I had been going here for a little over a year, but apparently being loyal means nothin. I’m extremely disappointed that I called to schedule an appointment for a mani & pedi only to be told that appointments are scheduled for weekdays only. I decided to go 2 days later on a Saturday as soon as they opened and had the pleasure of sitting and waiting for longer than anyone ever should. What ticked me off more was that fact that a few customers came in with appointments - on a Saturday! I was there for 3 1/2 hours and best believe if I wasn’t going out of town I would have left! Not to worry as I actually found a nail tech that goes by appointments only and had me in and out with far better work in half the time! Lesson learned....

1st and last time here. I received the dip service and was not satisfied at all. I had the older lady who seemed to rush through doing my nails. Starting with removing my old polish she left multiple specks of polish still on my nails. Then she ask if I want her to cut my nails and I say no. She says okay, goes to the back and comes back with a file. Then she ask if I want her to make them even and I say yes. So she begins filling and I’m not paying attention because I’m on my phone. All of a sudden I feel her cut my nail and see she’s cut my nail. So now she cuts the rest to match when I said I didn’t want them cut. After talking myself into giving the nails a chance, I’m closely watching her now. She seems to not know how to do the nails and holds up different bottles to the other 2 people working and they’ll either tell her yes or no after she’s held up about 3 different bottles. She did not seem educated enough on doing dip nails and kept going to the back to get different tools. The icing on the cake is when she was using the drill thing and she cut me atleast 8 times. One was good enough to break my skin and it started bleeding. On top of that my cuticles burn because they were nipped so many times. After looking at my nails they are not only short now but also uneven. The other 2 workers seemed more experienced and were actually taking their time ( A young woman and a man). So maybe they’re better but my experience was not pleasing at all.

The staff is friendly, the place is very clean with a nice atmosphere but every time I’ve been here they’ve messed up my nails...mind you only ask for the classic French tips or all white polish!

I went there 2 weeks ago for the first time. Their hours work better for my schedule and I had a wonderful experience! Love the new trendy acrylics they have! My nail shop before never had glow in the dark acrylics or anything recent. The only improvement I would make is getting the acrylic to the nailbed. My nails looked more grown out because it wasn't to the nailbed, and tomorrow makes 2 weeks. Im going back today!

The staff will try to do their best, but honestly, the quality / level of satisfaction of the service will depend on who you get. My advice... ask a friend who gets their nails done there for a recommendation. You can have your service done by a specific person if you know their name, but you might have to wait, so call ahead and make an appointment. I've had several services there and the quality varies considerably. I've never had a "bad" experience though, and they will correct problems.

I never right reviews, but I need to say I got gels done less then a week ago. Five nails have already peeled off. When I went to talk to them about it, they sat in their chairs and never came to look at the nails or what happened. They offered to fix them, which already had to happen a day after the nails were done due to excessive bubbling of several nails. I am so disappointed and won’t be going back.

I took myself and son here for the first time. He wanted to know what all the fuss over a pedicure was about. The ladies were super sweet and took care of us! They were very gentle with him and full of laughter and the deluxe pedi was perfect for me! I'll definitely be returning for the atmosphere and prices

Signed up for mani pedi and it started ok. Nice chairs and people seemed friendly. Pedi was so-so but he didn't put much effort into scrubbing my feet and I later noticed that the polish ran into my skin. Then he said is it OK if I just do your manicure while you sit here...sure...he then proceeded to give me the laziest half manicure I've ever had. No cuticle push back and I had to point out several hang nails... then a customer walked in for a balance and he said (the older lady) would polish my nails and he went and took the balance customer. The other lady grabbed my polish and was about to come over when another customer walked in for a wax. She took the customer back and I thought maybe she was taking her to another employee, but no, she was doing her wax! As the minutes ticked by I was getting madder and madder. I finally jumped down and said "why would you both take new customers and have me sit while all I needed was a polish?" 1st guy then offered to polish (with an attitude) and I said nevermind, I'm leaving and I'm only paying 1/2 price for the manicure. He proceeded to argue with me and say "you still got a manicure!" No sir, I got a raggedy 1/2 manicure and no polish. No apology until I said "really? Not even an apology? " then I got a nasty toned "sorry!" 1st and last time ever at this salon!

