I’ve been getting my hair done here for several years. Shannon H. Is the best! She always knows what I want with just a little description, I’ve never been dissatisfied. Her prices are fair and she makes time to cut my daughters Hair while I’m processing. I can usually get in to see her in a moments notices, which is great. She is so good at what she does, that I drive all the way from north of Lebanon to get my hair done with her. Check her out, you won’t be disappointed!

I liked how they made sure I was happy with the length and shape of my nails before they started to paint them. If I was a local I would definitely go back!

Shannon made me break up with my former hairdresser....not easy when you'd been a loyal friend (and client) for 15 years! Unfortunately, my hair was starting to look fried and not evenly colored when I first went to Shannon a year ago and asked if she could fix it. After two appointments with her I made the decision to give up my friend loyalty for my hair's sake. It's been worth it not to leave a salon frustrated and when I see my friend (and former hairdresser), she tell me my hair looks super healthy! :) I haven't been disappointed with my cuts and I always walk out loving my color. The place is also nice overall but I go for Shannon's skill!

I have been going to Dream for years and it is always a wonderful experience. Bo has always been my go-to for manicures and shellac, and Cheena for pedis, but honestly everyone does a fantastic job so you can’t go wrong. The salon is relaxing and calm, especially the back room for pedicures. The services feel so personalized and everyone is so kind - they genuinely want you to enjoy yourself and be happy with what you had done. The online booking is so convenient too! Highly recommend.

This place is the best! I have been going every two weeks since I moved to Cincinnati over 2 years ago and I have always been happy with the service. Their work is quality. They are efficient and rarely have people waiting, but also never seem rushed. Bo and Mariena are my usual manicurists and they are wonderful. They are always friendly and are so skilled. I have also had my hair cut and styled by Sein and Shannon and they both did an excellent job. Every employee, including the owner, greets me by name when I come in. I’m so happy to have found this place.

Dream is my favorite place in Cincinnati to get my nails done! I usually see Mariena, who is absolutely amazing, but Bo and Allen are awesome too! They aren't a huge chain like Ambiance, so they actually take the time and effort to make sure every customer, new or regulars, are happy with their nails. I've added just a few of the many manicures they have done over the years.

The salon is very neat and clean and has a great atmosphere but my nails started to chip after 3 days. It has now been just over a week and my nails have never chipped this quickly with shellac from other salons. The people are friendly and they offered refreshments and snacks but for the price, you would think my nails would last longer than 3 days. I'm very disappointed.

TLDR: Try this place out! Customer service, online scheduling, location, interior ambiance, nail service quality, and price are all great! LOVE THIS PLACE. I moved to Cincy this year and had a hard time finding a place to get my nails done. Most places I found were too expensive compared to what I'm used to and the more affordable places gave me major "you get what you pay for" vibes. I am so glad that I eventually stumbled on Dream Salon and Spa! The customer service alone is enough to keep me coming back. I 100% recommend it. One. Hundred. Percent. Scheduling Appointments/Website: It is very easy to schedule appointments online. Their website has descriptions of the services that they provide along with the length of time and price of each so you know what you’re getting yourself into. Location/Interior: The location was easy to find and there is a parking lot right next to it, so there's no need to drive around looking for street parking. The interior is welcoming and clean and they’ve done a great job of creating a relaxing atmosphere. The seats at the manicure stations and in the pedicure spa area are all very comfortable. Customer Service: I cannot give enough praise for the customer service! This is the absolute best I've experienced since I've been here. They warmly welcome you when you arrive. It feels like I’m visiting family or something. They’re that friendly. I believe it’s actually a small family-run business. I’ve gotten both manis and pedis done there. Regardless of who I’m with, I know I’ll be taken care of. They check in to make sure you’re comfortable, relaxed, and happy with your nails throughout. And they’ve always done a wonderful job with my nails. Price: You can get a Salon Mani & Pedi for a reasonable price (maybe around $55). I’ve treated myself to their seasonal pedicures and I love them. They are a little pricier, but it’s totally worth it (and probably still cheaper than it would be elsewhere). Random: As I was leaving today, I was given a Halloween treat. Chocolate AND a small gift certificate. I found this to be fun and thoughtful and it made me smile. It’s the small things :)

Shannon Hauser, Master Hair Technician, has been my hair guru for over ten years; here's why: * She LISTENS to what I ask her to do and she does it....unless she thinks that what I ask her to do may not be in my best interest; then we discuss it and come to consensus. * Shannon is an EXPERT color technician - she knows what products are the best for my hair type in terms of color retention and conditioning and she gives good insight into what hair color will go well with my eyes and skin tone. * Best of all, Shannon is professional, courteous and reliable. I wouldn't trade her for anyone! 4. I've followed her to about four different salons over the years, and wouldn't trade her for anyone!

