I just want to say I had to make it my PRIORITY TO WRITE THIS REVIEW!!!!!!!!!!!! I booked an 80minute couples massage for my boyfriend & I, and all I can say is that they have set the standard (even though It was our first massage ever) both Ksenia and Marguerite were EVERYTHING!!!!!!! They were wonderful, accommodating,attentive, and went out of their way to ensure our comfort! They were soooo professional! Every staff member we came encountered with was full of energy and welcoming! If I could give 10 stars I would!!!!! I am so excited to make this apart of my monthly routine going forward! DON’T HESITATE BOOK NOW! You won’t regret it! P.s I am writing this review 2 days after my appointment and I can honestly say that I am still in awe with the way my body feels! As a laborer where I am constantly doing straineous and physical work 6 nights a week my body is always tense, muscles are always tight, etc. I feel more relaxed than ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you!!!!

This is a diamond in the ruff . I purchased this massage from Groupon massage for an hour. When I showed up I was a little apprehensive due to the appearance of the building and other outside offices but once I walked in the space was cozy and welcoming. Alex was very professional and provided a few stretches along with the massage which I found to be amazing. Thank you I will be booking another massage soon !

Prices were ok. Location could be better but the decor inside and attitude of staff could've made up for that. Seemed really cluttered in the waiting area and didn't bring a calming feeling. The check in process was not very inviting either. We walked in and there weren't any greeters or a check in desk. We kind of assumed to sit and wait until someone arrived. During the massage was mostly relaxing. Although again some updating on decor and the smell in the room needed improvements. My biggest peeve was the communication to schedule which is only communicated through texting. Overall it was an ok experience, my masseuse was nice. #LetsGuide

Great massage every time I go there. This is the only place I will go to now and I make the drive from Vermilion. What others complain about, I like. I like that the atmosphere is dark..that to me is relaxing. I also found it helpful that they have posted the suggested tips...people like me don't know what to tip especially if using a coupon or special so I find it handy. I would rather see a sign giving me guidelines than look like a douche and give a bad tip.Also the place is not an all male staff as I have never had a male massage me there.

I went in for a 90 minute relaxation massage the Day before my WEDDING! The girl Jennifer thought it was a wrestling match. She twisted my arms and legs into pretzels. When I told her several times she was hurting me, she said" suck it up, stop being a wuss, " The WORST massage ever! I have been getting massage for over 20 yrs regularly.

My boyfriend & I were in last weekend for an 80 minute couples massage with Devin & Oleksander. We both agree, these were probably the best massages we have ever received! Devin & Olek were very attentive to our specific needs. Devin was amazing at removing those stubborn knots & Olek incorporated stretches which provided instant relief for my sore muscles. We felt fabulous & so relaxed afterwards. We will definitely be back!

Karen is phenomenal!! The massage that she gives is not only relaxing but therapeutic. My sin suffers from Tourette's. She has helped him relax and helped relieved some pain from his tics. I would highly recommend her!!!

I did schedule appointment, did multiple appointment confirmations. But, the massueist did not show even after 30 mins after scheduled time. Someone else did help out though, but, I signed up for a different kind of therapy. She did well, but not what I wanted. Dear Owner, please convey this is the reason I tipped below average to Deanne, there's nothing wrong with her.

Terrible experience. I arrived at the appointment 5 minutes early. After I got ready for the actual massage, which was scheduled to be an hour massage, the guy, Devin... got "tied up" and so I assumed my massage would still be an hour, but it only lasted a half hour, knew this from timing it. Then after I left, I had a voice-mail from the location saying that they have been delayed today and that my massage would need to be rescheduled (at this point my terrible massage was already done). Then a week later, I received an e-mail saying that I never showed up for my appointment and that my voucher would be forfeited... clearly they can manage the worlds smallest massage location. The massage was awful itself, it was very painful and when I told the masseuse this, he told me to just relax but never changed anything to make it less painful. I also found it absolutely ridiculous that almost every 10 feet there was a crappy sheet of paper stuck on the wall stating what the customers should tip on top of the location being completely small and DARK (very creepy) and not to mention unsafe since they just had string lights just laying on the floor in the hallway to the rooms. I would not recommend this place to anybody even if you got the massage for free. AWFUL!

I used to go monthly to a Serenity now at their old location and liked it very much. Today was my 1st experience at their new location with a new technique done by a new massage therapist. Deanna was amazing I felt wonderful she paid close attention to the areas I was having a lot of issues with and was able to give me a lot of relief. I will definitely be visiting her again.

