I went in to get my hair and makeup done for engagement photos. I was supposed to get a blow out and style for hair, but she just started curling my hair and was done within 10 minutes and I was still charged the full price. The worst part was the makeup experience. She put on the foundation and then told me my face was dry and wanted to start over. She used a baby wipe to clean off my face, which completely irritated my skin. Then put some oil and primer on and started try two. After putting on the foundation for the second time she told me she wanted to start over again because my face was so dry (obviously since the baby wipe had dried it out!) and started over again. This time she started with the eyes and when it got time to do my face, she wasn’t sure what to do. She ended up doing a light dust of powder and sending me on my way, giving me a five dollar discount. I have had my makeup done before and have never had issues like this. I also was not having dry skin issues going in. After all the wiping and reapplying makeup, my skin felt disgusting. By the time I got home, my hair looked bad from the areas she kept touching and my face looked like I had aged ten years. Will not be going back.

Sandy Erikson did my highlight...very short temper person...did not even take a look at the pic I showed to her as a model...she applys the same recepie for everyone I think...when I asked her to modify the highlights which was too much she was saying that she will charge me for that.

This was a very poor experience. My husband got me a package for the hole day at the spa for my birthday gift. The float was what I started my day with and I couldn't get over how dirty it was to other places I have used. My husband was told everything would run right to the next appointment but that was not true. After my float I waited 45 minutes until my massage. I even went and asked if they forgot about me. When she finally came to give me my massage her hands were freezing cold and the room I was in was next to an office or something and I could hear the two men talking very loudly and entering and exiting the room the whole massage. After my massage I had a pedicure which was at best ok. Nothing special about it at all. I have had better ones at the mall. After my pedicure I was brought to lunch where I sat in the restaurant in my robe. Which was fine if it wasn't open to the public and I felt very out of place being the only one in my robe. My ceasar salad the chicken was horrible and hard like it had been in the fridge for 3 days. Next up I wanted to change and check in with my husband and was told I needed to hurry as I was 10 minutes behind schedule. Really? I waited 45 minutes for a massage. The person who did my manicure did a horrible job. There were bubbles all over my nails and parts of my nails that didn't even have polish on them. Three days later they are so chipped I just removed the polish. To finish off my experience my last appointment was to have my hair cut and dyed. The dye looks awesome (finally something to be happy about) but the 2 inches she said she was going to cut off my hair turned out to be more like 7 inches! HORRIBLE!! Was not impressed at all. My experiences at Hair Success in the past have been good but after this one I highly doubt I will be back. Very bad experience.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. They only know how to do very basic haircuts... I went in for a hair cut and the woman cutting my hair had NO IDEA what she was doing. She looked confused on what she was doing the whole time but just kept on cutting.. I knew she knew she messed up because at the end she even told me to style my hair myself because she didn't know how to. IT TURNED OUT TERRIBLE. I wish she would've just asked someone for help than winging it on my hair. NEVER GOING BACK.

I had my hair bleached here, and it was the worst experience ever. The woman who did my hair used something way too strong to get a light enough color, which it should have taken a few visits to reach that light from my naturally dark hair color. It burned my scalp and after she washed it out, she rubbed my hair roughly with a towel and ripped out over half of my hair. I seriously had the thinnest hair after this, because she kept ripping through the snarls in my hair and pulling clumps out of her brush like it was no big deal. The color was nice, but it was not worth losing over half of my hair. It is finally growing back in after that disaster. And she burned my head with a curling iron when she was styling too because she wasn't paying attention. I will never return.

Won't be going back. Went in for the first time to have my hair dyed. Not only did the stylist get dye on my shirt (they are reimbursing me for the shirt), the total was $171 and she missed several spots! I can plainly see my original color randomly throughout my hair. Yes, I have a lot of hair, but for an extra $80 in color I would think she could at least cover my whole head! NOT impressed!!

Disappointed with couples experience for the cost. First, they opened up 15 minutes late. Second, in two separate rooms with a doorway between the rooms...both rooms cold. Massage was good. That was the only "couples" experience. All other services we were separated. Locker room not very private with m & f staff coming and going. Young support staff at the front desk not trained well or engaged with customers. Barely earned a three rating.

I got a pedicure here and the chairs they have you sit in are super uncomfortable. I like to relax and have a massage chair when I get a pedicure, but the chairs here you literally couldn’t sit comfortably at all cause there was no adjuster or anything. Also they didn’t do a good job of painting my toe nails at all like there definitely needs to be another coat. When the pedicure was finally over there was no dryers provided at all, which doesn’t make any sense considering this is Fargo, North Dakota. I had to walk out of the place with flip flops on in -3 degree weather, and I had plans to go out to eat after so I had to walk into a restaurant with the flip flops on. Since they didn’t properly sit underneath the dryer my big toenail ended up getting messed up. It literally looks like a 3rd Grader did my toes and I’m not over exaggerating. It literally costed $64 for that which is way to over priced especially for the experience I had.

I was a loyal customer at the old location, was excited for the new place. Beautiful ambiance, poor quality. My facial was done by a gal whose hands were shaking uncontrollably, it was the worst facial I've ever had. Then I went to get a cut, needless to say I've had to get my hair re-cut at a different location since this gal cut my hair so uneven my husband noticed it right away and since it was in the back I was grateful he said something before I started getting odd looks from people. Service and quality downhill.
