoples names. My friend loved hers, I wasnt so in love - no fault of theirs, I'm just extremely ticklish and had to fight not lashing out on accident more than a few times. Note to anyone ticklish whose used to DIY beauty like me: do your own pedicure and maybe get a friend to help paint your toes. Youtube is your friend. If your not so ticklish, wonderful place to have it done, the massage chair and foot massage afterwards almost make up for the tickle. I wanted to take the chair home once I figured it out. Only complaint was I was hoping to get my hair done here, word of mouth that directed me here said their hair person knew how to deal with my hair type - she was on a well deserved vacation. Got my hair butchered elsewhere in the mall. Will try again later so I can review it all and see if she can fix my page boy look.

Very poor communication, very pushy about selling the more expensive deal, then the lady working on my wife kept pushing her to do manicure but could not answer my wife's questions, then was really rude telling her ok your done. My lady was pretty good with the foot massage but the lotion she left on my legs was irritating, cheap stuff no doubt. Definitely not a relaxing place to go, more of an assembly line spa. It was my first and last pedicure experience.

The Polish does not last. My nails chipped the morning after it was done. Service was not the best either I sat in a chair waiting for a pedicure for at least 10 minutes and no one ever said anything to me as I was waiting.

Most of my experiences here have been okay, but my last one was horrific. We came in and asked for a gel pedicure and a regualr manicure, and of course, i got got a lady who had no idea what she was doing. She was nice, but kept on talking to the lady working next to me. The other part was that the lady didn’t really talk back very much, so it was just her mumbling to herself. They did my toes first, which wasn’t nearly as bad as my fingers. She applied very uneven layers and only 2, which i usually have about 3. It was very thin and very choppy. Then she moved on to my fingernails. I had had dip polish on from my previous nail visit and hoped that she could remove it, instead, she put my whole hand in hot vinnigar or something that smelled and left. She came back later with a paper towel in her hands and picks up my hand and lightly brushes the towel on it and it practically did nothing. She had no idea what to do, so she hands me the paper towel, which is now soaked and the water is cold, and tells me to work the polish off. I tried and then she ruined my nail bed with the razor they use. So my fingers are all in flaming pain while she paints the one layer on them. Which is so uneven and so bad, i ended up removing it. I could have done a better job on my own!!! Very disappointed, and i am not ever returning!

This salon is beautiful and could have potential. However the workers do not know what they are doing. I will never allow a Vietnamese salon to do my nails again. They do not care about cleanliness or quality. I went in for a gel manicure. They did not have any of the good gel brands such as Shellac or OPI or Gelish. The file the worker used was way too rough for my natural nails and they were uneven after. The polish was all over my fingers and on the skin around the nails (eponychium). She put six layers of polish all together on my nails. A base coat, three coats of color and two top coats. I took it off the very next day because it looked terrible. Save your money and go to a real spa that pay attention to detail and do not get polish on your skin!

Reasons why I rated 1 star. 1.Because i can’t give it zero stars 2. The nail tech I had was watching a show on her phone with ear buds in and was not paying attention to my nails 3. While she was using the drills my fingers were bleeding 4. The friend I came withs nails turned out TERRIBLE there was a hair in the polish that the nail tech did not remove. We payed $30 each and the day before we walked in and asked how much it would be they said $20 but we didn’t have enough at the time so we came back to figure out we had to pay $30 so not worth it!
