Attention to detail and a friendly smile are two of the prerequisites for employment and each time I am there the customer service is outstanding. In addition, they are always ready for your arrival and no matter which department you're visiting you can see that this company takes training their employees to heart. Keep up the great work!

I have been going to the Spa since 2013, and ever since then have fallen in love with the Spa. Every so often, I'll stray by trying a different salon, but each time I always come back to the Spa at River Ridge because it's what I know. Also, the service is always spot on, and on the dot. With some places, the times vary and even though your appointment should start at 4, but then starts at 4:30. The Spa at River Ridge has always had impeccable timing, if your appointment starts at 4, your professional will be out at exactly 4. It's wonderful! The spa water is always 11/10, and I always leave with some in a disposable coffee cup!

I highly recommend Lauren Champ! She is very thoughtful, super sweet, and is amazingly talented. When she has cut my hair, it is always exactly the way I want it - she really takes the time to understand what you're looking for. And I've also gone to her for subtle blonde highlights in the summer and lowlights in the winter and they always look great!

I have gone to Peigi for many years. Somehow she cuts my hair perfectly every time, but is very quick. I am also very happy with my hair color as well. Over the years I have had many compliments on how my hair falls perfectly... that is the sign of a great cut.

I’ve been going to this establishment for years and for years their towels stink! The towel they use on your freshly shampooed hair smells terribly soured which leaves your hair smelling soured. I wouldn’t use that type of unclean towel on my hair at home, I don’t alike paying over $100. To have a smelly towel used on my hair. Please fix this!!!! Don’t leave them sitting in the wash machine for hours....

I arranged a surprise for my best friend's 40th Birthday. We had a massage and facials done. The spa itself is HUGE. There is a little locker room area where you're led to with plenty of refreshments. We brought our own lunch and rose in and enjoyed in our robes (provided by the spa) until our massages. The massage therapists were FANTASTIC. The massage was thorough and relaxing. Our facials were equally as relaxing and our tecnicians were super experienced and gave amazing service. My facial tech was really great but I did feel like some of her techniques made me feel like she was rushing through my face. I'd come here again and again. The prices are so reasonable for a nicer spa service. It's not the cheapest in town (I wouldn't want that anyway) but it's didn't feel like a high price for no reason either. It's a little splurge bu totally doable once a month!

Five star service. I have been to other places in town. Loved my visit and all the services. The staff are very personalable, great customer service, which is hard to find these days. I did have issues with the website in scheduling my appointments. I emailed them and they called me right away to help me get things taken care of. They even found a way to close a gap so I wouldn't have as long of a wait between a couple of my services on the same day.

Had a bad experience. Although it’s quite pretty inside, the employees I encountered were not pleasant. I received a gift for a simple shellac manicure, showed up on time, was polite, tipped.. but still my technician was extremely unfriendly and seemed annoyed I was even there. To top it off, we were in a private room (which is new to me as I usually go to open concept salons) so that made the silence even worse

The Spa at River Ridge was the BEST way to start our morning before the wedding!! Obviously, everyone was a little nervous for the day, but we were able to relax in a big, beautiful room together, drink champagne and have breakfast! Miranda, Holland, and Erica were our hair stylists and they did a phenomenal job on all the ladies! They were quick, listened to what we wanted, and executed perfectly. Today, I had my very first eyebrow arch with Melanie and her services were above reproach! It was calming, peaceful, and the music is so relaxing. She gave me a perfect eyebrow arch! I am so happy. All the girls who met me at the front desk were courteous and helpful. Since I also asked about volumizing shampoo products, one young lady gave me several samples to take home to try for myself! I love their Unite products and I use them regularly too. I have always been happy with their pedicures and the times I have wanted highlights in my hair, they really listen to the client and what she wants. Today, they EVEN offered me help to my car, in the pouring rain, which I didn't need.....but the idea that they offered was just incredible to me! I love, love this Spa so much!

If you want an honest opinion of what looks great on you - without having to worry about someone who just wants to sell you products, etc., - go see Jackie. Jackie is great and she will tell you if a certain style is not going to fit you based on your hair texture, face shape, etc. and I guarantee you will walk out feeling wonderful!!! I moved here to Columbus 4 years ago. I used 3 different hairdressers in the same chain, even different locations, and was ALWAYS horrified when I left. I even gave each a few chances too thinking they maybe misunderstood me. Each time I got the exact same mushroom shaped atomic bomb-just in different lengths. I made an appointment with Morgan at River Ridge and brought in pictures of my hair over the years showing what my hair will do, and even took in pictures of the bad cuts I got since moving here as an example of what not to do. She completely understood me, and did exactly what I wanted. Long flowing layers framing my face and still well past my shoulders. No sharp lines as if you put 3 bowls on your head and cut around them in stacks. My pony tail even lays in an even smooth pony versus looking like I got into a tangle with the weed eater. I have very thick hair and she did wonders on the under layering while still keeping the shape. Thank you Morgan, I have now found my new girl.

