The facial was excellent but they kept trying to sell me add-ons that should have been part of the price especially with a 3 service package. VERY EXPENSIVE! The Hot Stone Massage was really lame but the Pedicure was Awesome! Poor customer service. They didn't give me a receipt I needed cause their system was supposedly down but I had to keep calling to follow up with no return calls and then a week later after I was promised a detailed receipt (professional not hand written) so I can submit to be reimbursed for massage on my tax payroll deduction, still no receipt. Nobody answers the phone or returns calls.

Wonderful experience. Relaxing, friendly, and kind. I got a massage and eye lash and eye brow tinting. Bobby at the counter was amazing, organized and accommodating, Irina was calming, and Christina gave a great massage.
