I LOVED my experience with Spavia! The girls at the front desk were super friendly and very accommodating. I had my first hot stone massage with Martha and it was amazing! Friendly staff, gorgeous spa, very relaxing and cannot say enough about my service from Martha. I will definitely be back!

I booked the facial appointment using the $30 off coupon that they recently e-mailed me. The facial was alright and I do not have any complaints towards the girl who did my facial. However, the experience that I had at the front desk was absolutely humiliating. At the check-out I was told the price that did not include the discount. When I mentioned the coupon that I used when booking the appointment, they acted as if they heard about it for the first time. They, then, proceeded to tell me that they don't know what I am talking about and I have to find it and show it to them. I could not immediately find it on my phone and told them that I can try to find it at home on my laptop. They then charged me the full price for the service and saw me off with a very arrogant demeanor. As soon I got home, I logged on my computer to look for the e-mail - I felt so mistrusted and humiliated that I began to doubt myself. Of course, I found that e-mail with a coupon and called them right away. When I asked them how I can forward it to them, the girl on the phone told me to not bother because they can only apply the coupon if I show it to them at the time of the check-out. The whole experience feels like a total scam and I feel absolutely fooled. I do not normally leave such negative reviews and at this point, it is not even about the discount. I've never been so mistrusted and fooled by the customer service in my life and I cannot leave their utter lack of professionalism unnoticed.

Yesterday was my first time at Spavia. I will definetly be back! From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left, everyone was enjoyable. I had the pleasure of seeing Madi for the services. She is the sweetest thing and took great care of me. I am very particular when it comes to using anything on my face. Madi listened and never made me feel that I was an annoyance. I will be back! I have frequently visited spa's on a monthly basis for a little under 4 years now. Spa-Via is unquestionably "the best Spa in Columbus, Ohio" and here's why! I received a deep tissue massage from Chanti and it gave a new definition of the word "zen". The experience was A+. It was a relaxing atmosphere, massage felt amazingly customized to my body, products were high quality, and the scents were unmatched. The 60 minute deep tissue massage had a rippling effect on my body allowing me to sleep in an hour and a half longer for 3 days following my visit. Highly recommend anyone and everyone to check out Spavia at Dublin Bridge Park. It's truly is an out of body experience that leaves you feeling brand new.

My husband and my kids gave me a spa day as a birthday present. I had a facial with Kyleigh and a massage with Chantee. These two ladies have magic hands. This place screams relaxation as soon as you walk in the door. The place is so clean and nice. The owner and the staff were really nice and made me feel welcome. They make sure that they are meeting your requests. This was an amazing experience. I will definitely go back and would recommend this to anyone.

Very nice place. The lady at the frint desk is SUPER nice. For a massage you get to pick out what lotion you would like from about 10 or so different scents and you can choose what type of music or atmosphere you would like. When they take you back, you get a robe and sandels to wear and you get a locker to put your personal items in. After your massage you get your choice of tea or water and then given a warm neck wrap while sitting in a little lounge area. I recommend the ultimate relaxing package which is a massage and facial. Each was about an hour and felt so good.

I really thought long and hard about writing this review. I want to give this spa a higher star rating but the bad outweighed the good. The body wrap was AMAZING. Chantee was fantastic and the ambiance of the spa was very relaxing; then came my facial. My appointment was for the ultimate hydraderm treatment. I have received a tremendous amount of facials in my lifetime and frequently receive spa treatments. The esthetician did not do a skin analysis. In fact she didn't look at my skin at all! Say what!?!? She left the water running about 5 minutes while she cleansed and dried my face. Very irritating. The machine broke and she couldn't infuse the serum into my skin so first she decided to rub the wand back and forth on my face, which was already sensitive from the microderm portion of the facial. I had to stop her to ask her if she has every performed this treatment. She said not many! Now I was uncomfortable. Since the machine wasn't working, she then decided to just rub the serum into my skin. That's NOT what I paid for. She was also drinking a super sized Teavana iced tea and then popped gum in her mouth. How unprofessional! I never received the hot stone neck massage which was supposed to be part of the ultimate package. First facial that I honestly wanted to run out of the room but I needed the mask to calm my face. I feel the esthetician was not educated on how to perform this treatment and I told the front desk my experience. They charged me only for the premier treatment which I was quoted as $99 on the phone but it's $119. I paid $119 for a horrible experience and a treatment I didn't schedule. Very disappointing and this negative outweighed the great positive of the body wrap. I won't return but I do want to say the front desk gals were very professional and nice; I am sure they did what they could. Wow. I wasn't expecting you to DEFEND your esthetician but to listen and discuss my experience with her so she can learn and improve. There were several issues that made the experience horrific. She DID NOT analyze my skin, she left the water running which was not relaxing to hear, and she was drinking an iced tea and chewing gum during my treatment! Please don't respond to this. I would like to move on. Thank you.