I had a custom radiance facial with Dakota yesterday. She is so nice and friendly, and did a really good job explaining what she was doing and why it was beneficial to my skin. The custom radiance facial was AWESOME. My skin feels so smooth and the whole experience was fantastic. So relaxing, and you get a hot stone massage, and basically a body massage along with your facial! Definitely worth it. I recently had a haircut with Lauren at the Spa at River Ridge and it was truly a breath of fresh air. I moved to Ohio a number of years ago, and as long as I have lived here I have been unable to find a competent hairdresser. I have had butchered, lopsided cuts, cuts that were way shorter than I asked for, and cuts that were way longer than I asked for, even at top-rated and expensive salons in the Columbus area. I am pleased to say that the Spa at River Ridge truly lived up to its excellent google reviews. The Spa was so accommodating getting me in as quickly as possible and was able to give me a same day appointment (I was pretty desperate given that I hadn’t had a haircut in a year). My haircut with Lauren was exactly what I wanted, and on the whole the Spa was a pleasant salon with a lot of great offerings. I intend on continuing to see Lauren for my hair care, but I also intend to explore the other treatments the Spa has to offer. I definitely recommend!

I just started to have my nails done by Tya a couple of months ago and I am SUPER impressed. I removed my acrylic nails and my natural nails underneath were destroyed. I want to give a special recognition to my massage therapist, Ariel Sheets, for taking the time before and after to address my concerns with great insights and suggestions, overall providing a great massage experience, especially in muscle areas in my back where I’ve been experiencing soreness for a long time! She’s phenomenal! I could not recommend her to anyone enough!! I’m giving 5 stars because I can’t give 10!! Came with my wife and she also had an outstanding experience. Very "corporate" feel in this spa. Upon check in the girls at the front had NO idea what was going on.. I had scheduled 3 appointments together- unsure why the system couldn't recognize it. The "relaxing" rooms upstairs (massage/ facials etc) are NOT quiet. I could hear all the activity downstairs and a random banging sound. The girls who performed my services were very sweet and great, but the atmosphere is not "spa like".

First of all, it's hard to pick who my favorite is at the Spa. I think I will say Jackie. She gives my hair a quick review and I let her decide how to color, cut and style, then what products I need. She explains it all in detail. My hair has never looked better. Then there's the nail girls.....Dawn, Leah, Maria... who is my favorite? Dawn, for the best massages, Leah for the attention to detail, Maria for her skills and also making me laugh and have fun! Each home the Spa has occupied has been better than the last. The latest home is a work of art. From starting with brass elephants and other weird stuff that was left there, to the elegant home it has become says it all. Attention to detail is the priority here. You can't go wrong. Their training is the highest caliber. Peigi knows how to choose her staff to fit all sorts of client needs. Visit here and you will never go anywhere else again.

I had a spa day that included lunch for my birthday. It was so wonderful and relaxing! There was various details that I noticed (infused water, hot chocolate bar, Panera lunch in real glass wear) that really set this place apart. One thing that didn’t bother me at all, but may bother some is the outdated decor (golds, burgundy’s). It did not affect my experience in the slightest, but just a thought. I would definitely visit again.

The Spa at River Ridge is simply exceptional. I’ve been going to Tia (Tegan) for pedicures for about six months now and I will never go to another nail technician in the city. She is the BEST. When I moved to Columbus in 2015, I left behind a salon run by a dear friend who understood my tricky feet. I love getting regular pedicures but with ingrown toe nails that required surgery to correct I’ve found that going to just anyone is a recipe for pain. For three years I tried many places around Columbus with no success. I had basically given up on being able to have a relaxing pedicure that didn’t put me in pain for weeks after. Then my partner suggested I try the Spa at River Ridge. She had started coming here to get her eyebrows done and was incredibly pleased with the service. I decided it was worth a shot. I was immediately impressed by the knowledgeable and friendly staff who were able to give me several recommendations for pedicurists who might be able to solve my problem. I scheduled an appointment with Tia and we hit it off immediately. Not only is she funny, kind, and charming, she’s AMAZING at her job! For the first time in three years I was pain free during and after a pedicure! She knew exactly what to do to alleviate all the pressure and my nails looked spectacular. The polish even lasted until my next appointment, speaking both to the quality of the product they use and Tia’s skill to seal in the color. Overall I could not be more pleased with Tia and the Spa at River Ridge. I’ll continue to make standing appointment with Tia as long as I live here and have even referred my mom to the Spa at River Ridge whenever she’s in town. I give Tia and the Spa at River Ridge my highest recommendation.
