Amazing customer service and amazing therapist! Scheduling my appointment was a breeze & this clinic environment is welcoming and comfortable. I thought filling out my paperwork before the massage was going to be dreadful, from what other reviews have said, but this was not the case. The front desk employees walked me through the paperwork on an iPad and I was done in just minutes (very mindful & accommodating). I had a full body massage with Tim which was wonderful! He was on time & mindful of my needs! I will be going back to this Massage Envy!
From the phone call scheduling my appointment until the moment I walked out of the door, Massage Envy in West Chester went above and beyond to make sure I received the best experience possible. I had never received massage before, but even the questions they asked me over the phone made sure I was put with the appropriate therapist to relax. I mean seriously relax.. I enjoyed it so much I joined the wellness program, then I rescheduled another appointment for a few weeks later! Can't wait!!! Thank you Massage Envy!

Purchased one hour massage as a gift for my daughter. She went today. 1 pm appt. Took her back at 1:10...massage tech came in at 1:20 or later she did not follow my daughter's instructions and was done before 2. I will not purchase a gift card nor will my daughter return. This place is a rip off!
The manager Lauren went above and beyond to take care of me. I'll always go back to this location and I have referred about 5 friends just because of the service I received from the manager alone. The massage was out of this world!!!!!

I absolutely love this location. I have been coming here for 6 years! It is such a calm and inviting environment. The staff is very nice. I absolutely love my massage therapist Carla! I always leave feeling refreshed and waaayyy better than I did when I came in the door.

I have had massages here twice, and both therapists were very inexperienced. One of them, however, was truly skilled and made my back pain feel a LOT better. She not only made me feel comfortable during the massage but applied great deep pressure and had an intuitive sense of where the pain was and how to work it. Her name is Melissa and I highly recommend her. Other than Melissa, I have repeatedly had very strange experiences with the male therapists at Massage Envy, and I think they need some reeducation as to what kind of behavior/conversation is appropriate with a client.
All of the staff are very professional and friendly. The therapists really listen to your needs and do their best to address work on problem areas. I've never had a less than great massage!

Be sure to read the fine print. Cancellation of your membership is difficult and requires 10 day notification. Something that is NOT made clear when signing the initial contract. You also will only have 60 days to use remaining sessions. Also something not made abundantly clear at the time of signing the initial contract. Due to a couple of issues (some my fault) I will ultimately end up out close to $200. The therapists are good - but it can be very difficult to schedule with them on a consistent basis, the staff are friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing. I have a busy work travel schedule and cannot always schedule a month in advance which is required in order to consistently schedule with the same therapist. I also suspect working conditions for the therapists may not be great since I have run into turn-over issues with my therapists twice since I started my membership in late 2017.
This Massage Envy location is beyond amazing! They're very thorough, while explaining how their process works. They walk you through everything, so you know exactly what to expect. The people at the front desk are extremely friendly, warm and welcoming. You're always greeted with a smile and they're willing to answer any questions, you may have. My therapist, Lisa, was absolutely AMAZING! Her pressure was consistent and I felt that she really worked to alleviate my pain, in my shoulder blades, without hurting me. I would absolutely recommend to this location, to anyone needing relief or seeking relaxation.
Arrived at my appointment on time. Waited 10 minutes for appointment to start, Only to be told that my appointment was not scheduled and the therapist that I was scheduled for it did not work there anymore. Then they said that they called me and left a message none of which was true on the phone now and there was no messages. The manager was very snippy with her apology. Then the next day a manager from a different location called me, Mason location and was very rude to me on the phone. I have a membership with this company and I am going to try a different location other than these two and hopefully I will not have to cancel my membership.

My husband and I scheduled a couple’s massage several weeks in advance. On the day of our scheduled massage (4 hours prior), we received a phone call stating that one of the therapists would not be in. We were given the choice of re-scheduling for a different day or for one of us to get a facial instead of a massage (the services were not even offered at the same time). It’s extremely unprofessional that a company who would charge cancellation fees for same day cancellation would cancel on it’s customers the day of and only offer any apology. We rarely get massages, maybe once a year, and were really looking forward to it. What a disappointment, especially when my husband and I re-arranged our schedules to have a relaxing massage together.
I signed up for a membership at this location so I could get monthly facials to help manage my break outs because I have tried everything! I had various staff give me facials and all were knowledgeable and cautious of my sensitive skin. They had great recommendations on products as well. Recently I have not been pleased with services here. I have had my appointments cancelled three times and have been told to reschedule. Due to staff quitting or no longer available this location is unable to schedule facials after 3 PM and on saturdays. I work two jobs one of which requires me to work saturdays and I don’t get off work until 4PM during the week. I am now no longer receiving emails from the manager to help fix this situation. $60 a month is being put at waste now. Back up plans should be put in place so that members are able to schedule services at their convenience. I will not be renewing my membership once it is up, I am very disappointed.