This is our go to, favorite nail salon. My daughter and I's guilty pleasure. They always do an amazing job! Fast and friendly! Anything my daughter finds online they have been able to do spot on!!! Love them!!!

First time for a mani+pedi at TA while visiting my mom in Bexley. Regular gel client at CK in Grandview since we live in UA, but will certainly make it a point to schedule my visits with my parents around getting a mani. Jenny suggested the dip powder mani since my gel often lifts and I am so impressed with how they turned out. My pedicure was also phenomenal. Salon is modern+clean with great selection of color and nice pedi chairs. Can’t wait to come back!

It sucked I had to sit in the pedicure chair for 20 minutes without water but in fairness they were a little busy. They did pretty good on my toes and my nails came out ok. They hurt from her shoving the powered filer tool too far under them and she used a dirty nail file to shape them. So that was pretty concerning to me. The layout and design looked nice and clean to me. The tech helping me seemed to be making up the prices. Shellac was labeled $3 on the shelf and on the pricing sheet she gave me but when she seen me pick it she said it was $18. I informed her of the price tag on the shelf in front of it and she said it was $3 plus $15 for gel (I didnt pick any gel polish just that one) Another woman came in after me and I heard another tech quote her $3 for shellac.

The owners son did my nails. Would not push my cuticles back. Would not scrub all of my foot...just took heels and one part of the ball. Filed my nails crooked....didn't even Polish my entire toe and didn't put a cushion in between my big n next toe! He is horrible. His name is D. I would not stay for the mani. Don't go here... the old place moved.

I was so frustrated! I had a man named D. I was very disappointed in the outcome of my nails!!! I asked for green and he painted them purple. Then a customer came in and he helped him instead and then once i got frustrated he proceeded to tell me if i wanted my nails done so bad i should do them myself!!! How selfish D:( Then after he finally painted them i needed my toes done as well. He wouldn't scrub the deadies of my foot because he told me they were gross! like excuse me no need to be rude!

I had the gel manicure service. There were two women who worked on my nails, the first prepped them, and the second did the gel. The color that I picked out didn’t look anything like it did on the sample, but I won’t let that take away since I ended up getting a different, better color. My only complaint is that I had my nails grown out and the lady who prepped my nails shaved them down a lot. I should’ve specified that I didn’t want them filed though. The gel was done beautifully, and the lady who did them talked with me and gave me such a personable experience. This is my second time getting gel nails, and they did so well! I’m so happy with my nails and I’ll definitely be sure to use the free repair service if needed. I think that the quality of service varies depending on what you get, as I’ve seen several people complain about acrylics. However, their gel nails are perfect and I love them!

The worst nail place in Bexley! Everytime I go I need a nail repair within a couple days , the most recent nail that needed a repair broke in one day! I tried different nail techs none of them know how to do a clean coffin shape!! Some of my nails were not identical , and looked like they needed filed and balanced after a week! The nail techs don't use enough acrylic to make a thick strong nail. I always went because it was conveniently close to my home but I am never going again.

was greeted as soon as i walked in. they seem nice, clean place. unfortunately when the lady did my nails, she first did all different lengths when i showed her a picture specifically what i wanted. she TRIED to fix them and my nails still ended up bulky and one hand is a different length. when filing, kept dropping everything and barely paid attention. i’d give them another shot but she will never do my nails again!!!!

Got a full set of acrylics. Was disappointed when she said white tips were $5 extra and shocked when she charged me $5 for almond tips! An upcharge for shaping?!? The tech also left a lot of excess acrylic under my nails and didn't even touch my cuticles. It took her an hour to do the set and she didn't even do a full manicure or polish. Not impressed.

Horrible ,..Horrible... The guy serviced me nails were terrible he wasn’t open to make corrections.Never again When asked to make a correction they threatened to call the cops on me as if I did not want to pay for my nails . Then told me to cut them off he seen me before as if I do this often...Then asked someone else if they could correct them they acted as if they were scared to move. Had to go to another salon and pay again to get my nails done correctly.