My husband and I visited Spavia in Dublin for the first time. I scheduled us a couples massage for a belated anniversary date. I called the week prior to schedule our appointment and was so excited there was an opening available. I was so impressed with this spa. The atmosphere was so relaxing from start to finish. Our massage therapists were wonderful and we both loved our massages. I would highly recommend Spavia and we look forward to our next visit.

I went twice--while the facials and massages my party had were amazing, the negative treatment by front desk manafment unfortunately outweighed the good spa experiences. Before going the first time i asked on the phone if it was okay i bring my 5 month old baby (and scheduled an appointment for me after an appointment for my froend so that there is always someone with my child) and was told it was. When i arrived to the appointment, the lady at the front desk basically tried to kick me out because i had a baby and he might disrupt the other clients. I told her it was the first thing i asked about on the phone, to wgich she replied she'll have ro listen to the phone conversation. It was insulting and extremely unprofessional for her to suggest a client mah be lying. After i almost cancelled the reservation, she changed her attitude and became accommodating. The second time i went i arrived on time, instead of 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork (construction). The lady at the front desk was talking to another client on her way out. She gave us the paperwork and didn't mention that our appointment started while we were filling out paperwork and that we would be taking from our facial time but paying in full. I ended up having to pay for an hour facial when the actual facial only lasted a half hour. They refused to refund my money or to even give a discount and on top of that were extremely unprofessional throughout the process of calling and answeing my phone calls so that the manager can hear me out. The manager never did bother to speak to me, and i ended up needing to pay $100 for a 30 minute facial that should have cost only half the amount. Do not come here--the management is unprofessional and offered i stay in the men's waiting room since it was empty.and while they offered a complimentary add-on, i have to pay for an appointment with them in order to use it--so what's the purpose of a complimentary add on when i have to pay for it? isnt exactly free or complimentary when there are restrictions like this.

Now this is what I would call a Day Spa! From the first second you enter the retreat area & women's locker room, you know it'll be a super relaxing experience. I love my esthetician, Tahia!! She explained everything very clearly and really took the time to ensure I had a wonderful experience plus I love how my face feels even after 2 days later! Spavia's attention to detail, making sure you're visit is relaxing & enjoyable is commendable. I'll be back to visit Tahia again at Spavia!

I really enjoyed my massage at Spavia. Mandy was great at working out the knots in my back, I will ask for her again. I also loved the questionnaire I filled out prior to my massage, because it asked what type of music I would like, what scent I preferred, whether I wanted conversation or not, how much pressure I preferred, ect. They called us a couple days before our scheduled massage to let us know they had to schedule with different people then the day of called us 2 hours before our massage to tell us one of the massage therapists can’t make it in for our couples massage. Very disappointed as this was our first time trying here.

This was my first time ever using a Groupon and I purchased the massage and facial both only off the recommendation of a friend and I'm so glad I did! I have been in C-bus for 27 yrs now and have gone to a ton of different salons/spas around the city but I honestly have to say that these 2 services were by far the BEST I have ever had!! Emily did my massage which was heavenly. She really worked out my sore muscle tissues all over and she was just a delight to talk to as well! My facial was with Yolanda who also did an amazing job! I have never had my face massaged quite the way she did where she literally massaged not only my entire face but also up around my neck and shoulders for quite awhile and then my arms and hands too. It was fantastic and I certainly will be coming back again and again to this spa!!

I’ve had a massage and facial here and I live this place! So nice and relaxing. I got a facial a couple of weeks ago and it was so nice and relaxing. The front office staff are always very nice! Planning on scheduling a massage again here soon. They have a 4 hand massage that seems interesting and I might try that out. Either way I’m sure everything will be great!

My wife and I got massages here at spavia. When we went the first time rate is 30 $ off a great reason to come in and try it. We enjoyed the ambiance and the spa setting they have. I enjoyed how you can custom choose music, level of talking, sents during your massage. We will return and be recommending this place to our friends.

I found this place after being a groupon for a massage and facial for my birthday. IT. WAS. AMAZING. I had my massage with Mary amd my facial with Kyleigh. Both were so sweet and made the experience enjoyable. I'm a stay at home mom so it was nice to have ladies to chat with while I got out of the house lol. The facility was super clean. I would definitely recommend this place and will definitely be returning!
