I showed the girl a pic of my hair when i got married. Color and cut. I asjed her how long she had been doing hair. She said, 10yrs. It took her 31/2 hours to do my hair and it is short. So did not even look like it was duppose to. Very upset with result. Will not be going back.

Alex Munger is one of the most gifted massage therapists I've been to. The setting here is very cozy and the massage was way more therapeutic than frills. If you have muscle pain, you need to book with Alex. Package discounts were available.

I got eyelash extensions by Ashley a couple weeks ago. They look amazing. Almost everywhere I go someone compliments how beautiful my eyelashes are when I say they’re fake people are shocked because they look so real! The salons interior is beautiful laid out, you can tell this salon has a lot of heart and soul out into it!

I went in to get my permanent eyeliner done. I was greeted with smiles and offered the choice between coffee or hot apple cider ( with whipped cream!!) The salon itself is gorgeous! The staff very friendly and professional,they made me feel very comfortable ( I was nervous.. i mean it's a tattoo on your eyelid!). I sat in a quiet room on an antique loveseat sipping my hot apple cider ( whipped cream and carmel!) Bri came out to get me, and she is awesome! She puts you at ease instantly! My eyeliner looks amazing! Do yourself a favor and go check this place out!

All of the employees at root are very professional. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by a receptionist with a smile. If you're early for your appointment, they will ask you if you'd like something to drink, which is something so little yet so awesome! I get my hair cut by Taylor, and massages from Dara. Both of these women are super friendly, personable, and talented professionals in their field of work! They also offer many other services for those that are looking for nails, spray tans, waxing, facials, etc. If you're not happy with your current salon, give this place a try! I promise you won't be disappointed!!!

Loved my experience. The salon is very clean and cute. The hairstylist was knowledgeable and friendly. She washed,cut and styled my hair and I love how it turned out. They are reasonably priced. The stylist tried some new products on my hair that I have never tried before, Kevin Murphy, and my hair was left feeling amazing all day and best of all it smelled great. I highly recommend this place and I will be returning for other services.
