Called for an appointment, was told they have a 7pm, however, "if I wanted a men's haircut, a place down the street takes walk ins and they are available now." First off, that some terrible customer service. Second, if I wanted an appointment now I would have asked for one now instead of at 7. I mean y'all do run a business correct? Making money is important? Apparently not to this establishment!

i went in to get my hair colored black and silver first they say they dont have that color i thought this was a hair saloon then i said ok can you do a blond color with highlights well yes for extra 100 dollars for full highlights no thanks can you do a particale yes thats 35.00 dollars ok so thats 85.00 for color and 35.oo for hightlights so around 130.00 for it all so i did that all they did was complain about my thick hair and tired arms well all said and done they changed me 175.00 for what i had done not what they quoted me at all and i look excatly the same as i went in BIG RIPE OFF

Terrible! NEVER AGAIN. I bought my wife a gift card to tranquility for Christmas. My wife excited to get her hair done with highlights and everything went to the spa a little after 9 when they were supposed to open. Showing up at 9:23 the place was closed and while waiting in the parking lot one of the employees had shown up and walked to my wifes car and asked what she wanted. My wife had said that she was wanting to get her hair done and didn't have an appt. The worker made it seem like she was crazy even though the sign stated "walk in appt's welcome". The employee had told my wife to come back at 10 when someone would be able to do her hair. My wife came back at 10 and was seen. While having her hair done the person doing the work went on and on about how she couldn't have her hair lighter since her complexion was bad and that she desperately needed to buy some product they were promoting that would fix it. After going on and on about her complexion through the whole session my wife's self esteem was shot. Thanks making my wife feel special! (JOKE). She hated her hair and felt like nothing had been done. I will be stopping by to get back whatever money is left on the gift certificate and never return for their services.

I have been using this spa for massages for over a year. Place is clean and staff is friendly. Highly recommend. I also have my hair done regularly by Kaitlyn and have had a facial. Love all I have experienced at this spa. Highly recommended if you are looking for a quality spa & salon!

The technician was nice and pleasant enough . My peel was awesome and so was my facial but it seemed to me that the technician Bea's a bit stingy on applying products in my face. Also, she cut down on the time of all my procedures without telling me, so we finished 1 hour early. I really wanted to enjoy myself cause I haven't had time for myself for a long time. She did adjust the price to be fair. Therefore only 4 stars.

I get my hair done by Greg and he does an excellent job. He listens and has plenty of experience. I also got a pedicure by Kaitlin and left walking on lil clouds. She did amazing. Definitely recommend this place.

I love this place! Kaitlin does a great job waxing, ALL of the hair is gone because she pays attention to direction of hair growth. I've never had any trauma to my skin like I've had with other places. All of the staff that I've met with and the facility are nice, clean, efficient. Which is really awesome when I'm on the go and can't spare more than 3 minutes to make a phone call. 10/10 recommend!

If you are looking for a deep tissue massage, do not pick this spa. It was the worst massage I've ever received. Was not deep tissue & the problem areas I showed them before we started - were NEVER touched. Will not return

Horrible horrible horrible!!! I booked an appointment TWO WEEKS in advance for my daughters SIXTEEN birthday. She was to get it cut and dyed! Not ONLY DID I RECEIVE TWO confirmation appointments for it via TEXT but I even called to confirm and talk to them. The day came and lonand behold they HAVE NO CLUE about such appointment and could not do it!! They RUINED her special day because they are inept at keeping records for appointments! On top of that they couldn’t even tell me who was in charge and so her special day was completely ruined for her partyblater on! NEVER WOULD I RECCOMEND THIS HORRIBLE PLACE AND if u choose to go call FIFTY THOUSAND TIMES TO CONFIRM GET NAMES! So so angry with them

I booked an appointment at 1 pm. I arrived 10 min early sat down the place seems clean. Staff is friendly. I sat down and the lady at the front desk answers the phone and its the hair stylist thats supposed to do my hair .... She asks to speak with me. I answer and she tells me shes all the way in vandalia and she thought I had made my appointment for tomorrow. Its now 1:15 The communication between the receptionist and stylists are TERRIBLE. She said it will be at LEAST 20 min until she gets here. Mind you this is my first time ever coming here!!! I will not be returning. I can understand waiting for another customer to finish up but waiting because the stylist isnt here after ive booked an appointment is ridiculous.

I really enjoyed my experience at Tranquility. My husband had bought me a package, so I had the relaxation massage, mani/pedi and shampoo/style. When calling to set up my appointment the girl who answered was very friendly and assisted me with questions I had in regards to adding services. On the day of my appointment, Jessica did my 60 minute relaxation massage and she was amazing. She was very nice and I certainly was relaxed when she finished. I do not know the name of the girl who took care of my mani/pedi and my shampoo/cut/style as I wasn't given a card but she was wonderful as well. She was very personable and seemed to know what she was doing. The rest of the staff that I came into contact with were all very nice and made you feel comfortable. It was my first experience at a place such as this and I can tell you I will be going back!

I went into this establishment wanting an eyebrow wax, and a shallac manicure. when I walked in, no-one was around to greet me, however, being new to the place I grabbed a pamphlet explaining services offered. when I was finally greeted I told her what I wanted and she said "right now??" I responded, yes otherwise I wouldn't be here. she explained the nail tech didn't get in until 12:45 the earliest she could get me in was then. I was understanding with that but when I said i would just like the eyebrow was done then. she AGAIN said "right now? I don't have anyone here, you can go down th e road and get it done there" i just looked at her and responded that she just gave me the worst customer service and experience. I just moved here and was a new potential customer. I will go down the road and spend my money for what i want done at another establishment. by the way, nail expo did such a nice job, I found out where I'll be going for my nail and waxing services from now on.

We went in for a massage and were really impressed. The massage itself was super relaxing, and we were given access to the steam and sauna room with our massage, which made it such a good deal for how little you pay. The facility is very clean and modern with nice locker rooms. I'm already planning on going again with a friend. Totally recommended.
