Plenty of salon services in convenient locations. You will get the full, relaxing spa services with massages and facials. Manis and pedis are really great and feel a little more luxurious than your run of the mill nail salon. Employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. Everything is clean and sanitized. Great place to go for a spa day, girls day, or wedding prep.

Ally T. did an excellent job with my highlights and cut. When booking an appointment I asked for a master stylist, and she definitely lives up to that title. She was very knowledgeable about the products and styling techniques that she used, and was super helpful and friendly. The receptionist was polite and the overall atmosphere seemed very professional and welcoming. The best part though is that I LOVE the way my hair came out. I will definitely be recommending Ally and this location to friends and family. Thanks for the great experience!

She did an amazing job, and gave me so many foils that my highlights looked natural and yet very bright. Mitchell's has such a good reputation because they really work hard to offer an inspiring style experience.

I wish I could leave two reviews. I came in for two different services that day with very opposite results. I had booked a 20 minute massage as well as a free hair consultation. I am getting married in September and simply wanted some ideas for styles. Sarah, my massage therapist, was very friendly. I will be going back for a second massage with her to try out the hot stone massage. If my ratings were based on my massage alone, this review would have been a five star. The hair consultation was, however, a complete waste of time. I asked the stylist to suggest a few styles that she thought might compliment my dress choice and hair texture. I had not even spoken with her for 3 minutes. She told me she could not help me. She did not have time to despite the fact this was a scheduled visit. She had no suggestions what-so-ever except go look online bring in the photos of the ones you like and for $40 they could test the styles. Why bother to set up a consultation if you aren't going to CONSULT with me. Had she had a single useful idea or suggestion, I would have gladly come in and had the $40 styling done. Negative stars to this stylist. You just lost a potential customer.

05/21/2018 So as a gift I had the head to toe spa package... It says around 6 hours and 45 minutes. Well I was there almost 9... Got there at 8:45 as requested and lunch at almost 3. The massage and facial was the best part of the first time experience by far. The hair cut is HORRIBLE! I asked for LONG LAYER'S JUST ENOUGH TO GIVE MY HAIR SOME DEFINITION! What I got was a wide variety of layers and SHORT so now my hair looks just stupid. It has all this body on one side and it's flat as a pancake on the other. The manicure and pedicure was just okay...The make up was good but the make up was just thrown in some drawer and looked like it was about 15 years old. The wait time in between each service was crazy, over all this wasn't the experience I had heard about or read about. Then as I was checking out they attempted to charge me for a hair treatment that's was listed on the website and the type of package THAT I NEVER EVEN GOT! I even asked about it after the hair session and was told they don't even do that it's just a basic wash and dry and cut. This was horrible day! I'll never come back and now it's get half my hair cut off to fix the layers or have more added. Very disappointed!!. However the attitudes of everyone was so awesome, very polite and energetic! 05/22/2018 I just wanted to acknowledge the management from Mitchell's reached out to me and we discussed my recent visit. She was very kind and understanding and made sure to correct it. Very pleased with the customer service provided to correct my experience, Thank you again :)

Ive been going here for well over 10 years. The best hairstylist and color is Jessica. She’s fabulous. She does what I ask and she never disappoints. Alisha is amazing too in the facial area. She’s the only one I’ll let wax my eyebrows.

Made an appointment with a director. My daughter wanted a wash, style and trim and was walked back out to the lobby by the stylist. The director stated that she was not comfortable styling my daughter's ethnic hair. I then asked if she could at least wash it and blow it out. I was told she just wasn't comfortable doing that. I asked for a top tier stylist when I scheduled the appointment. I would assume that if you are qualified to be called a director, you should be able to wash and blow out any hair type. Needless to say, my daughter was embarrassed and I was very upset. I canceled my appointment as well and walked out. We will not be back!

Have only used their nail services. Consistently wonderful experience. Always relaxing and I never feel rushed, but most importantly it is sanitary! For those who balk at the price, 1. Different levels of experience charge different prices. Choose your provider based on price if you desire a lower cost. 2. They use high end polishes that last a long time and never stain my nails no matter how long I leave it on. 3. You are paying for the time it takes to ensure a high quality experience. The nail techs are not constantly prodded by management to turnover clients to make more money. No shortcuts here.
