Went for a pedi and it was just what I needed. Very relaxing and accommodating. Brittany was super sweet and I enjoyed talking with her. Clean, quiet, professional establishment. It is a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Best Salon in town! My hair stylist is very careful and thoughtful, but the best part is the stylists refer to each other when they know someone else would be a better fit for your needs. They are a strong team. The salon doesn't smell like too many disgusting toxic chemicals that make it hard to breathe and give me headaches. It smells, but not badly, and not too strongly. The atmosphere is relaxed and confident. The prices have been reasonable. I really like it!

Best massage ever! I've gone to a lot of places over the years but this place is top notch and I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else! Add the steam room and you'll be even more pleased. My husband and I now have regularly scheduled couples massages. Thank you, Lil, for the excellent service!

I can't thank Shannon enough for the great job she did on my lash extentions. I have been to more than a dozen salons in the months of traveling and this is one of the best experiences I have had. Besides the salon/spa being clean with a friendly staff, Shannon was professional and I was left to relax. I recommend this establishment for all your beauty Needs! I'm extremely disappointed with the service we received at this "luxury" spa. This spa was a first for my mother and I, who both have never been to a spa before(other then an nail shop. My moms husband got her a gift card so we could go together when I was down there visiting for Christmas. I was really excited to see my mom experience this for the first time in her life. We had a package for 2 steam baths, 1 facial, 1 massage, and two mani-pedis. LONG STORY SHORT .. We ended up getting the mani-pedis and LEAVING. I regularly wear acrylic nails and i had 4 of them left on my fingers by the time we got there. The nail tech who did my nails said that she wasn't a certified nail tech so she wasn't trained in how to use a Dremel ( the tool used to file the substance the gel leaves after its soaked). Since she wasn't trained to use the Dremel it ended up taking roughly 20 minutes longer for the whole mani process from start to finish, but we didn't mind because the girl tried her best to work around it . However she ended up having to ask another girl who was trained to use the Dremel to help at the end anyways.. I guess anyone who goes to nail salons as much as myself would know that this should have been done at the beginning. Anyways, we finsished the mani - pedi and went back to the lobby expecting to go to our next experience included in the package. Instead the owner and the young woman at the front counter said they could no longer get our schedules services in together that day because we were 20 mins late from the mani-pedis. He kept saying that they took to long. He event went into the nail salon portion and asked the girls who did our nails what took so long. He then came back and said it was because of the fake nails! Not acknowliging that the problem really stemmed from the employees lack of training. Anyway I asked if we could just go do the steam bath we had planned. The young lady at the front desk chimed in and said " we have another couple and a woman coming in." So he told us that NO , we couldn't do a steam bath or the facial that day because they had other people coming in. They did however end up letting me get a massage, but only for 25 minutes other than the 90 it was suppose to be because again, "they had other people coming in." The message was good even thought there was a woman on the other side of the sheet getting a massage too and she talked most the time. The PROBLEM came from the way they treated us. I can honestly tell you that, honey, this place had some of the WORST communication and customer service I have ever experienced in my life. My mom and I BOTH felt that they treated us as if the next person coming in was more important than us. They treated us as if our business didn't matter, and neither did the fact that my mom had ordered a $400 package for us to have a fun girls day together. The owner himself was more disrespectful and clearly cared less than the employees themselves, which means there probably isn't a lot of hope for this place. Its sad and upsetting to see business get away with treating customers and operating this way. Anyway I say save your money and go to a different spa! My mom was so devastated after this that she doesn't event want to return and use the other $200 on her gift card. My mom is going throw it in the GARBAGE because this place is TRASH. You literally couldn't pay us to walk back in this place, and i wouldn't recommend it to anybody else.

Awesome! Incredible services, friendly staff, very professional...and wine/mimosas! Came from Minot for a girl's day and it was such an awesome experience. We did massages and pedis. We will be back soon.

Nicholas Strom is for sure going to win Best of Bismarck for massage if he keeps it up. Strong hands and a phenomenal attitude, easy to relax with. I was sure to re-book before I even left, as I could tell he would be tough to get in with again. Dena knows all about skin and helped me understand what I needed to know and relax, when I needed to relax. She works magic and knows that perfect balance between informative and relaxing- both of which were magical. Re-booked for a Hydra-facial with her and stoked to get back.

Wish I could have had the opportunity to receive the massage I booked to leave a review about it. I showed up for my massage only to be told I wasn't booked. Showed the receptionist my reminder text and she got the manager. I was told because I had cancelled my manicur my massage also cancelled. My friend nad I had booked together for our girls day. So she got her massage while I got nothing. The manager offered nothing but to basically say I was out of luck. NOT a good first impression and will not be going back.

This review is for scheduling/being disorganized. I scheduled a 30 min facial service requiring a blade and I had to wait 10 minutes for them to find it. When I made the appointment, I wasn’t intending to make it for the same day but the receptionist said they had something open. I specified I had to be done by a certain time and she assured me no problem. So I ended up having to leave, without receiving my scheduled service purely because they were disorganized. Isn’t that the point of scheduling vs walk in? So you can be prepared? Bummer.
