This salon blew me away. The staff is full of kind-hearted, caring people. They listen to your concerns and put your best interests at heart. Not only do you go there for quality results, but it is an experience that will make you feel part of a big, fun family. I have only heard and witnessed nothing but POSITIVE things about this salon. Very impressive salon that I can see becoming one of the top salons in the years coming! Love my hair!

Update: The salon owner called me to ask why we gave such a horrible review and why we were unhappy with our service. Not once did we get an apology, nor did she take responsibility for her employees poor customer service. Instead she had an excuse for every complaint and comment and tried to turn what I said around to make me feel like it was our fault my niece was unhappy with her hair. I appreciated the fact that she did offer to make things right by offering to let her come in to get her hair fixed for free. At this point, it isnt about the money, its about the lack of professionalism. DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR HAIR DONE!!! THEY WILL RUIN YOUR HAIR. My niece came here to get her hair dyed for homecoming and they ruined her hair. It is not the color or style she wanted. It looks awful. When we went back to the salon to get it fixed, they gave us the worst attitude. The "hair dye specialist" was told she wanted a Balayage. Which is a French word meaning 'to sweep' or 'to paint'. It allows for a sun-kissed natural-looking hair colour, similar to what nature gives us as children. Instead she got a trailer trash version of an ombre. The stylist said, "balayage and ombre are the same" in her book. Nothing but terrible custome service and terrible dyejob. I would give them negative stars if I could. Definitely contacting the BBB to make sure everyone knows how horrible they are. I repeat, DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR HAIR DYED, CUT OR STYLED!!!

I waited a long time to finally go and update my hair. I couldn't be happier with the results! Precilla was knowledgeable, helpful and had great advice on what to do FOR ME, not just doing whatever possible to upsell. Perfect! Will be back very soon.

Awful place.The decor is terrible. The services are way overpriced and the quality of their services was even worse. It’s more of a cosmetology school than anything. With an appointment, it took 2.5 hours for a polish change and a pedicure for 3. The polish bubbled off the within 24 hours and it was $160+ before a tip! Without a doubt the worst salon in the neighborhood. The good news, the nail techs are nice - they even gave us the nail polish because they knew the job was so bad.

I absolutely love mi amore! I get my nails done by Jacquie, and I get a lot of compliments on my nails all the time but more importantly, I am absolutely obsessed with the finished product every single time! I also really enjoy the relaxing and laid back atmosphere, the place is really clean, and their prices are great!

The owner did write me a check for ruining my hoodie but is unwilling to refund my money for ruining my hair $280 for a balayage you would expect to walk out looking and feeling like a million dollars but this was not the case not only did they not uphold their business model was not pampered went from seeing 3 hours to get it done to it taking 6 hours to get it done did not complete the haircut or completely dry my hair do to it taking so long I feel the amount of money that was paid for such hairstyle my hair stylist should have said if she was unable to achieve the colors I want it in my hair which were a light brown and blond what I ended up with was a dark blackish color and oranges and bronze colors only after 3 hours was I offered something to drink not only that but my head had a burning sensation for 2 days after having my hair done at the salon my stylist assured me that she seen no red and it wasn't burning but later my son said he seen red spots on my scalp. The owner is only willing to have one of her stylist to fix my hair which I told her I am just not confident enough in their team especially after what I went through and also looking up other reviews this is not the first time that this has happened I feel the only honorable thing for this business would be to fix they're wrong and refund my money that I end up spending out of pocket that is not the case she is happy ripping people off and ruining their hair and I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau You can clearly see in the photos from the Better Business Bureau she is unwilling to resolve the issue as well as the other photo I posted she had somebody to message me belittling me and calling me names this is the type of business she's running only after me posting a review she commented on refunding my money and was willing to put additional money towards fixing my hair then she changed it to only refunding my money if I provide her with a receipt total rip-off and absolutely unprofessional this incident happen on April 28th 2018 it is now July 14th 2018 this has gone on far and long enough and calls way more embarrassment and emotional distress than it should have all I wanted was my hair to be done so that I can feel good about myself and what I received was the total opposite and much more stress then it should have been

I get my nails, hair, eyelashes, facials, and massages done here because it’s by far the best salon for these services. Everyone is so friendly and they treat you like a friend they’ve known for years. Anyone who says otherwise clearly doesn’t know what they’re talking about!

