The VLUXE Spa experience was phenomenal!! From the moment we stepped off the elevator Joy welcomed us as if we were family! Her soft spoken tone & instruction began the relaxing experience. Both Martha and Walter we're the perfect team for our deep tissue couples massage. Their skilled hands and technique was just what the doctor ordered! We finished off by relaxing in the sanctuary while drinking mimosas until it was time to depart. I recommend everyone to schedule their services with VLUXE! The escape experience is well worth it.

Had such an amazing experience at Vluxe ! The facial from Dalana was phenomenal. My skin glowed for weeks after! I also purchased the face wash and it was a great investment for my skin! I use it twice a day and its awesome! The spa is beautifully designed and the staff is super friendly. I hear there is a rooftop opening! I can't wait to go back for a girls day to experience more of their services!

While I was in Charlotte, I visited V Luxe Spa and had the deep tissue massage. It was heavenly! The establishment is beautiful and comforting. You feel pampered from the moment you set foot inside. Plush robes, gorgeous waiting lounge, and the staff is pleasant, professional, and talented! I had a serious knot in my right should and my masseuse paid extra attention to it. He even gave me some stretching tips to help that shoulder while at home. This spa has really set the bar. I'll definitely make an appointment whenever I'm in Charlotte.

Such an amazing experience! Had my first facial with Nicole and she was exceptional. She explained everything to me and I left feeling AMAZING! I did the Revitapen facial and my skin feels so firm and plump, I actually feel like I just had Botox lol. Highly recommend, you won’t regret!!!! I called thw spa to schedule an appt no answer. So I decided to drop by instead. I understand how busy spas can be.However there was no one at the front desk. I waited 45 minutes and no one was there to greet me. So I left and I don't think I will be returning.

The Spa is very pretty and the ambiance is nice. However, they called me the day of my reservation and asked me to move my facial 30 minutes later or an hour earlier. I've been to several spas and I never had the business ask me to reschedule my appoint the "same day". I went ahead with another time, leaving work early because I didn't want to cancel. The facial experience wasn't relaxing, I didn't have any neck support on the bed, like an extra towel, so it was uncomfortable. When I asked the lady questions about products or what type of mask I was getting, the esthetician said, "Why do you ask ?" I've been to at least 6 spas in Charlotte, I'm very into facial products, maybe I want to buy some of the products..and usually when you're getting a facial the esthetician tells you the benefits of products, and if it smells good..what fruit, etc is in it. I could feel she seemed tired, maybe wasn't into the facial, not very personable. I will not be returning and definitely not worth $100, luckily I had a Groupon.

Absolutely loved my experience with Vluxe spa! Everything was amazing from the massage, staff and atmosphere. Vluxe spa was very relaxing and professional. The massage therapist was very helpful and caring and also gave me tips and tricks on how to stretch certain areas. I highly recommend this place to anyone!!

I don’t know where to start. From the moment you walk in the door the ambiance sets the tone for how wonderful the experience will be. The lounge is where it all begins. This room has a cozy vibe. The spa host greeted me with white wine and immediately I felt relaxed and at home. This has been my best spa experience to date and just what I needed after a stressful week.

It's been 2yrs since I had a massage. My experience was AMAZING!!!! The staff is very attentive. Spa atmosphere welcoming and inviting. Well worth the time and relaxing. My massage was AWESOME!!!!! Will be back in a few months. Mama need some ME time!!!!

I am a mom of newborn twins and a 4 year old and my husband set up an appointment for me to get a massage and facial. Let me tell you- it was amazing! I felt so pampered and relaxed. I was given a robe and slippers and served a mimosa! The staff was so friendly. My only negative comment was the noise from the street could still be heard inside so not sure if the spa music could be turned up a little to block it out or if anything could really be done. Otherwise my visit was fabulous! Will definitely be going back

My husband purchased a gift from Groupon for the following vendor for an anniversary gift. Initially due to my overwhelming sense of safety I was super hesitant to enter the building alone. From my view I was entering an unknown building and going up a elevator. So I engaged the front desk who was kind enough to move my appointment to a later time so that my husband could accompany me and not loose the money he has reserved for my massage. Beyond the earlier drama.... the experience was nothing shy of amazing!!! Jackie was my therapist and did a awesome job overall. The personal touches, ambience and customer service is what sealed the deal. Great job VLUXE SPA!!!

Beautiful spa with complimentary robes and slippers to use during your stay. Polite, professional staff and a very well decorated, peaceful waiting area. They offer happy hour deals Wednesday through Friday afternoons with light refreshments and wine or champagne. Lots of services offered - massage, body wraps, facials, eyelash application. They are available for events and have a member program in three levels that combines services and add ons for a cheaper price than it would be purchased separately. I have a membership and have tried a range of services, loved every one of them.

I had a great first experience here. I enjoyed my first massage so much that I signed up for the membership. I did not know that I would be relocating for family months later. My membership continued until I received a new bank card and my payment was declined. I receved a call from them and I let them know I relocated. $260 dollars later I am informed that I cannot use the credits I have on my account when I travel back to Concord occasionally. The manager did not even care to get on the phone with me to discuss any options. Needless to say I would not recommend anyone spend a dime here. Luckily my bank does care to help me get the money I earned and gave to them back.

The staff was very polite and engaging.I found the packages to be affordable and the services that I received was exactly what I needed to unwind and relax! So I had the pleasure of getting a Coffee Body scrub and it was AMAZING!!!! My skin has never felt so soft and so not dry! I have naturally dry skin and this scrub was absolutely the solution I needed! I made all of my coworkers feel my skin, that's how awesome it was! Plus my ladies who did it were phenominal and very good bed side manners, I felt it was all about me and how I felt and how comfortable I was the entire time! I went in to my massage very sore and I left feeling refreshed and even with some tips on how to avoid that soreness from coming back. So not only did they send me home feeling great, but they sent me home with the tools on how to continue feeling great. I liked this spa. The atmosphere was very relaxing, bathrobes were super soft, and the space was very relaxing. I had an express massage and express facial done, with the facial being the favorite. My esthetician had a very good mask combination prepared for me based on my concerns, which I was very glad to experience. The overall experience was relaxing, I was about to about fall asleep by the end of it. I feel that this spa would be a nice place to host a bachelorette party or a girls brunch meeting. They have a meeting room where you can eat and a relaxing front room where you can have mimosas and take great pictures. Since I went to this spa as a part of my CBV trip, I did not have to pay for treatments. However, after checking the cost online, the establishment seemed very well priced.

Do not I repeat DO NOT sign up for anything if you go to that Spa. There are fees out of the wazoo. No one communicates that to you if you decide to sign up for a membership. Save yourself the headache! I am not relaxed in the slightest.
