Horrible, horrible customer service. Do not go there. I made my first app and by mistake I made it on a day that I had to work. I called them and told them if they could please reschedule for a week later. The lady said yes. After she said yes, they called me again to tell me that they need to charge me since I did not cancel 24hr before my app. It is obvious that they do not care about their customers. I would definitely avoid the hassle of going there and dealing with rude people.

Always an amazing experience at Spavia! The environment is relaxing, clean and inviting. The staff has always proved to be professional and informative. I’ve had multiple facials and services provided by Mallory and she always does an amazing job! And additionally she offers suggestions and product knowledge to optimize my skin care routine at home.

I had a wonderful time at Spavia of Strongsville. The massage Therapists name, whom I had was Annette. She did a fantastic job. 5 starts for the whole experience. from the front desk , to the women's retreat room . to the massage. I Will be going back again every month.

My first ever experience getting a massage and a facial and wow, am I glad I chose this spa. I had my massage done by Sara. She is amazing. She worked out knots in my shoulders that had been there for years. We had fun conversation, and she put me perfectly at ease. I had my age defense facial with Christinia. She explained everything she was doing and was super nice. I ended up buying the premier membership and I will be back to see these two ladies again. This place was so relaxing and made me feel very at ease from the moment I walked in the door until I walked out. Thanks ladies!

From the welcome I received when I entered to the goodby after my service, this place was above and beyond all my spa experiences. The relaxation room is exactly that, the tea is refreshing, the music and comfy chairs are relaxing but most of all my massage was fabulous. My Massotherapist, Domonique, did a wonderful job working to relieve a very pained back while still making the massage relaxing, not an easy thing to do. This was my first trip to Spavia Strongsville, but it will certainly not be my last. Is it a tad more than some other spas? Perhaps. Is it worth it? Every single penny.

Amazing full body massage! I really appreciated the forms they have you fill out prior to your appointment, I was able to pick my lotion & choose if I wanted to have conversations or not etc. The robe, warm neck pillow & relaxing room you go into before and after your massage was the cherry on top! They truly want your spa experience to be relaxing and don’t try to rush you out so they can see their next client. Great job Spavia staff. Can’t wait to come back!

This spa is like a tranquil oasis. I thoroughly enjoyed my service here and Sara was so pleasant and professional. Everyone here was so calming and made sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend the body wrap that I had, and I am planning on returning soon to try another service. I stayed to relax before and after the wrap without feeling rushed. This was my first facial. I got the balancing facial and was so happy with the service and my esthetician. The products smelled great and my skin felt like brand new after. The spa was so relaxing and beautiful. All the staff were super accommodating and made me feel so relaxed.

This was my first experience at Spavia! It was a wonderful experience and one I highly recommend. Annette who did my massage has magically hands! She knows a lot about the body and how it works and gave some great tips and recommendations! Annette is truly amazing and works wonders. I left feeling like a new person with much tension gone from my body. The environment was clean, peaceful and relaxing! I will definitely be back!

Fantastic! Went on the Groupon and it was worth every penny. Very much a spa experience. You walk in and it smells fabulous. You get a room with sandals and are set in a relaxing room where you can put a warm neck wrap on. Annette was my therapist and she was fabulous! You choose your massage scent and you smell just like it all over when you walk out. Orange blossom was my choice and literally smell edible. The only thing is the spray moisture mist they use isn't for sale and I want it. I hope they have it soon!

My massage with Sarah/Sara not sure if there's an h was the best ever. She was amazing and listened to my areas of please don't touch becuse I have fibromyalgia and it's extremely painful. She asked a few times if I needed more pressure in certain areas and I was ok to say yes because she was so kind. I actually recommended your company to my sister in Boston and she is taking our cousin next week

My fiancé got me a facial for my birthday this past weekend...it was the best facial I ever had. Thank goodness Spavia put me with Christina—she took awesome care of me!! Not only did Christina make me feel 100% comfortable but she was so personable. She gave me recommendations on how to make my skin better and gave me great tips. She was overall sooooo genuine. I will absolutely come back to spavia thanks to Christina and the amazing atmosphere. Thank you to Christina for an amazing facial and experience, you rock!!!!

I was relaxed the minute I walked into the Spa. Each staff member treated me as though I was a VIP and I was their sole focus. Sitting in the women's retreat sipping tea, reading inspirational books and listening calming sounds was a true retreat from the world. Wow! Beautiful inside and very private. They start you off with a tour. Then you change into a robe and slippers. You are taken to a quiet, relaxing room where you can enjoy a hot herbal tea as you wait for your service provider. My facial was so relaxing. The staff is so friendly and so is the owner. They have a great retail section too. Lots of items from vendors that give back. Will be back.

I’m not the type to ever post a review, but I had to after the unbelievable service I received from Spavia. I was first greeted by the owner, Mary, who treated me with such professionalism and care. The spa she has created is the perfect retreat away from the daily stresses of life. I also want to thank Tracy, my massage therapist, for the best massage I have ever had. She is a true professional. She understands anatomy, how much pressure to use, and what areas your body needs most work on. She is not just an average “massage therapist” going through the motions. I have had hundreds of massages and she was far and away the best ever. Thank you so much. Anyone who reads this, please give them a try. You will not regret it!

I can’t speak magnificently enough about this place. They snuck me in the day before my wedding, everything from checking in to the actual facial was a class act. Mallory was phenomenal! I was running around the day before the wedding had not eaten and the owner went next door to order me food! Unbelievable. Once you go here you will never visit another spa.

I bought a Groupon for myself and my mom to celebrate her birthday, and we both received an 80 minute relaxing massage. Very friendly and welcoming staff! Very clean and relaxing environment, and the sheets on the massage beds are very soft and luxurious. Massage was the perfect amount of time, and I feel great! I never felt rushed and staff never tried to push me to buy other services. It was a great experience and we are very happy we came! Definitely coming back to continue to improve my overall well-being and to try some of their other services. Highly recommend!!!

I spent a lot of time trying to decide whether or not I actually wanted to purchase a membership, but I finally did and I'm so glad that I followed through. Domonique is absolutely amazing. She has the best personality and I truly enjoy going to see her. Her ability to relax my muscles and get trouble spots is phenomenal. I love that she's just as comfortable with me being quiet as she is with talking the entire session. She lets me set the tone each time I come in. The staff has been wonderful, and the setting is very relaxing. I highly recommend joining.