Sorry but i wouldn't recommend. I could maybe see this place working out in the future but for now it seems chaotic. When i come to a salon i want to be assured that i will be taken care of and have nothing to worry about. The services are a bit inconsistent and there is no guarantee your appointment will happen as planned. Sorry but i think i'd recommend driving to Avon instead. Friendly beauticians though. this salon has to much developing to be had for its cost.

I have never been treated so well. Lisa took very very good care of me. The whole experience was wonderful and my hair looks and feels great. See them for everything. I feel so pretty now and I have a new hair stylist. You must go try here, theres not enough room to type how great they are and how special they make you feel. This place is super nice! The entire atmosphere is just calm. I got a facial from Brittany, and it was AMAZING. She really spent her time getting to know my concerns and giving me a bunch of tips for my skin. This is the best facial I've received, I left feeling like a million bucks, without spending it! They are very reasonable priced as well, will definitely be coming back

I have been here four times for color services with Kat and each time I leave feeling beautiful and pampered. Taking pictures after my hair is styled is our favorite part! If you want some interesting, fun colors, Kat is a great girl to go to. I highly recommend this salon!

I honestly DID NOT like how my hair came out. I went for a simple blow dry and hair straightening and paid $50 for something I could have done better at home. My beautician was super nice and treated me kindly but the result of how my hair came out was disappointing. My hair looked frizzy and puffy and it felt like it had a hundred coatings on it. I wanted smooth , silky , straight looking hair and got the opposite. It was definitely because she RUSHED doing my hair! Kindness and outgoing is great but I go to have my hair done correctly and leave the place feeling beautiful... Which I did not! Doubt I'll be going back✌️

I was super excited to try this place so i bought a groupon and went for it. I had cut and color done. I noticed i had a little more dye than usual left around my scalp but brushed it off and left. I get home and take a closer look and my neck, forehead, ears and cheeks had red dye all over them. I was mortified that they let let me leave the salon like this so i called and explained my distaste and they told me to come back and they would use remover to get it out. I got there and was informed the girl who did my hair was two days in to her job there and wasn’t used to the colors at all. I was very annoyed that they let her do my hair as i was a new client and she was not comfortable in her position yet. I let them use remover to try and get rid of the dye all over my face and neck and it did talk about half of it off but not enough to make me feel better. I left again this time very upset and as I’m driving home i notice where she put this called remover was burning and becoming very red. My skin was throbbing!! I messaged the salon this time to show pictures and explain that i was deeply disappointed and embarrassed to go out in public and they just kept offering to fix my original issue if the dye on my face and cared nothing that their product was causing me irritation and burning my skin. An issue that should NOT have even happened in the first place. Thy refused a refund even though i showed them pictures of my red itchy skin and my dye blotted face! I cannot believe this is how his place handles a new client who has a terrible first experience.

Just recently had my hair highlighted and cut by Priscilla. My hair came out amazing...wonderful color and layers look great. The spa itself is decorated quite beautifully inside. Staff is very friendly and atmosphere of the spa is relaxing. I will most definitely be returning.

Not only is this the cutest salon with the best staff, but the prices are great and the service is amazing too! To top it off the place smells heavenly thanks to the bakery next door! I got a poly gel nail fill and Anne did a great job! Being my first time I always worry a bit if it will be awkward to sit there for a longer time and chat with a nail tech that i don't know, but it wasn't! She was friendly and it was like i knew her forever! I chatted with some other staff too and cant wait to go back for my hair! Highly recommend checking them out, you won't be disappointed!