Very rude, unprofessional, all-male staff. No supervision, no receptionist. The massage therapist I had a 1hr and half appt called someone else and 'moved them up' when I was 15min late and I arrived and asked to forfeit the 15min I missed and he told me that was not possible and I would be charged for the full appointment. He was rude, the room was dark and small. He was dressed very unprofessionally, in a hoodie and work boots and had a bad attitude and actually yelled at me and told me to get out when I asked for the manager, which he said he was (but was not). Then when contacted the manager through email and facebook she never bothered to respond but instead forwarded by message to the guy I had problem with to begin with. I would not recommend a massage for my dog at this place. By far worst massage experience ever.

The spot is very close to my home. I like the ease of getting there in a few minutes. Marguerete does a very nice job and the setting is cute and quaint inside. It’s very easy to schedule appointments online and I usually am able to get in with no problems. I may stop in for a yoga class. I enjoy all of the holistic treatments

Very disappointed!!! Scheduled an appointment online for a couples massage for 11am on Tuesday, October 11th. They emailed a confirmation at 8:30am, I show up with my girlfriend to get our massage and no one is here or answering the phone. Their hours say they would be open at 9am and there's no body here, and it's now 11:15am. Just checked my appointment and it was changed to 25th and at noon. With out anyone calling or emailing to ask if that is ok or even tel us they need to change the appointment. Why would you ever send a reminder and then cancelled with out telling the customer all in the same day? Will make sure not to come back to this place after how disorganized and unprofessional this experience has been.

80 minutes is not long enough! The massage was fantastic. The staff was professional and friendly. Pricing is very fair. I highly recommend this spa. I see they have yoga which I may try, but probably not.

I received a Vagaro gift card from my sister for $100. I had planned a fundraiser for her husband who needed a heart transplant on Saturday October 19th. I was pretty beaten down and needed that massage. I looked at all of the spots available to me and chose A Serenity Now based on its location, services and prices. I originally booked the combination package but then had second thoughts and tried to call to change that but the phone number didn't have a voicemail setup and it asked me to text them instead. I texted and made my changes and they confirmed. That was fine. But the prices on the website indicated that a 110 minute massage was $75 and some change and a steam sauna was $26 something so I knew I would be right around the $100 mark, which was the value of my gift certificate. When I attempted the steam sauna I turned out to be a wuss and only lasted 7 minutes LOL. But the 110 minute massage by Erica was fantastic! She's incredibly talented and such a sweet girl and it was a wonderful experience. The spa was a little dark but the ambiance was nice, however, it was hard to see to change clothes and whatnot. My only negative to the spa was that they did not honor the prices that they advertised when I booked my appointment. When I came on Monday which was four days after I booked my appointment they wanted to up-charge me $54. They did give me a discount of $24 but I still paid $30 more than I had intended which I was not happy about. All in all, it's a nice spa in a weird location but still okay, but the staff is wonderful. Again my only negative was the fact that they didn't honor the prices that they advertised when I booked.

Purchased a Couples massage for my Husband and I. Upon entrance I was pleasantly greeted and welcomed. Facility was clean and they offer different types of products for purchase. Arrived a bit early, though was seen within 10 min. Of my arrival. Great massage and atmosphere with a few laughs in between. Hot oil and the bamboo she used really helped get the kinks out.

My first massage at A Serenity Now Massage Spa Z was done in March 2018 by Devin. He did a great job. I felt relaxed to where I took a nap. He does a nice deep but relaxing pressure and it just removed all the stress I had build up in my shoulders, back, and feet. I would highly recommend Devin.

Ever since this massage, my neck has been killing me. Update, went to a chiropractor and was told that extreme deep tissue massage in the neck area can cause day-to-day migraines and headaches. Tipped the lady with glasses $20 for a painful massage.. maybe for clients who use groupons get the short end of the stick.

Our massage was purcgased for us as a gift through groupon. Finding the location of building was not easy. The staff and company were not very professional. You book online which is fine, but if you have a question there is a phone number that is text ONLY! What kind of business does not use calling as a form of communication? Devin came dressed in sweatpants with paint stains on them. The stretching he performed was awkward. It would have been fine if the positions weren't held for long periods. Besides that the overall massage was decent. Jade massaged my husband and he said it was horrible. He said that her touch was so light that it didn't even feel like a massage. The atmosphere was not calming at all. The massage tables were in the same room as a manicure table and the room seemed more like a dingy basement than a spa.
