Had the best massage last week at Massage Envy, Lewis Center. The place is new and clean and the employees are friendly. My massage was relaxing but also helped remove the pain caused by the tight muscle s in my neck and back.

I love this place! I'll never let anyone but Megan do my facials .The customer service is pretty good, and i always feel welcomed and leave revitalized . Only ever had one issue where my final paid session from my membership "expired" the day my last payment was made, so Idk how that works but hey, stuff happens i guess . I would and have recommended plenty of people. I personally have had about 7 people go here because of my awesome recommendations. I hope to get another membership soon.

Failed to contact us when the massage therapist called off. We drove over an hour to be at this appointment. We called 30 minutes before our appointments to see how early we should arrive and it wasn't mentioned then. I understand people calling off, but handle it correctly and make sure people are notified.

Have always had positive experiences with the therapists and management at this location. In my experience what stands out to me, is the ease and logic to which issues which may pop up are handled at this location.There have been a few glitches and changes with my appointments/membership over the last year. All issues were resolved with a common sense, logical client-management team approach. I cannot say that about some of the other area locations. I use this location for all my services now.

I love my local massage envy in Lewis Center. The therapists are top notch. They have individuals that specialize in all different pressures. I like the option of the add-one that are offered at a reasonable price and usually use essential oils. Management is friendly and the front desk typically helpful.

If I could leave no stars as a review I most definitely would. I never leave reviews for any place but this experience has been SO BAD I am so compelled to finally start. My husband and I each had a membership that we cancelled months ago, not a few days, not a couple weeks, MONTHS. We went into our home store and signed the paperwork terminating our membership at that time - note that this was not to be put on their “freeze” option where you pay a reduced monthly fee, this was a complete termination. We have received voicemails the past three days of you asking us to reschedule. We thought “that’s strange, why are they calling so much all the sudden”. We checked our bank accounts today and we’ve each been charged for a membership. WHY?? I am baffled as to WHY, months later, our credit card information has been saved and has been run again just now for re-enrollment. We have not been back since and gave no consent for this!! I called their office and their new employee stated the manager who we were working with at the time for the cancellation is no longer there (surprise). Don’t care who was there for how long or who does what. It is WRONG to charge someone after they have completely ended services with you. What options do people truly have to get away from your company???? Stop charging people who have been long gone from you!!!! If people terminate their contract months ago, why are you saving their credit card information??? UNBELIEVABLE!! I’ve already called, I’ve already submit my inquiry to your portal online. If you want to make this right, refund the amount that was never supposed to go to you and maybe then, MAYBE, I will revise my review.

Terrible customer service. Booked an appointment with confirmation online. When I showed up for the appointment was told there was a system problem and they were booked and wouldn’t honor my appointment. Offered aromatherapy at my next appointment for their mistake. Something that normally comes with a $100 massage!!!! Don’t trust this company with your time.

Wasted a lot of money. Good when I had the time to go. But had a 8 month period we're I had no time, and no time in the foreseeable futy. So just accrued allot of serveses. And the probtly lost them when I had to cancel. Much more convenient to just go when I can then worrying about using up monthly services.

My Wife and I have been a member with Massage Envy for a while now. I have tried to book a couples massage 3 different times in the last month and something has happened each time. I live 35 minutes from this location, last trip up we were told we weren't even on the schedule once we arrived. Tempted to cancel both memberships and not schedule for the 4th time since I am paying monthly and having a problem getting a massage...

I arrived 10 mins before my 2pm appt and at 10 after 2p I was told the lady was running late, finally at 2:30 my appt. After getting into the room the streamer didn't work so 45 mins after my appt we got started. Not the best and a waste of my time

My wife booked a massage for my Birthday, I arrived a few minutes early to fill out the paperwork like they mentioned when she booked the appointment. I was checked in and taken back to the tranquility room to wait. 30 minutes later after watching several other people come in after means be taken back for their massages I went to the front desk to inquire about the wait. I asked if my therapist was running behind or if there was an issue. After a blank look from the receptionist, she said oh no, turned around and walked into the office. Another girl came back with her and explained that my therapist called off and that the other girl forgot the therapist called off. I was offered to reschedule for another day if I wanted. So after driving 30 minutes, waiting 30 minutes, i would have figured they might try to find someone to to give me the massage then and offer a credit of some kind....

Cheating ..... I had 3 paid services that I have not used and in my last visit checked with manager how many paid sessions left and when i can use those.She told me I can use whenever I want it.... Later when I called to schedule appointment, they are telling no more paid sessions are there, they all expired. I contacted owner and manager no help from them....

I find it very difficult to schedule appointments. Their turnover in staff is horrible. For every good service I have, I have three that are below expectations.
