I was very impressed. The look and feel from the decor to the staff uniforms is unlike most shops I have been to. Services include callous removal, hot stone massage and warm wax. I received an amazing foot massage from Handome Tom. I will definitely be back.

I called to get my daughter and I in for pedicures and they were full. I got a call back about 2 minutes later and she asked if we could come now, that didn’t work for us. 2 hours later I called for to see if there were any cancellations, again they were full. About a half hour later I got a call they could get us in an in hour. This is awesome customer service. When we arrived we got in right away and the staff was friendly and we had a lot of laughs with Tom. I will definitely be going back.

Have been using this salon, since moving to Grand Forks. I absolutely will never go anywhere else. The staff have always been very friendly, and call me by name. I have French Tips, with regular fill-ins They add tiny, hand drawn, paintings for various holidays. This month I had spiders on webs, on my ring fingers for Halloween. I received so many complements, and of course referred them to Get Polished. I believe this is the best salon in Grand Forks.

The place was nice and service was okay. They were busy and ran out of hot water... the pedicure I picked was $55 and I also picked gel polish. They told me that it would be more - I just wasn’t expecting it to be $20 more... seemed like a lot of money for the service I received. Total for my pedicure was $75. Yikes!

They do not deserve their rating I just moved here and they displayed the most saddening and disheartening customer service I've ever experienced. The woman at the first desk even denied speaking to me on the phone until I pointed out she was the only woman there! Please avoid I went to Tina's nails instead and they did an amazing job and were nice while they did

I got a new set of acrylics (purple glitter) by far my FAVORITE nail salon!!! Too bad I travel too much to go regularly ( I travel for 9 months on the road and it’s hard finding a great nail technician). Bintt is FANTASTIC!!! I’ll definitely be back, amazing work, amazing customer service, beautiful relaxing salon!! I couldn’t ask for more, in one day I have gotten so many compliments on my nails!!! I tried a couple places before coming to Get Polished and hated all of them except for this place. My mom was a cosmetologist before she had me so she knows and told me what to look for. Although I come for the same thing every time they are very understanding of my reasoning why being in the military and everything. I get gel and it lasts me two weeks and I work with weapons. It definitely is worth the price. Binh, Hannah and Tom are the best in town. They genuinely care. Just be sure to be patient and particular in what you want from the start and there won’t be a single mistake. Awesome place though. Very clean and the customer service is great. I leave very pleased every time. ☺️

Get Polished is the nail salon that every girl DESERVES. I am so thankful I was able to get an appointment last minute in a pinch or I wouldn’t have ever discovered them. My nails are beyond perfect. They were kind, knowledgeable, and perfectionists. It smelled like a tranquil spa. It was so clean... always a priority for me when picking a salon. It was zen. Pricing was standard. My nails are perfect in every way, shape, and form. Not only is the price fair, it’s actually UNDERPRICED. I got a manicure with my full set. My cuticles were a priority. I got a top notch treatment. I actually teared up when I left from the nostalgia I felt from being pampered in my aunts salon when I was a little girl. If you want the best of the best in quality, cleanliness, and perfect nails in means of everything (shape, length, not crooked) you NEED TO GO HERE. Also, their personalities are all amazing!!!!! Finally- the nail salon of my dreams! *just a random person who needed nails done in town and hit the jackpot* Also Binh (I apologize if I spelt this wrong!) was my technician.

Normally I hate going to get a pedicure because it is so painful for me. That was not the case this time. The staff were very understanding of my in grown toenail problem. They carefully did their work while making me feel comfortable. An extra bonus to my visit was the best calf/foot massage of my life! Clean place and friendly staff. I would recommend calling for appointments rather than a walk in.

I was in a rush today to get to a wedding rehearsal and I needed to be there in an hour (I live 5 hours away) but I knew I needed to have my nails done. The associates there made me feel so calm after a long drive and a stressful deadline! The woman that did my nails did such a beautiful job even under pressure. I tipped extra just because she was so kind, understanding, and professional. I recommend this place!! Also, I found the place by closest location and best stars on Google!

Very clean. Tech used round spinning electric drill for pedi was scary. Super strong and she just would “tap” quickly all over calluses. $45 deluxe pedi. Didn’t care for it at all. If it touches soft skin it hurts. My tech was ok but extremely slow for gel mani.

I am going to keep this professional, The haters on here with the bad comments , Shame on You. First off, I am a retired Hairstylist of 32 years, Being a Hairstylist you still focus on Hair, Skin, and Nails. I work full time at Midco with my beautiful nails that come out of that beautiful Nail Salon. Shame on you that just go on business websites and give fake reviews. You need to get a life!!!! Second of all, I am fussy, and i have tried all the Nail Salons in Grand Forks and by far Get Polished is the best, not only in Nails but by far their compassion in there customers and their wonderful art of nails, pedicures. I think you need to walk in those doors yourself and see the compassion of a successful Nail Salon with great class and great customer service. I will never go any where else because Ben and Hannah really care how you feel when you leave. I read the 1 star reviews and i do not even think you have stepped in those doors, If so it would be a 5 star.

Terrible service! Was charged for a matte top coat when what I actually received was a normal top coat. They were bumpy and when I asked to have them fixed I was yelled and screamed at! My cuticles cut up also.

This is my second time I went to this salon. First time was okay, however I did not choose to go there for a year. Few weeks ago, it was on my way so I decided to try it again. The result is that after 6 years having may nail acrylic filled, I had to remove all of them, and what is interesting is that when I was asking them to fix some parts they told me you should wait at the end it will be okay! Yes here is the Okay!

I usually have Binh work on my nails and Hannah has also done my nails. They do a great job! Binh is a very talented artist and adds his special artwork whenever I have a pedicure. Okay this place is amazing. I was on a little trip with my mom and we drove 3 hours to grand forks to get our nails done and have a girls day. They were so amazing to us, Patrick, Tom and Hannah did a wonderful job. They were so nice to us and helpful and they did amazing. My mom is in the early stages of Alzheimer's and the staff didn't even know and they were still so helpful and patient with her. I would drive 3 hours just to go here again. Thank you.

I went here on my birthday to get a pedicure. It truly was probably one of the nicest pedicures I'd ever had. However, they did want $70 (before tip) for shellac. My job slightly dropped when they told me that. I was expecting $40, maybe $50 at most. Opted for regular polish.
