My usual spa had closed down and I was in need of a new place. I was delighted to find that not only did they have a couples room but they also offered deep tissue massages with a couples massage! Most spas do not offer a deep tissue with couples. My husband and I both loved our masseuses. My husband had Lorrie and I had Brianna. They both were very friendly and shared so much knowledge about muscles and stretching techniques. I was also impressed that they massage the glute which I have never encountered a masseuse who would. They also put a hot towel around the feet which was amazing. It's too bad I never found this place sooner. I had such a wonderful experience and so did my husband. Will be coming back soon.

Where to start ?? The staff are amazing!!! I have never been to a spa before but this place has my hands down vote for experience, atmosphere staff knowledge tlc!! The massage was amazing feel like a million bucks and twenty years younger at least ! Highly recommend!!!!

I've been a customer for a few years and have never had any complaints until now. I went in for a deep tissue massage and she gave me light as a feather strokes. I was still in knots, and even more tense afterwards. I asked for deeper and she didn't listen. I was very unsatisfied this trip and for the price I should have felt loose and relaxed and I was not. Might try them again in the future, but I'm not sure. Still a nice place, clean and friendly staff. The front desk guy is always nice.

Working in the landscape & tree industry plus owning my own business I needed a way to relax. So me and my wife booked an appointment for a half hour she got the Swedish & i got the deep tissue massage.Both were excellent! Great service & experience. I wish i would have gotten an 60 or 90 min. Will defiantly be back.

I highly recommend Cynthia for her skill and knowledge regarding facials and make up application. I have eczema and Cynthia is able to calm my skin, hydrate it and having it looking and feeling wonderful!! I also love the makeup she helped me choose for my skin type and the colors. Just beautiful! I also recommend Jessica for her massage therapy. She is one of the very best therapist that I have ever gone to. She is highly skilled and is able to take the knots and tension out of any muscle. The staff is always helpful and friendly. It is a great atmosphere!

I went to have a Brazillion Wax while I was in from out of town. This Spa/Salon had lovely interior design, clean and everyone was friendly. My service was excellent. I felt very comfortable and I am very happy with the results! Cynthia was great, Totally worth it...If your hesitant give it a try, you wont be sorry!

Do not use your debit card at this establishment ever. I had a couple of waxes here, then I missed an appointment and they charged my debit card 70.00. This was not an authorized charge nor would I ever agree that a missed appointment should constitute a fee of 70.00, that's just robbery. I will never go back there again and would not recommend any of my friends or family to go there after they have fraudulently used my debit card.

My only visit to was because I was gifted a massage. The massage was great and I would recommend Nicole, the masseuse. The entire salon and spa looked clean and people were very inviting. I would gladly return and recommend this salon and spa to others. It is located right off I-77 on White Pond Drive and was very easy to get to. Parking was also easy.

Geanina did my eyelashes and they are absolutely amazing I love them!! I was worried they would hurt or be annoying but I can’t even feel them they are so light, feel like my own!!! And I’m so so happy with them I will definitely be back! Can’t wait to get a facial by her she was so sweet! And the lady cassie at the front desk was very welcoming!

I went in fox waxing, the person who helped claims she had 9 years of experience, and all her 9 years of experience got me is a super irritated back. I followed her directions to the t! This is the worst My back has ever been!! The service from the receptionist was very poor at first he asked me if he could take my jacket then took it back and said I can just take it with me?! Really?! Will never go there again to the point where I would rather lose the remaining $130 on my gift card then go back.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!! The staff are very friendly. I received a French manicure, Melina did a fantastic job on my nails they look beautiful I am so pleased! She is a very, very nice person. The owner Rick is a pleasure to talk to. He runs a fabulous day spa, I am looking forward to returning!! As a side note ladies (and men) they accept Spa Finder gift cards!!! The only drawback is that it isn't close my residence Rick, open one in Streetsboro or Aurora and I will work the front desk for you!!!!!! A true pleasure to be sure!!!!

I recently had a pedicure & manicure and wouldn’t go back for this type of service. The manicurist was very friendly and made it a pleasant experience however, the paint that they used on my fingernails and toenails took forever to dry and ended up damaging the polish with marks due to poor non drying polish. If I could’ve waited several hours to dry then the marks wouldn’t have happened. My advice to management is to get better products that dry quickly and aren’t gooey.

This place is very relaxing, it’s arranged nicely. The workers are so nice and confident in their work. I get the Brazilian wax along with my underarms from Geanina. I love her, she is so sweet and fun to talk too. She always keeps me informed on how to care for my skin with waxing. She’s gentle and doesn’t rush the process which I appreciate. Definitely a great place!

I’m over the moon about this place. I wanted to schedule a surprise couple’s massage for my fiancé and I for the following day. I called several places, and A White Pond Paradise had the best pricing and availability. From scheduling with Jason, to our Swedish massage with Carol and Lorrie, our experience was perfect. Geanina is amazing! I bounced around from salon to salon for waxing the first few years I was in Akron and then found her and wished I had found her sooner. She is not only great at her job, but efficient, friendly, and always remembers our conversations. It's like our chats have picked up right where they left off last visit. I had my first facial ever with Sarah and she was superb. She had a soft touch and walked me thru each phase of the facial. Sarah was welcoming, professional and she made me feel comfortable and extremely relaxed. I almost fell asleep at one point! Highly recommend her services and the spa is lovely.

Cynthia did a great job of explaining the process to me and working with me to figure out what kind of facial would work best for my skin. I loved the warm bed and the calming atmosphere, however, at the restaurant next door, there was live music and it was very loud so it drowned out the calming music inside the room we were in. At first it didn't bother me, but then over time he would stop singing for a few minutes and I realized how nice and calming it was when he wasn't singing. But then he'd start up again and it was uncomfortable to listen to. The session lasted an hour. There was no pressure to buy any products, however I did purchase a few and received a discount. It's been several days and my face still feels great.

I brought my best friend here on 2/24/19 to get an hour massage, manicure and pedicure. We both loved out experience here! The full-body massage was amazing. I walked in with a headache, and the massage therapist. Lorie, did magic with my head and neck and the headache went away. My friend is a new mom and she appreciated a few relaxing hours away from the baby. Then we got our toes and nails done and they properly scrubbed them, shined them, and put beautiful nail polish on them. We were their last clients today so we had wonderful chat about life. Their waiting area has hot drinks, cold drinks, and snacks for you to munch on. Overall great experience!

My wife has always had a great experience here. She recently got a mani, pedi, facial, and massage and said she enjoyed every minute of it. However, be wary as a husband purchasing a "package" around a holiday! I bought her a Mother's Day special that was advertised as a package, but she wound up paying a la carte pricing when she went for a spa day. What they sold me was a gift card, not a package. My understanding was that it was a Mother's Day promotion that could be used in the future, but in fact there was an expiration date on the promotion. I completely understand that, but I wish it would have been better communicated that after the promotional period, the gift card was only good for the face value, not for the "package" that I bought.

This spa is one of the best. If you want a good facial I will recommend Geanina. Geanina is very knowledgeable, she always gives information about skin care, whatever you need. Melina does an amazing job on my nails. Cassie and Rick are such sweet and welcoming when you first walk in. The entire staff is fantastic.