Was gifted a massage the other day. It was supposed to be for a full hour. But they tell you to relax and won’t get started for about 15 minutes. Then the masseuse comes in does her routine, but doesn’t address the areas of pain. After a short massage, and no real relief you get dressed with still 10 minutes on the clock. 35 minute “massage”, not therapeutic at all. You’re better off going elsewhere. This is just a corporation taking advantage of people hoping to get good service and instead are provided sub- par service and paying top dollar. Don’t waste your money here. 0/10.

Over charged my card on multiple occasions....I only used my membership twice because the massage was NOT good at all and the facial I received broke my face out and created a spot on my forehead that is still there and that was almost a year ago...they didn’t make it clear there is a cancellation paper you have to fill out so don’t forget too if you had poorly decided to do a membership. I unfortunately signed up for the membership thinking that no massage place could be awful because even my non professional husband can give a massage...wrong there is bad massages! Even in “professional establishments” such as this...so after my two awful experiences a year ago I tried to cancel and they would not under any circumstance let me cancel! So here we are a year later I did “my time” and also had to deal with them over charging on top of not even using their service! And when they do over charge your card they make you wait months to reverse it because it’s always “my office manager has to do that” and then the office manager will say someone else has to do it and then someone from mars calls you and tells you in a egotistical way that he fixed it and wants all the praise because it seriously is a glorious day when it’s finally reversed because that’s how long it takes for them to fix their mistakes! So I would NOT trust them to even touch my body for a third time! Twice was too much! And trust me I sucked it up and paid my dues and could have went and used the service I was paying for but NOPE I was scared to even let them touch me again so I just paid and accepted the consequences of my bad decision. But what prompted this review is guess what....although I did my time my card was charged! Imagine that
I love coming here. I had a lot of back pain. But, Darla made it go all away. I highly recommend getting a stretching session and a massage back to back. I always felt the stretching session allowed the therapist to go deeper during your massage. And, the front desk has always been great to me.

We've been members of Massage Envy since 2008, and we've visited over 2 dozen locations between the places we've lived and traveled. This franchise is one of the better run locations. They have a few deep tissue therapists, which are the most requested by regular members. Almost all locations have a good variety of therapists (i.e. Swedish, Relaxation, Deep Tissue, etc.). The problem usually starts with ill trained front desk staff who book customers with just whomever is available and not with the type of therapist they request. This is NOT the case with the West Chester franchise. It is very well managed. You can't go wrong with a membership, first of all. You get discounted rates with just one monthly membership fee, which pays for a 1 hour massage. If you don't use it, you can accumulate your membership massages or combine them for a 90 minute or 2 hour massage. If you find a therapist you like, you may need to book your appointments 2+ weeks ahead. The front desk is more than capable of assisting you, recommending the right therapist for you, managing your membership, etc. They and the therapists are extremely professional.

Extremely disappointing of Massage Envy in West Chester. I gifted my mom a massage here for her birthday and figured I would pay a little more to make sure she had a great experience vs going through Groupon to a random place. When I followed up with my mom about her experience she expressed that it wasn't a great experience and that she didn't get a full body massage. She kept insisting of her pain areas and the lady ignored her. She stated that the masseuse's only did one side of her body. It is extremely disappointing to hear of the service my my mom received. (lack of) When I called Massage Envy to get the name of the person who did the massage, the receptionist said that she would take down my number and have management call me. I never received a call from management and its now been 3 weeks. Management at Massage Envy West Chester has also been very disappointing.

I am an annual member for more then a year. My wife uses every month. I called West Chester yesterday and set an appointment. She asked me for phone# to hold it and wanted to have my credit card info which I told her that as I was driving will call back which she agreed upon. I also told her that the info is already on your file and you charge me every month. But anyway I called this morning to give my card info but they gave away my time to someone else. Is it worth going back there.....NO.
