I loved my experience here today! I basically had the place to myself since it was a Monday afternoon. The staff was extremely nice and my massage was incredible! Amenities are modern and clean. I can’t wait to come back!

My first experience was a little underwhelming. My husband purchased a package for a Swedish massage, facial and pedicure. The massage therapist never touched my back and didn’t explain that I only had 5 minutes left of the session when I said I needed to use the restroom, or I would’ve waited to go. The facial and pedicure however, were wonderful, very relaxing and the women were super kind. Afterwards, I expressed my concern about the massage. I hate confrontation, but I was pretty upset - the back is the best part! The women at the front desk were completely understanding as was the owner who heard what happened. They offered to bring me back another time, which was today. Completely different experience. It was AMAZING! Big thank you to Kat - my back and legs were so sore and I walked outta there feeling brand new. Also fun to chat with! Go visit Kat for your next massage. I will definitely be back! Also - the mimosas are delicious and this place overall is GORGEOUS! Such a lovely, relaxing atmosphere.

Wonderful spa experience. The staff was very polite and professional. The environment was clean, modern, very relaxing and cozy. My spa service was the Blissful Night. First time trying this and it was nice. Cierra was the BEST!!! She was professional and knowledgeable I felt very comfortable with her.

My husband bought me a gift certificate for a pedicure and facial. He even booked the appointment for me and surprised me on Mother’s Day with the gift. I was so excited! The spa booked my pedicure first and then my facial. My pedicure was wonderful. When I went in for the facial, the esthetician told me my facial appointment should have been booked first and now with my facial she would not be able to do the foot and leg massage which was a part of the facial experience. It was my first time at Woodhouse and I had no idea the order of how things should be booked, nor did my husband- he certainly did not request the pedicure to be first. She made me feel so bad and then when she told me to remove my flip flop I ended up smudging my big toe. The pedicurist came back and fixed my toe. The facial was just ok. Maybe I didn’t pick the right one, but it wasn’t anything remarkable. And she didn’t describe what she was doing or putting on me. At my check out I explained to the receptionist what happened. She said “sorry” but offered no other apologies and told me the services should have been scheduled differently!! The atmosphere of the spa is beautiful and the cinnamon tea was delicious, but the facial experience was very disappointing.

I visited The Woodhouse Day Spa on October 31st while on a work assignment in Cleveland. I bought the Gentlemans deep tissue massage. It was an hour massage. The Spa was clean and relaxing. I was greeted warmly by staff. They also offer alcoholic beverages I chose a small glass of red wine.Cierra was my therapist and she was amazing! I felt so much better after she worked on me. Can't wait to come back!

What a fantastic experience! The salon is by far the most beautiful spa in the Cleveland area and we have been to a lot of spas. The service and staff were very accommodating and helpful, they even served wine! I was treated to a warm agave manicure and my hands have never been so soft, the transformation was stunning. My husband who lives for massages, opted for the Gentleman's stone massage and said the combination of hot stones and hands felt very soothing and relaxing on his tired back muscles. We bought a gift card and cannot wait to go back. Thanks again!

I had an incredible hydrafacial last night with Jeanette! She is so knowledgeable, thoughtful, and made my skin absolutely glow! The first thing I asked her when I came out of the facial room was "how long do I have to wait to come back?" Thank you, Jeanette. The spa is also so beautiful, I was glad to get there a little early to drink tea and relax in the super beautiful "quiet room" - it was such a nice way to wind down before a service. This Woodhouse is so worth your while!

This place is a disaster. On two occasions, they’ve made mistakes with my scheduling because they overbooked. The waiting room is like an overpacked zoo and their staff doesn’t inspire confidence (inexperienced but friendly). Prices are high for lackluster experience. I won’t go back but I certainly hope they improve.

I have been at the Woodhouse Day Spa on 3 separate occasions now. I have had a couple different types of facials from Jeanette and they have been fabulous! My nose is free of blackheads for the first time in ages - seriously, the stuff she got out with the hydrafacial was unbelievable. Plus, they are incredibly relaxing experiences. I've had a few pedicures that have left my feet looking and feeling great. I know most people don't consider pedicures in the winter months, but every day my toes make me smile! Worth every cent to keep my feet in great shape. Everyone has been so helpful and nice when I'm there - I can't wait to go back!

Talk about being blown away when you go to a Spa. This is absoultely gorgeous inside, the staff is amazingly friendly and welcoming, and the robes are to die for. Legit - the robes are the softest and warmest things you'll ever put on. I have been there for a couple different occasions and cannot complain about any service I have received. The only thing to be cautious about is they are very pricey. But it's an experience so if you are looking to get pampered, this is a great location.

Will never return, the staff was arguing right in front of me. Also saying they did not want to take any more appointments because she is sick. Hmm...? Sick giving massages? No thanks. Will be taking my hard earned cash elsewhere.

The pictures of The Woodhouse Day Spa in Cleveland don’t do it justice – it’s absolutely beautiful, and what an amazing experience! The staff at the front desk were pleasant and helpful. After I wrapped myself in a comfy robe, I was taken to a relaxing room to sip on a beverage of my choice (berry-infused water, wine, or tea) near the fireplace. I was then escorted to my scheduled service. I have indulged in their Deep Tissue Massage, Therapeutic Salt Stone Massage, Spritzer Manicure, and Skin Repair & Firming Facial. I have neck & back pain, and the Deep Tissue Massage did wonders for relieving stress in those areas. The Therapeutic Salt Stone Massage was an enjoyable lighter massage and the warm stones were relaxing. The Spritzer Manicure was perfect, and even included a wonderful massage. The Skin Repair & Firming Facial was the ultimate in pampering myself; afterwards my skin was soft and glowing. The Massage Therapists, Esthetician, and Nail Tech were all friendly; each one made sure I was comfortable and that my spa experience was outstanding. I already have appointments to return for massages and facials for my mother and myself. Thank you!!

When it was over, I didn’t want to leave!! I got a Swedish massage, reflexology, and pedicure...all were phenomenal! Ask for Ash for the massage...best one I’ve ever had!

I had a manicure and pedicure during the coldest week Cleveland has experienced in a couple of decades. Jess and Olga were wonderful. Another reviewer was correct in saying that the pictures of the day spa do not do it justice - it is gorgeous! Jess was wonderful to talk to and did an excellent job on my manicure. Olga put me to sleep while doing my pedicure. Other spas attempt luxury in ways have left me wanting my money back. Endless mimosas, marble and expensive upselling are not part of a pampering experience. The Woodhouse Day Spa, for the same price as a number of nail spas, provide a pampering experience. Cannot wait to go back!

A group of 4 of us had massages and manicures scheduled. Massages were fantastic! The manicure and customer service experience were by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Two of us did not receive a 45 minute manicure and the polish lasted about 2 hours before it started peeling and chipping. Not worth the money at all.
