I work in the Sawmill Pointe Plaza next to Body Wrap. I can't help but notice this place as it has great curb appeal. I first tried a spray tan last Winter. It was magical! I was a little hesitant to try it at first but was assured the spray contained only healthy products. I felt so young and rejuvenated with my new and fresh appearance. My husband even noticed! I have returned for more of course, as have my customers that have seen the healthy and natural facial color I wear. Allvera also encoured me to try a foot detox since I am on my feet all day. It was the best money spent! We are talking a few bucks for total relaxation. I am also getting facial messages and peels. You could say I am hooked on this "spa". Truelly a gift for the working woman!

Everything was wonderful. I am totally fan girling over this place. The owner, Jen, really made me feel like I was family. Majority of the services I had not even heard of and did not know what they were. She did not hesitate to educate me. The place was so eloquent and relaxing. My esthetician was so nice and informative. This was my first Brazilian wax. I will be bringing my friends and coming back in 4 weeks. I did not know places like this existed but I am so happy I found it. This was a remarkable experience. By all means, go here! You won't regret it!

I wish I found Bre and her amazing eyebrow waxing skills sooner! She is a brow artist and I was pleased with my visit. I got a face wax and she combined hard wax and soft wax depending on the area. When it came time to do my brows she did them with great care and precision. My favorite part was she filled them in when she was done shaping them and it looked like a designer brows when done lol. Wish I found her before moving away. The salon is really nice, when I arrived I was offered water or tea while I sat in a comfortable and beautiful waiting area. I definitely recommend Bre for designer brows!

The body wrap was horrible, you didn't stay warm the whole time, it actually was very cold. Not done by a professional, just basically a young person that didn't know what she was doing. Will not go back. Didn't feel comfortable either. Plus, if they're going to leave you for an hour wrapped up in bandages they should at least bring you a water. Not very very good customer service.

I've had Brazilian waxes for the past decade at multiple places in multiple cities. I used to cringe every time I was due for one. Then, I found Mallory. She's amazing. Reasonable price, gentle, quick and incredibly sweet. Continued to go through my pregnancies with no problems. If you're looking for an experience where every time she's done.. You say.. "That's it?" then ask for Mallory. I'm serious.

My first experience with Allvera's service was through a Groupon for a body wrap. My girlfriend and I were both curious and had to try it out. From the moment we arrived until we left we felt very pampered. We had our private rooms for the wrapping but came together to enjoy each others company while the body wrap went to work. It is a perfect treat and day out with your girlfriend. I've been back a few times since to try other services. Each time I visit I am impressed with their professionalism, customer service and overall decor. I highly recommend Allvera for any of your pampering needs.

I absolutely love this place! Nothing beats the personal care and service from the amazing owner, Jen and her staff. She has always treats me very well and gives me the best possible service providers. Recently, the service was kicked up a notch! I had the best wax I've ever had! I am still completely blown away by how good it is, and this is several weeks after the fact. Normally, a few weeks after a wax, for me anyhow, there are ingrowns, more hair than expected and I'm dreading my next appt. Not this time! I am looking forward to going back in a couple of weeks. The "body services" are always great. From facials, to massages, to wraps and tans. But the foot detox is always an eye opener! I love the skin care line that is used. I love the attention to detail and true desire to help you achieve your relaxation and wellness goals that each provider gives. Jen always has some of the "best Columbus has to offer" working there with her to make this place a must go to stop on my "pamper me" days. ❤

I thought this was a beautiful place with a relaxing atmosphere. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and Juanita was amazing. I was honestly nervous to get a wax done for the first time but she made me feel very comfortable and was informative. I was surprised by how much I actually enjoyed this experience. I definitely plan on returning and would recommend Allvera to anyone. I used a Groupon to try it out and the staff treated me very well despite that (I've had plenty of other experiences where this has not been the case). You are offered cucumber water, tea, or coffee while waiting which I thought was a wonderful touch. I look forward to going back!

In the past, I have gone for a quick facial and some waxing. The staff are respectful and courteous. They've always greeted me when I entered the door, and if they haven't, it was because they stepped away for a few moments to assist another customer. The place is very clean, and they have a nice, calm waiting area. The service I have received has always been great!
