If I could leave no stars as a review I most definitely would. I never leave reviews for any place but this experience has been SO BAD I am so compelled to finally start. My husband and I each had a membership that we cancelled months ago, not a few days, not a couple weeks, MONTHS. We went into our home store and signed the paperwork terminating our membership at that time - note that this was not to be put on their “freeze” option where you pay a reduced monthly fee, this was a complete termination. We have received voicemails the past three days of you asking us to reschedule. We thought “that’s strange, why are they calling so much all the sudden”. We checked our bank accounts today and we’ve each been charged for a membership. WHY?? I am baffled as to WHY, months later, our credit card information has been saved and has been run again just now for re-enrollment. We have not been back since and gave no consent for this!! I called their office and their new employee stated the manager who we were working with at the time for the cancellation is no longer there (surprise). Don’t care who was there for how long or who does what. It is WRONG to charge someone after they have completely ended services with you. What options do people truly have to get away from your company???? Stop charging people who have been long gone from you!!!! If people terminate their contract months ago, why are you saving their credit card information??? UNBELIEVABLE!! I’ve already called, I’ve already submit my inquiry to your portal online. If you want to make this right, refund the amount that was never supposed to go to you and maybe then, MAYBE, I will revise my review.
