Dr Blackwood does a unique way of adjusting, it works very well every time! It's really hard to find a chiropractor that can make you feel better with just 1 adjustment. He reaches all your problem areas, he'll adjust your back and neck so smoothly and with such confidence, he's really good at what he does!

ND Life Spa is a wonderful alternative to all the fad diets and helps teach you to eat the foods that are naturally good for your body. The staff is wonderful and very kind. I have never felt any pressure to buy anything. They make suggestions and it's up to you as to whether you want to do them. Dr. Blackwood has also been very helpful with keeping me in alignment. I've hit plateaus and times where I've not eaten enough and they are always able to offer helpful advice, even Annie who I'm sure I drove crazy texting whether or not something was ok to eat. The program was worth it to help me get my health back on track. You should check it out, it doesn't hurt or cost anything to have a consult.