The reviews are true! I was greeted right away, and everyone was so kind. I even met the owner and she was also on the floor working. I also picked this place because I could see the pictures of the staff and it is diverse, and that is important to me. Every single person thanked me for coming in. Warm and inviting, and just great service. Highly, highly recommend.

I found Dream from previous reviews and tried them out my for nails. Staff were very friendly, caring and accommodating. Smaller studio but very private and relaxing. Allen was fantastic and allowed me to try things out before guessing if I liked it. He was detail oriented and great customer service. I will absolutely be going back.

I got acrylic nails done yesterday. By last night I started getting blisters. Going into this morning I had more and my fingers are painful and itchy. I called and they stated they would remove my nails for free. But when I get there they refused and told me I had to pay to get them removed. I will be submitting a complaint to the state of Ohio. They’re also fat and uneven shape as well.

Oh, if only I could give them 10 stars..... After reading the reviews on Google and Yelp, I decided to take a chance on Dream Salon. I had your traditional cut, color, and style w/ Kaity Frost. Over the past 10 or so years, I have gone to multiple stylists all over this city asking for the same type of haircut. Super layered but long enough to still put up if I need to. I have ridiculously thick hair (sorry, Kaity!), and I love to have my hair in multiple layers. But NO stylist could ever nail the cut/style I was after. Even after showing them pictures of styles I found online.... no one could do it right. FINALLY, I found Kaity. This is seriously the first time in a really long time that I've felt good about my hair. Not only did she totally ROCK my haircut, she was very sweet and easy to talk to. Everyone that worked there was very kind and professional. I will most certainly be coming back to this salon!!!

Update: Recieved response and they said that the price was discussed before the predicure occurred yet my feet were in the water and the technician was working on my feet when someone came to speak with me. Again good business ethic doesnt accuse the customer of lying. There was no "miscommunication" just false advertising. I went in because there was a sign saying pedicures were 28.99. Once already receiving my pedicure I was told that that price was only for Monday thru Wednesday. Very misleading. Good business ethic would have been to honor the price as a one time courtesy. The sign should be taken off the sidewalk and brought into the store Thursday thru Sunday. Will not be returning.

It was my first time here. I was able to schedule an appointment online Mondaybwhile I was at work. I arrived half an hour early for my appointment. The nail tech who was supposed to do my nails had an emergency and had to step out so there was only one nail tech there. He was very sweet and working hard to make sure he was taking care of the other ladies who were there and me. I already had sns on from a different nail salon and had to have them soaked off. The process was pretty quick. I also had a manicure. I chose sns again and I absolutely love the color. My nails look great and I cant wait to go back!

This place does a wonderful job with nails. They are incredibly kind and accommodating. However, they struggle with picking up on "social cues". I can be a bit shy, sometimes just wish to be quiet, or not feeling good. I have been to other salons and do appreciate when they notice I am not feeling as "chatty" as they are at that time. I have other friends who attend the salon and they have the same concern that the workers don't know when a customer may just want to sit and keep to themselves, rather than keep talking and answering all of their questions to maintain conversation. Sounds like a dumb request, but some people do mind and understand what I'm trying to say....

After reading the reviews, I had decent expectations of an SNS manicure. Unfortunately, this was by far, the most expensive manicure and the (literal) second worst I've ever had. A "manicure" was an extra charge but really only consisted of some cuticle trimming. Evidently my already existing and extremely common nail shape was also $5 extra. Somehow paying $5 extra meant they ended up uneven, crooked, angled, and not even close to matching the other hand. The color was thin and inconsistent from the beginning and two nails cracked within 4 days. I have been getting SNS for 4 years straight and never had that happen. I went back to get them fixed and was repeatedly asked what I had done to make them crack. My nails weren't broken, just the SNS. When they were "fixed" they were super thick and twice the density so the color was completely different than the other remaining 8. Two days later another cracked and I went to a another salon to have them taken off. I realize others have had a good experience, but mine was terrible. Nearly $70 before tip and they didn't even last a week.

Shannon is a great hair stylist! She's done a beautiful job with balayage, cut and styling my hair. I was nervous finding a new stylist after moving here a few months ago, but my hair is looking fantastic! Definitely recommend.

Allen did an amazing job on my acrylic nails and shellac today. The whole staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. They worked me in with only a half hour's notice (called ahead). Allen worked extremely quickly, never sacrificing high quality. He was very thorough with laying and cleaning up the nails, and was helpful with color advice (he looked at a picture of my dress and helped me complement it). The salon is very clean, with nice dedicated spaces for hair, nails, and pedicures. They play calming music and the salon feels nice to relax in. As a total bonus to this lovely atmosphere, They offer you water or hot tea if you wish. This was my first time at Dream, but not my last!

I was shopping for a Salon while my Nail Tech is on leave and thanks to the google reviews I decided to try Dream Salon and Spa. Each Staff member greeted me and made me feel welcomed. Due to the good review posts, I asked for Allen and he was great! My shellac pedicure was a bit pricey but the results are beautiful! I do wish a discount had been offered for my first visit but they said if I refer someone I get 20% off on my next visit so if you go tell them Ebony sent you and enjoy your Dream experience!!

They’ve always been consistent with excellent customer service from the time I walk in until the time I leave. I most often get an appt with Allen, however I’ve loved my nails when done by everyone else there as well. They do a wonderful job, and Allen is very meticulous in making sure my nails are amazingly beautiful! Dream Spa and Salon uses premium products, and it reminds me of a beauty boutique instead of your everyday, overpacked, and basic nail salons. That, along with the excellent service, are the reasons which keep me coming back.

I have been going to Dream Salon for a year and a half on a regular basis and have always had exceptional service. Shannon is a talented colorist that has a huge range of skills. We have gone from my black thick hair to a light caramel balayage and even done fun colors like plum and rose balayage. She always takes the time to listen to my requests and thoughtfully creates the perfect colors, even when I’m struggling to describe what I want. Impressively my hair ends up feeling healthier after sessions with her even when we go lighter. Couldn’t recommend her highly enough!

Dream Salon & Spa is a wonderful salon. I went in to get a Bayalge and although I didn't get to the exact color I wanted, I left smiling and overall happy with what I did receive. I know most people would be upset, not getting exactly what they had in mind but I can certainly say, that wasn't the case for me. I had a wonderful hair stylist, she was sweet, thoughtful and knowledgeable. She let me know ahead of time, what to expect and what she's experienced with others with similar hair to mine. She reassured me, that in time, we will achieve the color I want and we'll do that all while keeping the integrity of my hair. She gave me some great advice for home care and also offered, without pressure, products they offer in the salon. She mentioned all the great perks they offer at the salon and also mentioned how she's blessed to be apart of such a great team. I love that! I enjoyed my experience and can't wait till my next visit. I don't pamper or treat myself often, actually it's been years... but I'm very happy I did. I'd highly recommend Dream Salon & Spa!

I stumbled upon this salon through Google because my previous place was no longer available and they had very good reviews. I loved the friendly staff and the genuine care they gave me and my Daughter's-in-Law. We got the Fall special pedicure and we really enjoyed it. I will definitely return. The place is small, but has what you would want in a salon, plus they were super close to where I live. We also loved the discount coupons they gave us for a future visit and the Halloween treat. This is my second time getting a seasonal pedicure and it was so amazing! I forget the name of the woman who did it for me, but she was amazing! All of the staff there are very welcoming and attentive. They also give you treats/coupons at the end of each visit which is always amazing! Highly recommend to anyone who wants a quality pedicure

Shannon has been doing my hair for a long time and she's the only person I trust. She has always given me the hair I imagined before the cut and dye and for an awesome price. I go from blonde to red to brown, it's a process and she keeps my hair silky smooth and with the least amount of damage I've ever experienced. She is so friendly, everyone in the salon is!!
